Ariko kept his eyes locked on Nyas as she looked from him to Sachiko and back to him.
"Alright, Neko-chan, if you say so...."
As she began to turn away, Nyas suddenly turned back followed by her fist as it crashed into the side of his head. Ariko stumbled to the side a step, easily catching his balance and feeling Sachiko's hand free from his blazer. 'What the ********!! WHAT THE ********!! You dirty b***h!' When she turned back like nothing had even happened, something snapped in Ariko. Here she was talking about hating bullies, and she just knocked him upside the head like one.
In a whirl of salt and pepper hair, Ariko spun around and croutched down. His leg flying quicky towards Nyas's ankles, clipping her and standing upright as she fell onto her rear. "And just because I'm smaller, don't think I'll stand for being bullied. I can take care of myself just fine, so now we're even."

Nyas suddenly found herself sitting on her backside, staring up at one very angry Ariko. She snorted as she got to her feet.
"Typical," she said, dusting off her backside. "You know, guys like you are one of the reasons I swing the way I do."
She stretched her arms languidly over her head, realigning her spine with audible pops. "Always gotta have the last word, ne? I'm not a bully. I always used to see my girls get picked on for whatever reason. I'm bigger, sure. Makes me a good protector." she put her hand on Miko's shoulder. "Miko is smaller than her-" she jerked her head at Sachiko. "So I protect Miko. Gives bullies a taste of their own medicine. Now, are you gonna act your age, or do we have to take this outside?"
Nyas's expression remained aloof and unconcerned, as she shrugged. If this punk wanted a brawl, Nyas was more than ready for him, soreness from the day's shocks aside.

Ariko snroted as Nyas scolded him like a small child for protecting his girlfriend. "Whatever,....you protect who you claim as yours, I'll protect mine." He straightened his blazer and looked at Nyas with a smirk about his face as he folded his arms across his chest.
It amused him how half the words coming from her mouth were nothing but contradictions. "I'll start acting my age as soon as you aren't so hypocritical. Next time you tell someone that, make sure they throw the first blow Frogger. But know need to take anything outside, I don't want to waste any of the little precious time I have with Sachiko."

"Thats enough" Yoku said as he stepped between those two.
"It's ok to hate eachother, but do you have to show that neccesairly when youre girlfriends are around. Miko and Sachiko are friends."
He looked at Nyas and Ariko for a minute before he contineud.
"I'm not going to move. If you whant to fight that badly, then you do it when they are not around."

Miko and Sachiko could do little more than gawp at each other in surprise . Sachiko hurried up to Ariko, taking his hand and pulling him back a bit as she saw Miko rush to her own defender's side. Sachiko didn't want things to escalate any further, and she was sure nanahara would agree with her. All it would take was some nosy kid looking to earn brownie points to run to the dean, then both Ariko and Nyas would be starting vacation in detention.
"Arigatao, erm... fella." Sachiko floundered on the boy's name. Did she even know him? "Ariko, it's fine. Calm down, ok? Nyas-san is right, I shouldn't have said what I did." Sachiko bowed deeply to the petite younger gfirl, her expression apologetic.
"Sumimasen, Nan-chan. I did not mean to offend, ne?"
"Iie, I know Sa-chan," Miko flapped a small hand dismissively. She looked up to Ariko with surprise evident upon her face, and a little bit of anger. "See, Nyas-sama, all better. Yoku's right. Can't we all be friends!"
She really wished Sachiko hadn't said anything at all. After all, it was usually Miko who said the inappropriate thing. Those gossipy girls must have been having a detrimental effect on Sachiko. Besides... Miko would rather not dwell on such a confusing subject, anyway. She was still feeling random pangs of embarassment from her having fainted the night before. If that hadn't alerted Nyas to her novice status, Sachiko's comment must have
"Right, Kohai," Miko replied, turning to Ayumi. Let's all get along, ne?".

Nyas rolled her eyes as Ariko insisted again on having the last word, but she shrugged it off. If he wanted to go tit-for-tat, he could go till his heart's content. As long as he didn't take another swing, whatever he wanted to tell himself was fine by her. It wasn't as if she had hit Sachiko. So, completely switching gears once more, Nyas turned to Miko, Yoku and Sachiko, with a smile on her face. As long as the long-haired girl didn't harass Miko, she was fine in Nyas's book.
"Hai hai, it's cool. Relax Yoku, I ain't gonna fight. So...are all the outfits gonna be green too? Seems to be a pretty popular color, ne?" she chuckled. "You would look great in a pretty pink one, neko-chan. I think I'm gonna wear a yukata. Kimono have too many layers for me." She looked at Sachiko, still ignoring Ariko's presence. "Oi, with those eyes, you better wear a purple one, ne? Sachiko, was it? Heh, I think I like Sa-chan better."
She grinned at Miko. "Not as cute as Neko-chan here, though. But are you gonna wear those cat ears to the dance, too?"

Miko raised a hand to her head, pouting a bit.
"Hai, of course... I mean... I dunno... why, don't you like them?" Could Miko part with her precious cat ears? He bottom lips began to tremble at the mere thought of it. but if Nyas didn't like them...
Sachiko smiled a bit at the compliment paid to her.
"Well the school is called Midori after all, even if most of us got used to calling it Matrimony.. I thing Hitsaguya-san has a thig for the color. I don't know what it is. I never really liked green myself. It stands to reason ther will be a million shades of green. Especially with the Headmistress providing the, But hopefully the accents will be different colors. How awful would it be if they all looked alike. I'd die..." Sachiko looped her arm through Ariko's, resting her head against his shoulder.

Ariko didn't resist as Sachiko pulled him from the potential battle, not caring to even soil his hands any further than he already had. "I'm fine Sachi, don't worry Yoku. No ones fighting here anymore, so everyone can just relax now."
He didn't care one way or the other about Nyas ignoring him, maybe it was better that way before he said something to start things all over again. As Sachiko rested her head on his shoulder, he could feel the calming effect of her touch on him and instantly kissed her forehead. "You'd look beautiful in any color Sachi, even if they were all puke green."

Nyas smiled at Miko.
"Ee, if ya like em that much, don't worry about it, neko-chan." she said, flicking the tip of one fuzzy ear and winking. "Just didn't know cat ears were part of the traditional Japanese formal--."
Her sentence was cut short by a cry of pain and she clutched at the collar around her neck. Her eyes rolled ceilingward and she dropped to her hands and knees as the shock passed. Her vision swam and her limbs felt rubbery. And was that her, doing that twitching? Breathing in short pants, Nyas stayed where she was until the spasm passed. The hell...she didn't know teachers could use that much power....she thought that Gorilla brute had used full strength on her...

Michael and Rei were just about to the Student Union when Michael heard the scream. He rushed in, full heroism form and looked around. He saw the girl laying on the ground and he ran to her, down on his knees. "Are you alright? Hey, hey!"

Sachiko giggled softly at the compliment paid her, blushing a bt.
"Well, I really don't think you hav to worry. I'd neer choose to wear puke green. I don't have that much confidence in my ability to pull off that particular shade." She looked up in surprise as Nyas cried out. Looks like her collar had been activated. Sachiko shuddered sympathetically.
Rei's eyes grew wide as Michael darted off. He blinked , watching him disappear into the union for a moment, then quickly followed behind him.
Ariko and Sachiko were there, and and they were with a group of kids. He recognized Nanahara... who didn't? He did recognize the tall girl who had cried out, the boy, or the little gir that stood with them, however. Instinctively he held back, his heart beginning to beat faster, and not in the good way like when he saw Michael. Why did there have to be so many strangers over there, he thought miserably. As he slowly made his waay over, following Michael, he began to rub his dully ponding temples.
"Nyas-sama!"
Miko wailed with obvious distress. She crouched beside her idol, baby blue eyes positively huge. Instinctively she looked to the front of Nyas' collar, and breathed a sigh of relief when she did not see the red light flashing.
"Are you ok?" She looked up in surprise as Michael came runnng to the rescue.

Michael looked up and turned to Miko. "Sumimasen. Does she have band right now? Is she skipping that class?" He looked back down at her. This was a bad day to do that. Nagenami-sensei was appearantly not a good handler of his temper. He seemed so nice, but had Kazuma really set him off that bad?

Nyas groaned, and blinked a few times, shaking her head to dispel the little flashes of light that kept sparking before her eyes.
"Un...I'm fine..." she said, pulling herself to her feet. "Damn...I knew I was pushing it, skipping all those classes...But I didn't know they could pack that much punch behind those little joy buzzers of theirs..."
Her hand twitched again and she frowned. "So...I guess that's what I get for skipping the same teacher's classes twice, huh?" she said, chuckling ruefully. "And I'm still hungry."

Ariko snorted as Nyas stood from the ground, he was feeling sorry for her for an instant when she dropped to the floor in pain. But when she said the reason she was getting shocked, her stupidity showed that she deserved what she got.
"Skipping classes to take the shock, you're out of your mind. They at least keep the level turned down if you fall asleep IN CLASS. That's a tip for after the festival. There is no reason to run around here like a human light bulb." He shook his head, still smiling at Nyas as she still talked about being hungry.

Michael looked at Nyas. "This just wasn't the day to skip Nagenami-sensei's class. Especialy not twice. He got set off really bad. He might just pack another shock with a bigger punch if you take too much longer. I would push him any further today." He looked at the girl with concern. She would find herself dead soon if she wasn't cautiouis.
