The twins stood and promptly walked over to the work station where they sat down on the stools and bent over the equipment. Each measured the appropriate amount and a few minutes later, they mixed the requested medicines in the glass of brandy.
Smiling, they returned and offered the concoction to Jaenelle. "There you go. Special order's served." Aureus laughed softly, winking.

Kallisto had merely held on to Torrid more tightly as he protested. "Why would she be angry?" She asked a long moment of contemplating that groan. They'd reached the hospital wing in a short amount of time and she padded in, "Hello!?"
Argentum jumped as she spoke from behind him, turning slightly. He'd been restocking the general supplies and bumped his head on the lower portion of the bed frame. "Yes!? Oh! A wounded one?" He bustled over, rubbing his head as Aureus poked his head around the corner. He had been in the office working on paper work for the current stocks of medical supplies.
"Torrid? Torrid...." Aureus shook his head an amused and yet disappointed tone to his voice. He recognized this one. He'd been the infirmary a few times previously.
Argentum blinked, "Torrid? Oh! What've you done now?" The One frowned and gestured to a nearby bed, to which Kallisto walked over and set Torrid on the bed.

"Well, I ah..." Torrid trailed off as they entered the infirmary. The answer to that question would likely present itself soon enough. "Hi, guys..." He greeted the twins as he was brought over to the bed, wincing when he was set down. Being moved around was causing him all kinds of grief. "Thanks, Kallisto."
He smiled crookedly at Aureus and Argentum, trying to make light of the situation. "It's no big, just um. Me and Kallisto were sparring, and she got me pretty well a couple of times." He indicated his arm and head.

Euphrasia straightened up as she heard a bit of commotion enter the tranquility of the Infirmary. In fact, she recognized the voice. She bustled out from behind the screen where her desk was set up. "Torrid...?" She chimed, her brows knit tightly on her forehead. "What have you done now?"

Kallisto smiled at Torrid and sat down in a nearby chair as Euphrasia came bustling out. "We were sparring... and he zigged instead of zagging..." Her gaze fell and she shifted in her seat, obviously embarrassed by the whole thing. It hadn't been on purpose, but she still felt bad for hurting someone.
A glass of drinking water and a few moist cloths were soon placed on the bedside table. Aureus stepped back and smiled at the choleric, "Sparring? Makes sense." The One flashed a reassuring smile at Kallisto, "Just be careful, okay?" Argentum nodded as he padded around to stand beside Euphrasia.

Torrid nodded and took the glass, draining it without stopping. After a gasp to get his breath, he said, "I ducked at the wrong time and she booted me in the head." He looked from the twins, to Euphrasia, to Kallisto and smiled sheepishly at the lot of them. "But it's nobody's fault. These kinda things happen sometimes, y'know, just bad timing 'n all... she got me in the arm too, but that was fair, and I think it's fine. Just a bruise or something."

Euphrasia sighed exasperatedly and rushed to the bed side, sliding the back of her paw along Torrid's neck to feel the tension in the nerves and muscles there. "Oh, Torrid... What am I going to do with you?" Euphrasia smiled patronizingly and clucked under her breath. "We'll have to get you some cream for your skin to prevent the muscles from seizing up, and how's your head doing? A little dizzy, are we?"

Kallisto's gaze fell. She felt really bad for almost knocking her sparring partner out... She knew the point of sparring was not to hurt the other. Which meant she still lacked control. With a heavy sigh, she shook her head, for all the things she'd learned, she really hadn't gotten anywhere if she still lacked the control.... Which meant she had to study and work on that skill. She loved sparring but control was of the utmost importance. "I'm sorry Torrid...." She said at length, looking up to meet his gaze.

Aureus and Argentum stood nearby, and at the mention of cream, Argentum padded off in search of the relaxing cream. Rooting around in one of the cupboards, he finally found it and returned, "More water for you, Torrid?" He smiled pleasantly and sat up on a nearby bed, watching the proceedings.
Aureus, in the meanwhile, stayed where he was. Close at hand should he be needed.
