There was still a fight going on, but a glance down the beach showed a good number of hunters still up and actively fighting it. Things hadn't turned dire yet, and avoiding serious injury from a broken shield was probably for the better. The compliment had her grinning, pleased. "Do you think they'll need our help?" She glanced back at him, a brow arched.

Henry's next attempt wasn't any better than his last, and he was rewarded for his efforts with a hard blow to the stomach that sent him back reeling, coughing for air.

The lady said she had no complaints about how long he held her, so he continued to do just that. His hands shifted enough that his grip was more firm as he followed her gaze back to the lobster battle parading around in the background.
Wrinkling his nose, he used his shoulder to push up his glasses so he didn't have to lean forward and...well get a potential face full of boob.
"Think it might be a good idea to hold back and wait," Zane admitted watching as hunter after hunter did their best to take down the beast. "Gotta remember that this is just the beginning."
<Thinking ahead for once?> Lerna's voice crackled across his thoughts.
He ignored her.
"We'll be of more help if we're still able to stand."

He was out of the monster's clutches, but Ever still was on the ground -- which certainly wasn't the best angle of attack. He struck out at one of the legs, but the blow scrabbled against what felt like armor, screeching horribly as it did. HP: 30 / 60 DMG: 3 Charge: 3 / 3 BOSS HP: 29/ 500

Jason didn't know much about Atlantis. Or the mission. All he knew was he had received a text like everyone else saying they were returning a artifact to the lost city.
When he eventually turned up, usual runics and extra gear in hand, he stood there and stared at the giant lobster swinging it's claws about.
"....Not this again." He sighed. Were they going to be transported to another island again?
And then he was smacked with a giant claw. But not without stabbing it a few times.

It managed to dislodge the moon, sending him flying at Jason left a parting shot on the creatures shell.

With a full charge, Jason fired a volley of needle like energy as he was thrown away, the barbs finding their mark and finishing off the giant water lobster thing.
He then landed in a heap on the sand and wondered if it would be ok to just lay there and not have to do anything else. Because that sounded like fun.

The Lobster turned to them all, claws raised, before it's surfaces started to bubble. A claw fell off with a large splash of water, and then the tail, before it's entire body lost form and collapsed into a large pool of water that slowly drained back into the ocean.
