kali was walking through the metal hallways. She was lead by two men and after some time they finally got to a large pair of doors. the man opened the doors and kali stepped through. A sudden flash of light before it faded into the balcony of the glass town, there was a mike there and kali stood tall with a sturdy look on her face. Before starting kali thought to herself.
*here it starts anima*
"people of my land, a grand wrong doing has befallen us, for the last time. we have been tossed aside and told we are not to be taken to heart by are neighbours. I and the other heads have met and decided together that we will no longer be abused by the mist and the tyrant queen, who has attempted assassinations of me, but more importantly killed are people. The peaceful monks of golem rock and others have fallen to there knights."
The streets of the upper level were full with people from not only high levels but the slums and other cities civilians. kali had a small smirk grow on her face as she had people eating out of her hand.
"i say this is the time for action to see my fathers and his peoples dream come true. A world that is safe, with the power of science. now is the time, join me in a new promised land of prosperity. A new world will come where abuse is no longer forced onto us and makina rule over fear and is are ally. This is are finest time to fight."
the crowd lit torches and yelled out for kali and so she had started it, the war was coming and soon makina would smash with shield and sword and the world would change.

posters covered walls and filled the city asking for people to recruit to the makina faction army. This army was the main one for all of the Balduvia. they all had numbers to call on them as well as locations, it was not long before people began to sign up and in the factory’s their new weapons where being manufactured with help of kali and Edoaurd. kali was in a an up roar at the scientists.
"What are you saying a group found there way in here?"
"err yesss miss, but I don't think they saw much"
"Saw much. if they saw anything its bad, i cant have it get out i was making weapons before we decided to go to war. It would make protest groups start emerging."
Edoaurd was at her side and she looked up at him before angryly looking back at the scientists.
"Well all the weapons seem to be manufacturing ok"
"Indeed they are"
The machines worked behind a glass window diligently, all looking busy on the factory floor, kali was happy things looked like they were moving along.
"Edoaurd could you find the intruders for me and ether bring them here or find out what they know, and if its too much....
kalis eyes became slits as she glared up at Edoaurd.

Flying high over the scattered layer of clouds, Chase soared in her dragon form with Taras on her back. Her wings stretched far, with it’s fingers and membranes flexing with the wind currents that flowed over and under it. Looking down she saw Balduvia city passing underneath them. It was place she wasn’t fawned of, for last few times she was here she was chased out, literately. She was merely going fly over the city, but something caught her eyes so she doubled back. The smoke stacks of factories where active and the city itself seemed busy with activity.
With her head hanging lower than her body in flight, Chase muttered one word, “Strange…”

(sorry for lack of posting i can only use the net in library right now i will try and do more thou)
Taras held tightly on the scaly back of chase and licked his dirty lips before speaking.
“I am happy to travel with you chase as long as you would have me, danger isn’t something I am a stranger too and I will see her again.”
He then looked down at the busy city and the smoke rose as high as they where in the sky. Taras had never been here and wasn’t one to keep up with politics knowing nothing about mackina so this was all new to him.
“Is something wrong down there? you said ‘strange’”

"I've just never seen that city that busy before..." Chase replied tucking her wings in slightly to drop in the air. "Something's going on," She dropping even closer and closer to the city use the smoke from the buildings as a screen to cover their decent, "And I want to know what." Flying down to the side of the city she dropped to the ground quite fast once the were lower, for there smoke couldn't hide a winged creature, but on the ground the trees could.
Once they were on the ground, Chase crept forward towards the city still in her dragon form, "I'm just not sure if I'm willing to enter. I didn't exactly make a great impression on these people before, but then again, they might not even notice or remember me."

Soldiers begin giving out flyers and sticking up posters of recruitment.

Attention all we are calling forth those willing to fight for the makina faction army. a new would is rising for the power of science to take hold and now with your help the makina faction can tackle the immanent threat of the mist nation and there queen who with her people have begun this fight. It is up to us as a people to combat this threat from these barbarians and your president asks all of you to fight for are future and put this ruler of Arvardias ancient ways to rest. We need you to join the army of Balduvia and fight for your rights as a people for the future. For information on joining contact the President or come to Balduvia and talk to the recruitment workers there your aid could be vital. (ooc you may pm key whiteheart for information.)

Taras climbed of Chase’s back and to the grass, it looked busy in the city, lights everywhere and it seemed men were putting posters up. Taras had nothing to fear here and said quickly.
“I’ll be right back!”
Before Chase could speak back Taras was off and ran to the outskirts of the slums, he smiled up at one of the Soldiers with a fake grin. The man then looked down with an odd look on his face.
“Take this to you family boy.”
He gave a flyer to Taras and he looked at it. There was a photo of a man with a gun on it and lots of words. Taras ran back to the trees. The Soldiers paid no mind to him going and addressing other passer bys.
“Chase they gave me this thing”
After climbing through the bushes and getting stray leafs in his hair. Taras held it up and looked to the ground. The flyer was in a few languages but Taras didn’t know how to read so he couldn’t tell Chase anything.
“errr, what’s on it?”

By the time Taras had returned Chase had changed back into her human form. She looked down at the poster for a few moments, skimming over the words. With a sigh she closed her eyes and began to rub the bridge of her noise, “It’s a recruitment poster.” Another pause came over the dragon before she explained, “They’re trying to more people join in this city’s army, and it also announces that they have declared war on Arvardia. Although, it doesn’t really explain why, just that Arvardia had made an attack on them.”
Looking up at the city she began to walk towards it, “I want to know more about what this war is about. My home town is the nearest town to this one, and I’ll be damned to let a war spill over onto Silhueta’s soil.”

"War. Oh, that’s horrible."
taras didn't want to think it true but if that what the poster clamed then it must be so. taras scrunched up the paper in his hand and followed chase, he pocketed it thinking he might need it later to show others, but as soon as they got to the slums he didn't worry about others believing him. There it was, the slums were filled with them and people looked on as more were put up.
"Do the people not care about the war, no one seems to be protesting or is it they agree with it?"
taras was really only speaking out loud really, but let chase hear. The town did seem to be ok with everything as taras looked at peoples faces.

"War is nothing but a tool to be manipulated by the higher power of each side," Chase said, “Most of the time what starts it is a lie, wrapped around the truth, then covered by speeches that exaggerates how great their people are and how they can defeat anything.”
She looked around at all people her eyes shying away from Makina robots, “It’s funny how that poster mentions putting to rest the ancient ways of Arvardia, when war it’s self is as old as time to the to any race.” The dragon glanced back at Taras, “I wouldn’t believe most of what’s on that poster, that’s just one side’s story. You’ve got to get the other side’s first before you decide to do anything rash.”

Taras nodded and still looked around; the people would look at the two of them now and then.
"So does that mean when you have heard the other side you may join in on this war with the one you think is right."
Taras was not really thinking of doing so but would Chase. He had no way of knowing which of the sides would be spouting more lies and which would be more truthful. Taras saw no harm in just finding out though.

"I'm not going to get involved in a human's war. They're pointless. Yet, if comes that need to fight, then I rather choose the side that will help me, and not betray me," Chase said heading to the center of the city. "Taras, if you don't want to get in any trouble, I suggest you hang back," She said looking at the tower that loomed over the entire city, "I'm sure they wont welcome anybody with open arms."

taras followed, not thinking he would join this war but knowing he would be involved no matter what. he had heard of war times from the elders of his old camp. it sounded like war effected everyone, even if you picked a side or not.
"lets go, maybe something will come up"

edoaurd didn’t speak back and looked down with a shadow on his face stopping kali from seeing his eyes.
"well, whether you decide to look for them or not is up to you then but i must go see to the new recruits and make sure everything is going to plan."
kali began to walk out the door but before taking her final step out she said in a angry voice.
"doctor, get the weapons ready for next week, you have had long enough"
"errr yess"
The man quivered and replied to the creepy young girls voice. she walked out and came onto the streets to see people in the upper level all looking at posters. She was happy with the peoples enthusiasm and began to look about the place. A soldier came up to kali to find out if she needed anything but she simply nodded saying no. kali was going to head down to the slums to see how things where going there, so she headed to the main lift.

"Spunky, Myht dra creb." Reza said, staring out the window. The airship passed slowly over the new continent as it's engines roared, slowing the airship down.
