[You may call me whichever you prefer. :} Eh, things are going a bit slow...another non-human would be great, but only if you can handle doing three characters. I'm going to make a post in the Away Thread soon here.]

((Major Edit!!!))
Relief and worry filled Selyna as she made her way towards a city. It wasn’t visible yet, but the lingering smells of so many different people and animals suggested some type of settlement was close. She’d been walking for quite a while and was ready to be able to sit down and rest somewhere. Plus her food was starting to run out and she’d need to work to pay for more. The forest animals seemed to be scarce around here for some reason, so she hadn’t gotten much to eat in this forest besides some foliage. Probably because of urban sprawl… Cities eat up everything around them…
A breeze blew from behind her causing her caramel skin to get goose bumps as the wind cooled the sweat on her. It was an awfully hot day even for it to be morning. She’d long before hastily pulled her hair out of her face and off her neck in a sloppy ponytail and braided it so the loose strands wouldn’t cling to her. She shifted the napsack slung over her shoulder and picked up the pace. Selyna was concerned with how she’d be received, but decided the less she spoke the better. Her leopard tail and ears were no longer in sight, which made her less comfortable. Thinking back to the children a few villages back, she bit her lip and hoped for more civilized people in this city. At first when they’d been throwing rocks at her, fear gripped her heart and caused her to freeze rather than react. How could these children possibly know? Their grandmother had come out and scolded them for their behavior, shooing them into the house. With a sad look in her eyes the woman had approached and put a hand on Selyna’s forearm.
You can’t readily stop the youth from joining into the newest fads…. People have started to become a bit weary of people like you. If I were you I’d hide anything that doesn’t make you look human.
Selyna had tried to inquire more, but could only hear something about a new religion as the woman hurried off before she was seen. Though she was happy to know they weren’t attacking her for what she thought at first. Since then Selyna had made sure to stick her humanoid form. As she entered into a thicker part of the forest, she relaxed her eyes no longer needing to squint in the harsh sun. She stopped for a moment and stood on one foot to get a pebble out of her black slip on shoes and sighed as another breeze blew from behind her. The dark grey skirt seemed to dance in the wind momentarily before falling back down to her ankles again. The sweat was beginning to make her red gypsy top cling to her, showing off her figure much more than she preferred, but until she got more money for clothing, this was all she had. Thinking she wouldn’t run into anyone out here, she let her mind wander unaware of the house she would reach in about 200 yards.
((Sorry about that, my mind totally blank about the time period.))

((It's okay. Sorry I haven't posted guys, I'm stumbling over some writters block >.< Oh, and I would just like to give a friendly reminder that this is around renosance days, clothing wise at least. Before jeans and tank-tops. It is okay if you have something that would be the equvalent of such, as in baggy trousers or shirts with the sleeves cut off. Bsically just take what you would wear now-a-days, and word it as if it of an older kind of clothing.))

"Thats not going to help" The voice came lonely from a shadowed corner of the cell. The man was tall, and broad shouldered. At one point in time he had been well muscled and good looking, but his cheeks looked hallow and unnatural, his muscle tone slackened. This all in result of malnurishment, though his skin tone was a deep tan even from being locked in the darkness for so long. Which lead you to believe he was foreign and this trait led back through his lineage.
Slouching, he sat leaning agains the damp wall which didnt seem to bother him much, he had been down here too long for it to matter. His forehead rested on his bent knees his head tucked downward toward the ground. A thick layer of shaggy brown hair sheilded his face and eyes. He had been sitting there, shrouded by the darkness listening to he the whole time. She was new to this, and was clueless to the lifestyle of a prisoner.

Pad_foot ((hey Selyna, not to be nitpicky, Im sorry, but if youre wanting to come in with abel and Kaori, and Aida, there settings currently midnight. but if not, thats cool too)) ((I just can't seem to get it right... rolleyes I was going to have her walk by, probably smell the food and go from there. She'd probably look in the window or something, but she doesn't have to be a part of the RP already going. I could do that now actually....))

((This time I think I've got everything covered))
The moonlight filtered through here and there ahead of Selyna, making her path silver and calming. Soon the smell of food wafted towards her nostrils, she wasn't sure what kind of food it was, but it didn't matter as anything would've been better than what she'd been eating this last week. It was an odd time of night to be cooking and any other time, Selyna would have taken this as a not so good sign and gone the other way quickly, but having had to stretch out a few bits of jerky and some foilage, her stomach took over control of her feet and sent her stalking off in it's direction. Trying to stay in the shadows just in case her prescence would be unwelcome, she eventually came upon a house with a faint glow coming through the windows suggesting there were lights on somewhere in the house. Watching her steps carefully so as to not step on anything that would cause too much noise, Selyna sneaked up to the brightest window, and, unsheathing her claws, slowly climbed up until her eyes were just over the window sill and able to look around.
There were two women of undiscernable age discussing a package of sausage and a man leaning in the doorway, maybe waiting for them to make their decision. She regarded the ears in a surprised manner, not because he had them, but because he displayed them openly. Maybe people react differently here than there... Sniffing again, Selyna wanted to get one more look at what she assumed was a family and one more sniff before climbing down and heading for the settlement.

((Im sorry, i feel bad for pointing it out xD))
Abel's ears pricked at the sound of the last sniff, and quickly went back. He straightened his stature, standing from where he had been leaning against the doorframe. His eyes narrowed as he turned toward the window where he had heard it. Noticing the top of her head and eyes immediately, he was quick to be untrusting. Not seeing anything special to mark her nonhuman and the window blocking from getting a good smell of her.
He contemplated whether to go back to a human form, but it would not have helped. She had already seen him in his anthro state. His eyes darted towards Aida then to Kaori, and back to the window. "Show yourself, coward." Abel's voice raised, just enough for her to hear him through the window, rough as stone, and still full of suspicion.

Selyna's gaze had longingly gone back to the sausage and she was in the middle of cursing her stomach for growling when the man noticed her and called her out. Hearing the suspicion in his voice, her body immeadiately took a stance of nonaggression, causing her eyes to widen and her nails to sheath again. Unfortunately for her, she was still a few feet off the ground when this happened and, dropping her bag, she slid down the wall, scraping her knee a bit. Breathing in through clenched teeth as she landed on her butt, she grabbed for her knee and pulled the skirt back a bit to inspect the damage. It was only bleeding a little, but those tended to be the scrapes that hurt the most. Looking back at the window, she hoped they didn't throw anything at her while she attempted to get her few clothes and bits of food back in the bag.
((Don't feel bad, I should've paid more attention.))

[Sorry for not posting in awhile, and thank you for making a prisoner Padfoot. :]]
She spits out a few more bits and kicks them out of her cell hurriedly, watching the man flee upstairs. The upstairs door is very squeaky as it shuts and makes the she-wolf cringe. A sudden, melancholy voice droning from somewhere in the room causes Lash to freeze. With a snarl she begins to pace her cell, miscolored eyes darting around in the dark. "It is better than hearing one of them speak...", her voice is slightly rasped from growing thirst and also her muttering cautiously, the other voice did belong to a stranger after all. How could she have overlooked another? It would be understandable right now due to the human's left over spook-stench, but earlier...possibly the growing mold and rodents hid the other's own scent. "Chewing a book won't help anyone, but it sure did feel good to watch him go. Who are you?" her voice is more crisp and menacing right now.
Waiting for a reply, Lash trails to the front of her cell and places her palms on the bars, pushing slightly and mentally willing them to bend or give some sort of sign to a weak spot. I must get OUT. Her long nailed fingers claw at the bars slowly, she has begun to whine again. Soon enough she got herself worked up to the point of a headache and Lash leans against the bars, a hand rubs its palm on the right temple and the other hand runs its fingers over the copper skulls on her collar.

"Tobias" The male said, still not lifting his head. His voice rose, gruff and threatening. She was in the same situation he was, of sorts at least, thus she had no position to talk to him that way. Muscles being lessoned or not, he could shut her up quickly, as he was much bigger than she. But Tobias' bark was worse than his bite. Not much could fully provoke him, and secondly, she was female, nothing could make him strike her. Even if she had deserved it, which she hadn't proven yet, she was. for now, nothing more than irritating so far.
"He'll come back, they always do, and i hope, for your sake, that he's not gone to ask permission to punish you for that. But in my case I wont need to worry. Though you dont have that luxury, and not only because you started that trouble and I said nothing." Finally lifting his head, Tobias revealed a face, more leaning towards square in shape. Two chocolate brown eyes, matching his shaggy hair which was now revealed to be wavy. The rest of his features were well shaped, he would've been quite good looking if not for his situation, and at one point he had. At one point he had hope. But "at one point" never really means anything in the present.
"Give up" He snarled irritably, "Do you really think they would have made the bars as they do in any normal human prison." Tobias laughed, dark and eerie, though he hardly realized it. "We all would have been gone by now." His brown gaze hardened on her, he was bitter now, but it wouldn't last long. He knew she might not be down here quite as long as he would ever be. But she wouldn't be free, the religion couldn't risk that. It was like watching a rerun, but in a new point of view, now from a second person, knowing, instead of first person, horribly clueless of what to come.

Abel advanced across the room, swinging the window in one swift motion. With such force, for a mere second he thought he might break it, but the half-demon never slowed. SHifting to the form of the off-white wolf, he propelled himself through the window, landing roughly next to the other, now checking her knee. He snarled, hsi stance threatening and defensive. He wouldn't let her get away so quickly. She'd seen too much. By now she should be making the connection. Making breakfast at midnight. The only explanation would be that one was a vampire. And Abel had proven this to not be himself.
And with the company of two other nonhumans, the third would likely be as well.
