Level up! Archer Omok and some plans...Whee got my bowman to lvl 44 yesturday! Now back to being depressed at having under 50% exp... I doubt I'll get another level before I have to move. Did a bit of goofing off, Mebby told me about a random Archer Omok tournament thing over at Pet Park so I went by. He left before they got started, I played a for-fun game with someone who was pretty good and won, then got creamed by the first round person because I wasn't really paying attention since I was also eating at the time. I think I would have tried harder if I'd known the first prize was 400k
sweatdrop Ah well it was still fun, makes me feel like I should play Omok more often since I always have it with me. There were several high level archers there, highest was about 70, tho I was the only girl. I can also now finally do the obsticle course there.
Got my mage to lvl 25, yay! Did all the lvl 25 quests with her as well. Ended up PQing for a bit since it was really late (after 4am) and there were some channels that were pretty much dead. Ended up being the lowest level in a random group, but unfortunatley the channel we did it on was messed up and there were no curse eyes on the map. Tried again same result until we killed king slime it seemed to reset and be ok. But by then I ended up getting disconnected before they killed him again so I didn't get any items from it, tho I got some exp. I think I'm still too weak to seriously PQ for a bit, it takes me sooo long to kill the gators. Been thinking of making myself a Wizard Wand soon, gosh knows I don't really have a use for the ores other than that, gah the cost of later wands/staffs really scares me
sweatdrop Tho then again Olys and Asianics cost an arm and a leg. The Wizard Staff I have right now was something I found a long while ago with my bowman, the watk sucks (27, -2 from avg) but matk is 44 (+4 from avg) so I guess that makes it good since you don't use watk unless you're nutty, and I can skip the Mithril wand since it'd have the same stats tho is slightly faster.

Very seriously thinking of taking my bowman back to Ossyria soon, is anyone interested in helping me do the Platoon quest? If yes I'll go ahead and make the jewel and plates needed for it, but I'll need help getting to the Icy Cold Field for sure, tho I may be able to make it to Cloud Park VI on my own tho it'll hurt? I just don't want to start it until I'm sure since you can't do the exchange quest until you finish it.
I still need 11 dragon skins to finish that one quest. Ouch drakes. *spent a bit of time sniping them at Drake's Meal Table from the ledge with the horny shrooms* Darnit they don't drop often enough! Wow Drakes Meat and Blood does nice things.
Dangit I need a piece of ice and ancient scroll for Manji's quest... will have to hunt for a glass slipper later, still havn't found one myself. I don't think I'm going to worry about this one much until later on.

Note* The following ranks in the procedure are in order.
Orihalcon Plate x 2
Sapphire x 2
Adamantium Plate x 2
1. Talk to Master Sergeant Fox in El Nath.
2. Go to Orbis.
3. Find and talk to Staff Sergeant Charlie to obtain a Piece of Ancient Scroll by giving him 2 Orihalcon Plate.
4. Head past El Nath to the Icy Cold Field to find Sergeant Bravo.
5. Find Sergeant Bravo to obtain a Piece of Ancient Scroll.
6. Head towards Cloud Park VI to find Corporal Easy.
7. Obtain the Piece of Ancient Scroll from Corporal Easy.
8. Head back to El Nath and talk to Master Sergeant Fox and give him the collected items and the item's needed.
