I'm having a bit of a 'tidy-up' of the guild at the moment.
This basically involves moving threads to the Memoirs, and bumping up others. If you belive your thread has been wrognly moved, then please contact me and I will move it back as soon as possible. 3nodding

Just pointing out that 20,000k = 20mil. might want to change that, as I don't think tickets cost 10,000 each. Could be wrong wink

There's been a quick update to the rules. 3nodding Nothing serious - in fact, here it is. Keep it real. Try not to overexaggerate, and please, please, please do not make things up. We're serious in what we do, and we mean what we say - if you want to 'roleplay', use the roleplay subforum. The Sabbat "guestbook" will be closing today, as will the Scavenger Hunt. Thanks for everyone for taking part! 3nodding You've still got time to get those entries in, and sign the guestbook if you haven't already.
Speaking of entries, the "What's in a Name" contest will also be ending today. You guys have really come up with some awesome stuff! biggrin I'm unsure as to how the "selection process" will be - I have an idea of my own, where the whole guild votes, but it's up to Jess: she's the 'big banana' of the Guild Mini-Shop. [nod nod]

I'm having some trouble with my web site host at the moment. Now - I bet you're wondering how that effects you.
Well - currently, all guild related graphics are hosted there. x_x; This means that if Black Griffin goes down - which it has been doing a lot lately - then the guild goes down. >_<
However. I've got most of the images on our Photobucket account now.
So - all I wan't from you guys, is if you've got a signature image to update the code for it. All codes can be found here. 3nodding
I'm really sorry for the inconvience... You're welcome to join me in shaking fists at my host. ^^

Okay guys - today is the last day for the lotto. Seriously. It's been going on for too long - and I don't want you to lose interest. ^^

We have our lottery winners!
First place, was ticket number 18. KoudelkaW was the lucky owner of this 'un, recieving 15k!
Second place, went to snooty_shim: 4k was awarded to her ticket number, 136.
Third place went to Alex, which was ticket number 112. whee

o_O Thank you so much to everyone who's donated random bits of junk to the guild~! ^^ We've got rather a lot - so, the shop has migrated to this thread.
If you didn't donate, and you're questing flowers, inks, trashies, bugs or cheap clothing - then I suggest you check it out! whee
All proceeds from the shop go to help this guild out - such as in contest money. What you get out, is what you put in. wink

We have our What's In a Name Contest winner! whee Congratulations to the winning entry, Dream Catchers by Tazzy Wolfstar.
We'll be changing the name soon as - just that Jess, the person with the log in details to Dream Reader is currently on hiatus. She's completley snowed under with an art assignment - which she has my good lucks for. ^^ Lex and I will be keeping the interpretations running - just from our own accounts.
On that note, the newsletter will also be a little late. >_< I've damaged my foot (to be precise, a door fell on me). Other Council Members are also tied up - Jace (Kato) has resigned from the Council, Maggie's having problems with her real life at the moment, and Vaughan isn't on the newsletter team. It's all fine - we'll get it sorted, just give us a chance.
Help is greatly appreciated - and of course, by doing so you'll win a bunch of stuff if the article/art work gets published. For more information, please PM me. (--aurellion--: not Blessed_Scribe.)
When everything gets sorted out (around about early november) we'll be getting this guild buzzing again. wink

The Lotto has re-opened!
There are now only 50 tickets up for sale - meaning the competitions will be short and sharp. This translates to even more chance of you winning!

Another guild lotto?
Yep - that's right! We're now running two lottos - one for just you guys that's run internally in the Main Hall, and one for "outsiders" that's run in the Exchange. Of course, you can still participate in this one, just there's less chance of you winning, as not all ticket holders will be guild members.
What's the point in doing this, you ask? Well, the Lotto run in the Exchange will be bringing in money for the guild, to host even more competitions.
I suppose that this is as good a time as any to announce that we'll be having a huge giveaway when we hit 10,000 posts. whee We're currently at 8,500 or so - to see for yourself, check out the "Guild Home". We're planning on giving away about 10k - probably more - when we do get to that stage - so, get posting!
More details are to come...
