His coughing slowly subsided as he felt a rush of 'life' flow through him. he straightened up and whiped his mouth, trying to clear away any blood that may have spattered on his cheeks.
"...i'll be fine...i've had this for quite some time now...it's nothing, really..." he smiled when he saw her reflection in the mirror and he slowly wrapped his arms around her from behind and kissed her neck.
he laughed lightly, "...look at you...so beautiful...my mirrors do not do you justice, Riley..." he kissed her neck once more and smiled at their reflection there, ...the perfect couple...
he finally felt better, and he didn't want to keep her in the mirror for long...he found that he didn't want her life...he wouldn't want to live anymore...not if it meant killing her.
he gently pulled her away from the mirror and turned her to face him, "...let's head back downstairs now...we've stayed too long..."

Riley looked hard in the mirror. She felt..and almost saw herself grow older. She flushed as he kissed her neck and told her she was beautiful.
" I am no beauty." Riley said softly. She did smile and let her amber eyes glitter.
" I could just stay this way...Just us...But if we must get back to them..."

((hi. sorry for not being on for a while. i have some stupid virus on mu computer for quite a while and wasn't able to get on yesterday till 3 or 4 p.m. i was on here, but the virus stopped me from doing somethings. so what's happened?))

he laughed lightly and gently lifted her chin so he could stare into her eyes, ...those beautiful amber eyes... and lightly kiss her one last time.
"I'm sorry...but, even though i trust them somewhat...this is still my house..and i do not want them breaking anything...or wandering off too far..." he sighed, "...i'm sorry...i wish i could stay here with you as well..."
with that, he put his arm around her waist and pulled her close as he walked with her down the stairs. as they reached the bottom and entered the kitchen, he smiled, "haven't left the kitchen and there isn't a thing out of place? you all are my guests, you can help youself to anything i have, you know."

Riley sighed...Her heart pounded. Why? Why couldn't they just stay that way forever? It always had to end...But the young woman let herself be hugged close and tugged downstairs. She smiled ruefully at the girls. The way Malkior held her close and so sweetly ment something obivously.

Malkior could somewhat sense her uneasiness and he moved his head down close her ear and whispered, "...i'm sorry...like i said, i don't quite trust them with everything i have here...many breakable things, you know..." he laughed lightly and kept his hushed tone, "...if you'd like to go back upstairs...i'd like that very much...but i'd have to tell the others to stay in their rooms..."

Riley smiled softly.
" No. We can all stay here. We need to get to know the guests." The young woman said softly. No matter how much she wanted to go upstairs and be with him, the pure soul she had wouldn't let her. She wasn't a selfish person at all. Riley had never been selfish in her life. And this wasn't the time to start.

Malkior has revealed a little more about himself to Riley (his love) and now they're all back in the kitchen to find that none of the others have done anything since they went upstairs. i'm gonna kick everyone out into purgatory if no one else posts soon :p...seriously

Kane glared at Malkior. There was somthing up with those mirrors, somthing bad. He was going to find out exactly what. " Hey malikor, can I talk to you..alone?" he added with a meaning full look at Riley
((sorry I've also been having computer problems I'm using a computer at the boys and girls club))

he narrowed his eyes at Kane, but he smiled, "yes, of course, Mister...Kane, was it?"
he gave Riley's waist a light squeeze and he lowered his head to kiss her neck and whispered, "...i will not be long, love...please stay in here and make yourself at home...all that is mine is yours..."
he moved away from Riley and motioned for Kane to follow him into a closed of section in the living room. it, like most of the rooms in the house that he used often, was sound proof...anything they discussed would not be heard by riley or the others.

"So when exactly where you planning on telling us about the mirrors?" Kane asked icily. "did you think no one was going to notice when we started getting older?" kane wasn't one for iddle chatter prefering to get strait to the point.
Kyoko sat down in a chair and looked at the others. "what do you think they're talking about?" she asked swinging her legs.

Riley sighed.
" Who knows? Kane doesn't seem to be acting any more mature than he is...Oooh...What if Kane gets really mad Malkior? Wouldn't that be interesting?" Riley gave a little smile. Her flat tummy suddenly growled...The young redhead blushed, putting a hand on her stomach.
" Ohh...Forgive me, that was most unlady like." Riley said with a sarcastic tone. But she started to move around the kitchen...She found the bread and butter...And an apple...
" Anyone else?" She asked.

"Getting older? Mister Kane, you don't really believe that the mirrors are making you older, now do you?" Malkior laughed, "it is just a trick of the eye, i'm sure you've seen funhouse mirrors? these dusty old things are very much the same."
he smiled and walked over to a mirror behind Kane and ran his sleeved forearm over it, removing any dust that may be on it. "see?" to prove his point, he looked into the mirror himself. since the mirrors were made of his own sort of 'magic', they had no affect on him.
he turned back to Kane, still smiling, "take a look for yourself, if you don't believe me..."
he wasn't about to reveal the truth, not if he could keep covering it up with lies he had carefully thought of over the many years. "...now, if we're done here, i'd like it very much if i could get back to Miss Riley's side..."

"I'll pass." no way he was doing that EVER again. "its more than just the reflection that changes. when I came into this house my clothes were really baggy, Now they're almost too small. If it's 'just my reflection' than how do you explain that?" Kane folded his arms across his chest. he was almost daring malkior to come with some reson somthing to explain these changes. "how old do you think I am?" unusual question kane hoped to catch his 'host' off gaurd.
Kyoko laughed a little uneasily. "if you say so."

Malkior smirked, "...there are so many things i cannot explain, Kane...he fact that your clothes no longer seem to fit right is one of those things..."
...this one is catching on...i may have to take care of him as well...
he rubbed his chin thoughtfully, "as for your age...16?...17 perhaps?...it's so hard to tell with someone you've just met...though...by the way you act, you seem a tad bit younger..." he laughed, "i'm sorry...guessing ages is not my forte..."
