Chaos moved from the house and walked from the town to a sakura blossom. He began to watch the large city with his Shegen...he knew her aura and what to look for...and she wouldn't get away from him...he would kill her...that was his job after all...right?...he had been thinking about what he kept being asked to do and wondered if it was all for the good or what.

She arrived at the house, with a nod the young pair understood who she was and let her in. Yumi then walked around the house, trying to find the best room. At last she settled for on of the bedrooms, with a window towards the street and three doors leading out from it, the closet in this room also contained another secret passage. With a deep sigh she sunk down in one of the corners. Kai, on the other hand, fell asleep as soon as his head touched the pillow, even though he'd said he wasn't going to sleep. Yumi just smiled, it must've been very tough for him, these last days. Still, Yumi wasn't really pleased with his performance, she had expected more of him. After all, he hadn't really had it that bad, not like Yumi did at least, since when her sensei left her all alone she had had to sleep on the streets for quite a while, until she finally reached her childhood home. Yumi shuddered at the memory and she could feel the cold spread through her body as if it had happened yesterday.

Chaos stared with his Shegen and let his mental voice shout out to the girl wherever she was "I'm coming for you Yumi-san...I will find you and eliminate you...and I will continue to kill those whom get in my way to do it..." He didn't know where she was but he was watching and trying to scare her out...he wanted to take her down...maybe ask her some questions before he killed her...she would continue running because of that young boy...she wanted to keep him safe and if she felt that he was searching in the streets then she may run out of the town...which was what he wanted her to do...

Trying to scare me, eh? Sorry boy, I've experienced too much to get scared by some silly threaths. She leaned her head back. Hope he'll give up soon, this is a waste of time, Kai and I should start training as soon as possible. Yumi did realize she couldn't run away forever, she also knew from last time that the man wasn't one that easily gave up. Her only hope was to get as far as possible away from him.

Seh entered Edo(?) and was immediately assaulted by the smell of blood, "Ewww!" she wrinkled he nose and put her sleeve over her nose and walked in. She couldn't see anyone and she was quite disappointed, "Oh man, I wanted some food too!" she protested quietly within the confines of her sleeve. HEr body tensed however, her ears straining for the slightest sound.

Chaos kept watch...he wouldn't let her go...even if that didn't scare her he had to fufill what he had said he would do...He could nap but had to keep his Shegen always active...for if it failed him Yumi and the boy might escape...and he couldn't have that.

The day turned into night, but Yumi didn't move. She was constantly prepared to leave in a hurry, thus not being able to get a second of rest. While the hours slowly passed she also realized that she wouldn't be able to continue in the same style, she didn't have enough strenght. Her body hadn't yet recovered from the painfull non-stop training sessions with her sensei, it would most possibly take a month or more to fully recover. Besides, the boy was a very stressing weight on her shoulders. Desperately Yumi searched for an answer to her problem. But as she didn't find one, she woke Kai up and ordered him to sit next to her and wake her up at every sound he heard, even though it was the smallest sound possible. Yawning, but with a scared look on his face he did as he was told without saying a word. Just as Yumi fell asleep she remembered she hadn't even told him from what they were running away yet.

She went into an inn and found a room that looked out over the town. She suddenly wasn't hungry anymore. She watched the town through her window, lights out, half hidden behind her curtain.
((I'm confused...))

((First off...we're in Osaka not Edo XD Edo had five people or so killed in it earlier, all part of the Shinsengumi, in Osaka just one house was killed nothing else...he doesn't kill needlessly...well if you're not in his way anyways))
Chaos couldn't find them...they were in hiding and the Shegen couldn't show what wasn't in true view...If he wanted to find them like that he would have to dig deep into his resources but it was pointless since he could just wait...they had to come out someday...the boy was most likely a pupil and had to be taught...while Yumi had to teach outside of a small confined room...no room to fight in. So they would come out...and he'd be ready...he would wake when they entered the town.

(( redface thank you.))
((so just ignore all those previous posts I guess...hee!))
Lotus began wandering the nightlife of OSAKA looking for somewhere good to eat. She kept findign one and then denying it, finding one, denied, finding one, denied until she passed by a house that was totally and completely silent. For some reason a chill ran down aher spine and she stopped walking. She turned her body around and faced the house, suddenly not thinking about her stomach anymore.
((better?))

((Very ^.^)) Chaos opened his eyes immediately feeling a presence but then let his eyes shut again realizing it wasn't Yumi or the boy...someone outside of dealings with his prey...he would continue waiting.

She knew it was a bad idea, she knew it, knew it, knew it. Strangely enough, she foudn herself walkign towards the house, not listenign to her inner wisdom to keep walking. The smell of blood reached her nose and she wrinkled it, fighting the impulse to announce her disgust aloud. She stood right in front of the door.

Despite the many times Kai had to wake Yumi up, she got enough sleep to feel her energy had returned.
She patted Kai on the head, he seemed to be utterly bored, not that it surprised her. "Don't worry Kai, everything is yet alright. You'll have to get used to living like this... may that be your first lesson. Just keep close to me all the time, you're not ready to fight anyone out in the real world yet." Kai evidently seemed to disapprove, but Yumi stopped him with a sharp: "Kai! Did you really think training with your sensei was hard? Have you ever really faced death? Have you ever even been put in a situation where your life was in serious danger?" Of course Kai answered and told Yumi about the time when sensei left him alone in the mountains for a whole 3 days. Yumi just laughed, "Do you seriously believe sensei left you alone? Didn't you ever notice something was following you? Sensei many times left me "alone". But in some mysterious way he always managed to find me again when exactly 3 days had passed. Have you ever thought about how that was possible, you did move around a lot to find food right? I also thought it was yet another one of his tests when sensei really left me. But when a week had passed and there still was no sign of him, the harsh truth hit me, sensei was never late, this time he had truly left me. Now real life, that's like those times he left you in the mountains alone for 3 days, only in real life, it never ends."
