Contingent I think it's logically impossible to be caught off-guard when you're omniscient. Logic can be false. There are people out there using logic saying God isn't real. But anyway, all I'm saying is we dont know or understand God enough to come up with conclusions about Him. (pardon my spelling, i alwasy have errors)

Ri-san Contingent I think it's logically impossible to be caught off-guard when you're omniscient. Logic can be false. There are people out there using logic saying God isn't real. Woah, slow down for a second here. People 'using logic' to disprove God's existence doesn't mean that logic is fallicious. First of all, it's impossible to disprove the existence of something, unless you're omniscient. So their arguments are doomed, anyway. Now, according to every bit of reason in the human mind, a valid deductive argument with true premises cannot be false. The trouble is: it's hard to ascertain that the premises are true. You're killing defenceless bacteria...

Ok, what murder is in terms of legal definitions: Murder in the first degree: Malicious intent to kill Murder in the second dgree: In the heat of passion, malice may be implied.

Should we just keep birthing us some bebes til everything is used up? So... the solution to overpopulation is to kill people? How inhumane and cruel is that? Why not focus our energies on solving our resource problems, instead of killing the people who use them? They do that in china, each couple is only allowed to have 1 child. Most want boys, so itf it a girl they ussually are left on in the woods to die. That is their population control law - one baby per family. China is a communist country, so that is a very communist take on the situation. Though, consider this, the world has somthing called "a carring capactiy". That is how many people the world can provide for. Once we reach that capacity (and we will) we ride on that capacity for a brief moment and then the population dips down a bit and levels off under the carring capacity. So don't worry, it's all good.

Actually, I was under the impression that in China they have no law on how many children, but they place an economic reason as to have 1 child or none. And that as a cultural rule, they want a male instead of a female, because a male will further the family, and males are typically the symbol of strength and leadership. Also, if we limit the population to either male or female, think how quickly the population problem will decrease. So, I say to decrease our over population, we make it so that only one sex has the right to live. (please note that is a satirical solution. I know that it is not mandatory to have baby boys, i know what you aer saying, they all just want baby boys. But I do believe that that is a law so I willl have to check that out. There is malice in abortion. The thoughts of killing the baby are preconceived by the mother. These fetuses are babies (In my eyes). What you (other people) are saying is that these fetuses are only human after they leave the womb, then I have a question. What are they before they come out of the womb? They have all human fetures and a heartbeat while in the womb. I love hearing other people's opionions, and I love that we can all have polite disscussions and there is no finger pointin and flaming and that we can all respect each others opionions. I love it.

I'd say in most, if not all, cases a mother's aim isn't ill will or suffering of the unborn. You'd have to be some really sick person to want to have an abortion with the intention behind killing the baby to be that you want it to suffer or something to that effect.

I will agree with you that there is premeditation, but, there is no malice, because I do not view the unborn baby as a "fully" human. So, to me, this is like saying, you are killing a human that is not a human. Quote: These fetuses are babies (In my eyes).
