Aleran Thanatos silently slips past the gaurds and into the abandoned Generals tent. Upon entry he checks his new surroundings. (taking 10 on my spot). "These will do nicely" he says silently to himself. Being content with his new quarters Thanatos unstraps his bag and places it on the ground, rifling through its components, taking out a few different items, (pen, paper, forgery kit, kings letter, extra daggers, and different plants (depends on what the DM considers poisonous plants...cause the plants are poisonous)), and placing them on a surface. Thanatos goes to work making out letters to his men at the mercenary camp, to proceede with all haste to this new location, and to await further instruction. His letter done, Thanatos reads it over to make sure it can be understood, and seals it with his personal seal. "Ill have to find a courier to deliever this parcel for me" he thinks to himself... "it can wait till the morning, right now I need sleep" and with that he walks over to his sleeping bag, and lays down, sliding a knife under his pillow, and keeping his hand on another inside the sleeping bag. (Several for sleeping intoxication, slow death, and fast death as well as some for powder in food I presume?)

thinkinghurts42 Eira, after reviewing her surroundings, says to Sursqueek, "Where are you going from here?... I'm going to find a place to place to stay." She begins to walk toward the tent surrounded by various flags. Unless stopped for any reason, when she arrives she will say "Is anyone here?" as she opens the flap just before entering. You are unimpeeded.

Sursqueek clears his throat and begins to speak.
"Going is not a matter of where, for we both know where we are going, to battle, to possibly kill and most likely conquer as the alternative isn't too appealing though certainly most interesting as we have already brushed it once, no going today, going now is a matter of how, of what we will do to get to the seemingly inevitable goal ahead of us, therefore what I will do is go to a tent and compose myself for that composure and clarity of mind and conciseness of thought are exactly what we shall need for the coming trials ahead, trials which shall need all the strength, skill, and of course, words we can muster so that one day all people will have to muster is enough courage to say that what society needs is not time to muster anything but to pass the beautiful mustard of peace to spread on the bread of wonderful intelligence and education like that of great sages aloft in their towers divining the myst'ries of the ages and eventually realizing the truth of the things that live beyond and the nameless calls from the depths of space, ancient and powerful calls for mustard. May you find some moments of mustard before necessity requires you to surrender your condiments for to strife. "
As he finishes he bows to Eira and attempts to find a field library among the tents.

With the crash of a metal braizer, you leave and soon find one of the book holding buildings. It is more like a very small tent.

(sorry about the delay was away doing various activities). At the sound of the trespassers voice Thanatos darts out of his light sleep and grabs his dagger. With dagger in hand he gets into a low crouch and sneaks towards the entrance of the tent, sticking close to the sides. Move silently (roll)+13

"Crazy? I was crazy once. They put me in a padded room, where i died. and wurms ate me. Wurms? I hate wurms, they make me crazy.Crazy?I was crazy..."

((I'm unsure of whether or not I need to make a spot check or not, since the was only a move silently, and no hide, but for the sake of the fact she would be looking around (not quite searching) but noe the less looking around the tent, here's the check anyway...))

If Eira remains unaware of the other general's occupation of this tent, she will approach the plants which have just been set out and try to identify them out of curiosity, before attempting to stake claim of this location for her quarters...

When Thanatos gets into range he places his dagger on Eiras back, and says "you know its impolite to enter another persons tent without there permission. But since you've already tresspassed I guess you should tell me why you are here, and what your doing rumaging through my collection of plants...oh and i dont suggest eating them, they may have some certain side affects."

(I'll assume that she didn't see his prior for the sake of supprise)
Eira will hold still, shock and fear somewhat for a moment, but after realizing she knows this voice will relax somewhat. Eira will, without moving any more than necessary, turn back to see the rouge general, "I am quite sorry for intruding, butI was under the impression that this tent was unoccupied, but it appear that you have beaten me to staking claim here."
Taking a step away from the blades point, "Please do put that away, we are both to act as generals, and it's not right for us to be fighting each other..."

With each book he finds he carefully introduces himself and then begins to read, occasionally asking questions to the book, at other times commenting on the content.

"Ah, so it is you. It appears that this is the command tent, and since the soldiers were incompetent of showing me real quaters ive made this tent my home, I guess there is room for one more, just dont eat the plants, none of them will have pleasent affects"
