Kaileen couldn't be live it. She thought that with all these people here that everything will be ok that the Omega would be defeated real fast. But oh no!! It had to go and it looks like half healed itself.
She tried to damage it again. But it doesn't seem to be working like how it should.

"Who's buying that cheesecake?" the super hollered at Benitoite when he heard him call out to Leto. "Oh, unless it's just between the two of you? Sneaky, going after a princess," Ptolemy teased with a cheeky grin.
Many people around him were still flinging whatever they had on hand or using their magic. He still couldn't think of how to properly utilize his own against their enemy, but he had to have something to throw...
"Hm...I guess this might do," he murmured, sliding off one of his metal bracers. Taking aim, he pulled back his arm and launched the projectile as high and far as he could, hoping to hit Omega in its 'face', if it could be called that.

While some people might disapprove of him charging in like he did, well he wasn't gonna sit back and play it safe. Even up close he still managed to avoid falling victim to the lasers that shot out of Omega. It was certainly close, but they couldn't stop now. Not even after it appeared to be healing itself. Well, that certainly sucked. The trio hadn't done anything like that. It was almost as if it was picking up different abilities based on what they did.
He caught sight of Ptolemy, working together with just about everyone in the room. It was really admirable to see that honestly. He was definitely proud of his friend. After this was over, maybe he could help him explain what the hell happened to them to Xi and Nischal.
There was a decent amount of rubble at this point, so he found a decently sized chunk of it to toss at Omega's face, honestly he wasn't sure it was working, but it was better than nothing.

Tsih swifty avoided the charge of beams that came from Omega. It had sucked when the trio had struck her, she didn't want to know what sort of damage this thing could do. Also, was it healing? Holy crap that was always annoying. Nothing drew out a boss fight like it having the ability to heal. Maybe it was time she try her magic again.
"Glittering Pixie Dust!" The pixie dust formed in her hands and she carefully blew it in the face of Omega, getting as close as she dared and as close as she needed to insure no one else was hit with it. The last thing she wanted was to confuse any of her 'allies' on here on the battlefield. That was honestly the most tricky part about battling in a group like this. All it would take is one misaimed spell to send them all in a spiral. But, hopefully her magic would confuse Omega for a while.

Well, the ball did...nothing, basically. Chauvet watched the battle, a little perplexed and at a loss, when suddenly she was approached by a senshi...at least, she thought he was a senshi. He was wearing black like a Negaverser, but he also had all sorts of shimmery fabric on his person and a bright hoodie, and even in the mess of all the other auras in the room she could tell his was...wobbly.
"I love stupid ideas," Chauvet piped up, a grin breaking across her freckled face. She shuffled on her heels, listening to his plan, and then she blinked, glancing down at her dress with an apprehensive pout. Was it going to ruin her outfit forever if she tore the fabric? Did she really have a place to be sad about clothing when she was halfway to being alien abducted?
Chauvet made her decision. She palmed a chunk of her dress along a seam where she didn't think she would miss it much, making it more of a cocktail dress than a gown."Here goes," she shrugged, tearing a swath away from the train and bundling it in her hands. "Okay, help me up--and on the count of three, we toss. One, two--gah!"
The cosmos page wobbled when she tossed the ball of fabric, casting it out like a sparkly net over one small piece of the cyborg thing. Like the ball, it looked...mostly ineffective.

That was Omega? Omega was the thing that was trying to override her, right? Didn't she control Omega? Why was Omega trying to control her -- oh dios the AI was flickering, and trying to talk about some kind of override. This didn't sound good-- "Delta!"
Suddenly concerned, Anser reached out and attempted to wrap her arms around the hologram, forgetting that it was probably just a hologram, but she found nothing there. Nothing at all. No image, no strange girl with half arms, no -- screen ...
Anser screamed when she realized something was coming out of the screen which was definitely not as fun as a video game. It was huge. And it was angry.
She felt so ... small in front of it. She hadn't realized these monsters could be so ... enormous. It dwarfed them all. Anser was fairly sure that, powered or not, it could squash her like a bug and kick her off to the side.
But also, it had just killed Delta.
Narrowing her eyes, Anser screamed out, "Mother Goose!" and charged at the security unit, attempting to swing at it as hard as she could.

It seemed that these AIs weren't aware of starseeds. Was that because they were people that did not have starseeds in the universe -- were they somehow unique to the Milky Way? That didn't fit -- or just because they were synthetic beings?
He would have had more time to consider this if it wasn't for the fact that Delta suddenly unfocused and shifted her attention to fighting Omega with override codes. It failed.
Apparently, while Delta had control of Omega, Omega also had control over Delta.
He watched the child AI disappear and hoped that meant she hadn't been ... destroyed. She seemed nice. She seemed legitimately curious. She seemed like she wanted to know more about them. It could have been a good influence on whatever alien had sent this containment and destruction vehicle to their planet.
Instead, now they needed to destroy some other thing that was trying to mass contain them.
Encke looked up and cringed. Some other ... huge thing.
There was a moment where he was just tempted to blast it with his ability, but considering it had come out of a large (presumably electronic) monitor, he decided to be cautious this time. Instead, he approached, attempting to take a swing at it.
Considering it was so large, he felt puny doing so. He hoped it was making an impact despite that.

The containment unit charged and then fired, scattering shots around the battlefield. Zircon whirled in place to check on hers, eyes wide and harrowed, but when she saw them still standing she returned to the task at hand. It was already gnawing at her, the last few moments before the fight broke out. If any of them fell, especially Sinoite, it would be on her conscience. She had barred him from healing. She had brought him to this point, green and unprepared.
The thought was sobering.
She shut out the impulse to overthink by summoning her weapon back to her, lobbing it again in a wide arc. It was a slow weapon, and prone to aiming error, but as it so happened they were, in fact, fighting something akin to the broad side of a barn. Zircon couldn't miss the creation if she tried.

What the - someone had the bright idea to lob rubble from the surrounding area at the security unit. Ptolemy followed the trajectory back to see Crocus and beamed radiantly. He cast him a reverent, playful salute. The tattooed senshi felt somewhat silly for have not thought of throwing those before his bracer, but at least now he could follow the other super's example.
Oh - but with so many of his court members around, maybe now was the time to try his own magic in conjunction with theirs. If they wanted to, anyway. Thinking he saw at least one person who might have been interested, Ptolemaeus flung out a hand.
"Change of Subject!"
Three colorful nets appeared. "Acubens, catch! Use your magic with it! Try a super attack!" He tossed one toward her, wondering if it would work with her magic since she was an eternal and he was only a super. Perhaps if she used her super attack, it would still take effect. The question was...what effect?
Hopefully not detrimental. That was the only problem. His magic may have been interesting because it was difficult to predict how his attacks would change others, but it also made it had to know what the outcome would be when he needed to make sure people didn't get hurt.
If they did, however, he would be sure to take full responsibility. Right now, he thought they might have been a little too desperate to concern themselves so much with risks.
"Hey, Crocus...try using one of these with your power if you want." He flung him the second of his nets. " Otherwise, just let it drop. It'll fade in 20 seconds."

Change of Subject! Ptolemaeus flings out both hands as if casting nets over the area of focus. Colorful strings of light shoot forth from the mood rings on his fingers to create three vivid, luminous nets meant to ambush the targeted magic attacks.
If successful, the nets will wrap about any visible aspects of the attacks (depending on the form the targeted attacks take) or the attackers themselves. Then the threads of light making up the nets melt into pools of rainbow light that cover the targets (whether astral projections, magical projectiles, or the attackers themselves) completely before fading out.
The players of the attackers whose attacks are affected can interpret the reversal of the attacks and how it affects their magic as they see fit.

Now that the monster was no longer watching her, Acubens was able to make her way back to her brood. She'd left to draw attention and the blast that was surely coming her way away but when it never came, she figured that she'd gotten away without getting hit. And she'd been away for far too long... god only knew what was happening while she was away. She was starting to think that maybe fleein wasn't the best idea but... it was that or risk them getting hurt right... right?
How did Remarque do that?
But she was back now, back with her brood and her friends... just in time to watch Mithra get blasted with the attack that was meant for her.
"MITHRA!"
Acubens picked up her pace, throwing elbows at whoever was in her way to get there. She thought that she even threw someone to the ground in her mad dash, but she didn't care. She had eyes on all the Dark Mirrors and they were either in front of her or with Leto across the room. Everyone else could eat s**t for all she cared. But it was like chasing a mirage, and everything was moving in slow motion. She watched the arc of electricity shoot from Omega and slide through the air, smarks crackling and fizzing off of it. She watched Mithra not move even though Acubens was shouting herself hoarse over the din of the battle. She watched, never getting any <********> closer while Mithra got hit.

Acubens slid to a stop next to the girl to catch her should she fall, and then she cast a toxic glare at Omega. Oh well this was just ******** over. No one laid a hand on her kids and got away with it. Not even digital, tron-esque monsters that crawled out of computer screens. Actually, especially not digital, tron-esque monsters that crawled out of computer screens.
Ptolemy called her name and Acubens turned just in time to catch his magical net in her hands and let her body act before her mind had time to question what was happening.
"Velociraptor Agility!"
And she lobbed the net at Omega and then reached down to follow the lead of Crocus behind her, tossing rubble hand over hand at Omega.
Velociraptor Agility Type Offensive Duration and Timing The charge lasts five seconds. She can use this attack once every three minutes, and can only attack twice, with just enough energy left over for a Velociraptor Dash after a five minute charging period. Uses A power up of her first attack, Acubens now is able to get up to cheetah speed. Besides that, however, he is also a great deal more agile. She can now turn, for instance, and while it may not be on a dime, at least she can change direction. She can also stop sooner and without having to run into things. Drawbacks Because the turns are still pretty sloppy, it's still pretty easy to dodge Micah's attack. It's still also pretty hard to stop, so Acubens might actually end up running into something while she is trying to do so.
WITH PTOLEMY'S CHANGE NET As the net lands on Omega, the speed attack turns into a slowing effect, making Omega's motions slower and more difficult.

Having been brought over to the group of unknown people, though they all felt like the ones who had awakened him, the dark haired male kept to the back of the group as things seemed to be going wrong - very wrong. He hadn't even gotten to respond to Delta...she, or they maybe, were gone now. They had at least understood him and spoke his language. Here, amongst these other people, there was a language barrier.
Watching as one in the group was attacked, and the one who brought him over went on the attack, Itokawa decided to try and help...maybe. He didn't know what his magic did, having never used it before. He somehow knew he needed to get closer, for whatever reason he was sure of this, so he did move closer to Omega - too close perhaps. It was by instinct that his hands moved, palms being held out over the ground as he spoke softly. "Dance for me." Accented, though still understandable, he watched as his magic started to work. Oh! Mushrooms.
