"I'm not your keeper Demy, I don't have to explain anything to you, by your age I had pretty much figured out what was acceptable and not. You're just so damn carefree you don't catch anything. Now let me up, I promise not to leave, but I need to get some fresh air..." Sai gave a nod to Kaleb and apologized. "If I had known this would happen I wouldn't have bothered you, I'm very sorry."

"I...."But it was no use. The female was intent on getting up, at least for a bit, and Demy couldn't think of a good arguement to keep her here. Ears flat, the youth silently moved to allow Sai to get up.

Kaleb adjusted his glasses nervously. "I-it's no problem..." He kinda wished he had been more assertive about not staying, but that was the nature of hindsight. No help at all.

Moving out of the booth, Sai left her seat, the doggie bags they had gotten at the italian place, and left over taco wrappers as well as her bag, in a way of saying she'd be back. Leaving the building now she went outside and sat on her car's trunk, shoulders slumped, ears slightly drooped, tail unmoving. "That was absolutely horrid..."

Pouting, Demy slunk back into the booth seat and scooted all the way over to the window. With a sigh the guitarist laid his head down on the table, and did his best to 'hide'.

Kaleb frowned, poking idly at that half eaten taco. Seeing Demy all miserable only reminded him of that day Demyx transformed, and how he wasn't able to do anything for his friend then either. It made him feel rather rotten and helpless. "I-I didn't think you were being childish." He finally said in a quiet tone.

Sai looked up and sighed, shivering a bit. It had gotten cloudy and cold, looked like it would snow soon. She grumbled to herself, they were inside, she wasn't. She'd love to just go back inside and be okay with what happened, but it wasn't in her nature. He was wrong, end of story, though...she was a bit harsh, maybe she should apologize first. Staring at them both through the window of the fast food place she sighed again. "God dammit..."

The young rockstar kept his head down, any words muffled by his arm and the table itself. "I wasn't trying to upset her! It was just a flippin' compliment...I just...I don't GET her, ya know? This morning she acted like being around me was some kinda weird unbearable chore, and here I am trying to be nice and she totally freaks out! Are people...usually like this?..."

Kaleb had to concentrate really hard to make out even half of what Demy was saying, but he thought he got the point. "Maybe she's just misunderstood," he replied, fidgeting a little.

"Alright...just get it over with. Admit you were a bit wrong in how you handled him and then everything will be alright again, and then you can drop him back off and go back to trying to figure out a way to fix everything else that's going wrong in your life." Lifting herself up off the trunk she hopped off the car and shivered again. Damn it was getting cold out here. Approaching the entrance again, she braced herself, not knowing what to expect. Upon entering she saw Demy still slumped over and Kaleb still fidgeting, atleast there was a constant in this situation. "Erm...it got cold so I came back inside." Rubbing her arms a bit Sai closed her eyes and sighed. "And I'm sorry for yelling..."

"Maybe...."Demy sighed heavily, slowly lifting his head at Sai's return. "You....are?"Rubbing at his eyes a bit, the rockstar stared at Sai. Well...erm..an apology? He wasn't really expecting one so -soon-. "I'm...sorry for making you mad...."Ears still flat, Demy stayed in his corner of the booth. At the moment, the youth would probably remind anyone of a scolded puppy.

Kaleb stayed silent, it wasn't a discussion that needed to involve him.

"Yeah well...learn that not all people are the same so you have to treat them in a way that makes them feel comfotable." Sai thought that obviously Demy wouldn't understand the full meaning of this right away, but saying it now was probably a good idea anyway. Dragging over a chair so that Demy or Kaleb didn't have to move. Taking her new seat she ears flickered around. "So..." she tried to fill the awkward silence, but nothing came to mind.

"Okay...."Demy thought it'd be rather hard to know how everyone acted so he could treat them right, but er...if Sai said so, he could give it a shot... "So..."The youth shot Kaleb a 'save me PLEASE' glance, hoping that if he spoke up maybe things would be okay again.

Kaleb felt like his heart had just skipped a beat when he realized Demy was hoping he would speak up. He fidgeted a bit. He would have liked to just keep quiet and not draw attention to himself, but it was impossible to just sit there while Demy looked so pleadingly at him. "Sai, I-I'm sorry I was a bit too flustered to answer earlier. I-I'm twenty two years old."
