Drywater In general, I get a lot of stares from little girls. One of them stared at me with the HUGEST eyes for the longest time. It was almost scary. sweatdrop Yes! Little girls stare a lot! I've gone to the bank, Costco, the mall...all sorts of places and the wee girls stare at me...and I stare back and they keep staring....I've even watched them as they continue staring as I walk away...I like the fashion though...I need more clothes...but I'm too lazy to sew anything as of late crying

GothicAlice Sing-Song-Love me and a couple of friends like to dress up when we go places. Once we went shopping to a little mall, and we had on some pretty simple Loli dresses-no platforms, or little tophats, just mary janes and bows and such. anyway, a ******** MALL cop stopped us and searched us, claiming that he had the right to do so to any suspicious mall-goers. Maybe he thought we were hiding a BOMB or some such stupid thing under our voluminous skirts, with a threat to destroy the evil shopping center..... stare a*****e. wow. Yep totally true. If he does it again just tell him that (and tell him that if he ever wanted to afford your kind of clothing that he would need a real job, so dont think its suspicious that actually...I kind of forgot where I was going with this sorry... that was kind of rude but I would just smack him upside the head and yell RAPE! if he did that to me XD )

GothicAlice I live in a VERY small town. The people here... I'm simply amazed that their brains function let alone exist. When I go on strolls I ALWAYS carry my black umbrella. Since the people here haven't a brain I get the comment, "You know it's not raining right?" quite a bit. Then there is the ever popular, "Devil worshiper!" or "Oh no it's a vampire!" and my favorite, "The queen of darkness has arrived!" I get comments like those even when Im not wearing loli,I love to hear comments like those rofl ....Except when my own father tells me things like that mad

I am poor and I lack sewing skills
so I only own a few loliable skirts
I've only been able to wear one once,
with a victorian styled shirt-
it was probably more casual lolita than anything.
plus it was Halloween. I'm a chicken.
A lot of people thought it was adorable
but maybe just because they thought it was a costume
I need to try dressing casual again sometime
and stop being so afraid of (negative) attention

I am not a lolita really
I just wear feminine clothes
Some of it is lolita style; I do have "classic lolita" skirts and dresses.
So I don't get stares from that.
So lately this weird thing has been happening
And I don't understand it at all.
I wear jeans and a black peacoat to school
And these little girls on my street walk past me
And stare, stare, stare
And they don't look away even if I stare back
And they look all disgusted
Why?
