Tristen would end up having to hit the proverbial brakes extremely hard, skidding to a stop before the Flygon's attack done its damage. In a near panic, Tristen quickly took out the two Pokeballs belonging to his Galvantula and Xatu and recalled them both, not wanting them to get caught up in the Shadow virus, already going through one nightmare with his Blitzle. With his path now blocked off, Tristen was now cut off from Aile for the time being unless he could find another way around. With no knowledge of this place, it was highly unlikely so soon. The only other option was if Tristen wanted to take a chance using Dragonite to not only get across this pitfall the Flygon made and for that matter confront the offending Pokemon in question. He didn't. Worse still is that the only one immune to the Shadow condition was his own Blitzle, having being cured from it himself, but for the tiny electric zebra stand up to a Flygon? There would be no contest between the two, Tristen and Blitzle would lose outright. Darts would be the only one who could still follow Aile if he wanted to fight the Flygon. Add in the fact that Aile was out of range for his Thunder Wave and Thunderbolt attacks, that makes for one kid rather upset in having to break some unfortunate news to his parents, one thought that made the kid scowl back with puppy fangs towards Aile.

Silver would jump slightly at the feeling of a claw poking into their side, but would settle down at the sound of Clara's voice. Sniffing warily at Arkana, the Houndoom hybrid would realize that it was the pokemon they had scented previously. Although that made the hybrid slightly nervous, considering the prior situation, Silver decided to make an effort to trust the Zoroark. After all, she was currently carrying a person that Silver cared about deeply. And if Clara was trusting this pokemon, then Silver could attempt to as well.

Hearing the comment about their sense of smell, Silver couldn't help but give a toothy grin. "Well, my sense of smell helps counteract my lack of sight. Once you've gone blind, you learn to identify and locate people, or pokemon in your case, by other means," Silver would explain, drunkenly rambling for no other reason than just to have something to say. The hybrid would follow Arkana as carefully as they could, stumbling a little more than normal just due to still being a little disoriented.

"Use Dragon Pulse!" A voice shouted from behind the other Snagems, a Hydreigon appearing from a swirling vortex of darkness conjured by its Dusk Ball. The savage Pokemon would unless a blast of Dark Pulse at the Shadow Flygon, levitating as high as possible to avoid the Shadow Pit, though not because it was worried about becoming Shadowfied. That said some of the shadowy energy would splash up and pelt him, the dragon doing its best to stay aloft.

"Forget about me?" Sub asked Aile as he appeared on his Hydreigon's back, Griswald having carried him through the shadows, the ghost floating above him. A cool blue energy would surround the area where Aile and the Snagems were doing battle, Sub's Snag Machine whirling softly as the Immunizer did its thing. "Sending out a Shadow Pokemon against your former allies, and yet you're the one trying to hold the moral high ground. Tisk tisk tisk."

Beau would come to a sudden stop as the quicksand sprung to life in front of him, blocking off his and Rein's route to Aile. Of course something like this was going to happen, he had never doubted that the woman would be prepared to escape. But he wasn't letting a fellow native who said f it to the institution keep being part of said institution without some explanation. But he couldn't make it across without getting corrupted or whatever Shadow stuff did to hybrids. When the welcome sight of a blue aura spreading over the quicksand greeted Beau's eyes, the hybrid would sprint back before getting a running start. Leaping into the air, he would spread his wings and scramble for air time to get over the sands, managing to succeed to the point that he could grab onto something solid on Aile's end. "Hey! Master thief! Care to spare an explanation for a fellow rebel of Kalos? Promise to let you go if its a good one." Beau yelled, arms flailing as he desperately tried to keep himself above ground as he tried to get onto his feet on solid ground.

"Right," Amaranth spoke up with a nod, noticing the path to the cellar. "And we're sorry about Aile. But..." She wanted to tell Arkana that it wasn't anything she was fully at fault for. Or at least warn her that there was a very real chance that Aile might never be with the team again, that her or her Pokemon- including Arkana- were unlikely to be spared. But she couldn't bring herself to say such a thing, instead trailing off.

It wouldn't take long for her to go down it, only to see a sight that she hadn't expected. Turns out, the wine cellar had a door on the other end that led further in. Anyone that happened to get to the door and open it would find that it led to a more proper cellar; the one that Cera and Isaac had been moving to leave. Otherwise, it looked like an ordinary wine cellar, rack upon rack of aged wines lining the shelves within.

Speaking of Cera and Isaac, their exit would end up being halted by one of the attendants from the now-crashed party.

"What in the king's name have you two done!?" He yelled, shining a lantern in their faces. "And how did you... oh, I see two of the most wanted criminals have graced me with their presence. To think I almost asked you to leave... perhaps I should turn both of you in instead. The Comebuy family might even forget their anger about failing to notice you sooner, and another of these pesky sorts will be out of Kalos' hair." A single Pokeball would be pulled out of the inner pocket of his suit, tossing it at Cera.

It was a sound idea in theory. Except for the part where the ball simply hit her in the head, hitting the ground and doing nothing more. As the Mew, in fact, had been caught before, the ball's anti-theft function kept it from opening at all. So much for plan A.

"...you done?" She asked, giving an unamused glare at the attendant and looking to Isaac shortly after.

Things would start to become infinitely worse for anyone that was unlucky enough to be caught up in the Shadow Pit, but a saving grace would come in the nick of time. The scent put into Sub's Immunizer would cover the area around everyone, barely shielding them from infection in time. They wouldn't have long, however. If they were going to keep fighting or try to get away theirselves, they'd need to do it now.

Regardless, another sudden light source would shine upon Aile and the Snagems, revealing the other attendant. He seemed to be a bit looser on his feet as he set the lantern down, taking out a crumpled post-it note and a swig from a nearly empty bottle of champagne. The note would be tossed on the floor soon after, followed by him spitting his drink and stomping down on it. "Enough! Shcrew the formalities!" He screamed with a hiccup, pointing at the lot of them and shaking the bottle. "I don't care who... you are! You aren't- hic!- no nobles to me! Now get out!" The lantern would be left behind as he stumbled away a few steps, only to suddenly turn around and throw the bottle of champagne at Darts' head.

"Aaaan' you! Shtupid chaaaa'latan!" His declaration done, he resumed stumbling out, unaware of just what kind of heated fight and falling out was going on between Aile and the rest of the team.

Connor took not one step closer when that Shadow Pit appeared, in fact taking a cautious step back. Quicksand was one thing, but Shadow Energy? A whole different ballpark. Thankfully, Sub appeared when he did and turned on his Immunizer; the idea of procuring his own coming to mind. Bringing out his Meditite and Poliwhirl, he'd use his own method of getting across to Aile since he didn't have wings like Beau. "Matrikas, use Confusion to get me over. Indra, use Hyrdo Pump to speed things along" he instructed. His plan being put into action, the faint pink energy would surround his body as he was hoisted into the air. With the water boost, he would be propelled over the sand pit to place him on Aile's side. Once he was safely over, he'd return his two Pokemon before facing down the traitorous thief. Though that Hydro Pump did no favors for his back, he still took a fighting stance, prepared to engage her.

"...I think that was the smell of too much money and disappointment." Tristen said, looking towards Sub as the immunizer did its job. This may be the opportunity to get Dragonite out, but at this point getting Aile was a lost cause, at least someone in his predicament. All it took would be getting by Dragonite and he was virtually nixed in stopping Aile and her powerhouses. That said, maybe there was a consolation prize. Tristen rushed off the other way, taking out his own SNAG, looking for a way out of the building. The only ways he knew of was either out the front door, which he would have to climb through rubble and panic just to get out from, or leave through a now non-existant ceiling thanks to Beau blasting it to oblivion. As he started to make his way out, he pulled out his own SNAG and started to give a call out.

-------------------

Meanwhile, back in the cellar.

"Oh bloody hell...well, since the surveillance is off..." I said, firing an Ice Beam towards the unwelcome guest to Isaac and Cera. "Yea, he's done."

"Well, that was sudden." Freth said.

"When it comes to Comebuys or anyone allied to them in particular? My patience wore thinner than paper." I said.

My SNAG starts going off and I took it out. "Make it quick." I said.

"Blizz, its Tristen." The voice on the other end spoke.

"Tristen? You got Aile?" I asked.

"No, and I don't know if it will be worth it in the end either. Aile brought out her Shadow Flygon and is ready to fight everyone with it. Sub got his Immunizer thingy down here, but I don't know if I would help out that well in the hallway."

"Wait, she actually brought out that Flygon!?" Freth said, overhearing the conversation. "Son of a-...I guess at least it isn't the Regirock, but still, risking an outbreak here in Kalos! Seriously!"

"Personally, I probably would have preferred the Regirock at that point." I said. "Tristen, where are you at now?"

"Uh, I'm heading towards the roof. I thought it would be easier to get out that way. The big room in the front is kinda blocked off; I'd have to climb all over a bunch of stuff just to get out and even then, that's out the front door."

"That's fine. We've just about got Zygarde out of here. Get out and get some distance from here then get Xatu to take you back to HQ." I said.

"Okay, Blizz."Tristen would soon end the communication.

"Alright, it's on us now. Let's go. Isaac, Cera, come on. We're bailing out."

Tatooine would fly backwards, crying out in pain as she recovered shakily from the Dragon Pulse. "You know, I had, with everyone else wanting to capture, hurt, or kill me," Aile spat at Sub, beginning to shake. "And all I want to do is get out of here, none of you were even invited! I at least had a legitimate excuse for being here!" She'd look up at her Flygon, who was snarling at everyone. Her look softened for a moment before she shook her head. "No- huh?" She'd turn over to the attendant before snapping at him. "And none of this would have happened if you lot had done your jobs! Just for your reference, The Under King is a title for a Coliseum in ORRE! Bumbling fools!" She growled as the attendant left, a slight smirk showing momentarily as he threw the bottle at Darts before turning her full attention back to the battle. "Tatooine, Dragon Tail!" Aile was still quivering as the Flygon flew forward, lashing out at Sub's Hydreigon with a tail charged with draconic energy. And by now, Aile had just completely ignored Beau's questions. She might have juuuust gone over the tipping point.

______________

Arkana would freeze when she heard the loud roar from Tatooine, turning her head. "Was that... Was that Tatooine?" She'd be thankfully distracted by Kayvaan showing up, throwing a few hand signals at her. "Sorry, I'm going to need my hands here for a moment." She would gently put down Clara and begin to sign back to him. Some more back and forth, with Arkana's becoming more severe, and Kayvaan would begin to get irritated. Some more signing would lead up to Arkana's final sign being the one finger salute and a shout. "And tell her that's what I think of her right now! Let's go!" She'd go to grab Clara's hand and begin to follow Blizz and the group once more. "I'm not going anywhere near a Shadow Pokémon anyways."

Just a little to heavy Clara would be on her rump as akrana attempted to grab her, but to no avil. As the drunk would be like a rag doll. Arkana in her pissed off mood probably didn't notice as Clara was left by the group. Where are they going the door is this way she thought standing up and posing like she was on a cover of sleuths magazine. Wait now their gone, Clara was left in the large building with no where to go. oh well.

Silver hair bouncing she made her way through the halls and eventually ran into someone. With fabulous red hair and stunning green dress, lucky for her not the same one otherwise they would have a problem, but a beautiful lime green. "He-Hey I love your dress." However Clara would snap a little from her drunkness when she saw the distress in her eyes. This girl is a snagem, they never really talked but she definitely saw her around a couple of times. Looking down the room She saw a bunch of masculin looking blurs, and they where all fighting her at once. That is so not coolio. Standing infront of the maiden Clara would throw her pointer finger at them. "Hey you- you you JERKS, yeah got em. Leave this Lovely lady alone she just came here to have fun, and is obviously feeling soo-sooper attacked right now." In her daze she would turn and grab the girl hand and start walking her away "guys can be such jerks! uhg"

When the Flygon came out and the attack was issued, Trish didn't even bother with stopping. Screw it. Aile wanted to go that hard? She'd go HAM on her. Charging down the hall at full speed, she'd taking a flying leap over the Shadow Pit, tiny, almost imperceptible burst of Fire chi at her feet propelling her farther and faster than she had believed possible. She just barely cleared the Shadow infused quicksand when she grabbed the ball off her waist she had refused to touch in the longest time.

"Ruth! Hyper Beam!" The tiny Amaura appeared from it's ball, shadowy aura and all, it's sails almost black from the virus, before bracing itself and using the ultra-destructive, Refrigerate-empowered beam of pure, unadulterated power down the hallway. As the beam raced down the corridor, aimed to try and take the Shadow Flygon to the ground, a thin layer of frost laid itself upon the walls, ceiling and floor, the Shadow virus and Ice-chi fighting for control over the powerful attack.

"Hold on, Blizz," Isaac said, after listening in to Tristen's report on the situation. "Tristen said that Aile hasn't used her Regirock yet, but I doubt that the others will simply leave her alone and let her get away. And, for that matter, as long as we are denying Flare access to one legendary Pokemon, we should probably do the same for another." As he mentioned this, he would pull his right hand out of an inner pocket of his lab coat. His hand, now wearing his Snag Machine, was clenched around the distinctive purple shape of a Master Ball. "How about it?" Isaac asked, "Feel up to going toe to toe with a legend?"

I thought about that for a second. Personally, I kind of wanted to quit while we were still ahead.

"You know, Blizzard, he does have a point. The more we can cripple her now, the more useless she is to them later."

"Personally, I wanted to avoid a confrontation with her like that, though. Especially in a place like this. Not that I couldn't fight that thing. I do have a couple that can take on that Regirock head on." I said.

"Well?"

Truthfully, this was a tough call. The whole point of sending Tristen her way instead of me going after her personally was so to avoid the Regirock if at all possible. Considering that she already showed that she wasn't afraid to unleash the shadow Pokemon, anything is fair game, I would imagine. Problem is that Flygon in question. That thing would have to be either distracted or taken out altogether for this to work. I didn't want to risk having my Pokemon shadowfied. Then again, we may not get another shot anytime soon, considering at this point Aile is probably showing desperation to get the hell out at this point. "This is way too crazy for my liking. Truthfully, I'd say this idea can go piss off, but on the other hand, we do need to get that Regirock away from Aile. We'd have to fight that thing eventually rather we want to or not. If you can keep any of her Shadow Pokemon off me and my Pokemon's case, I'll see about dealing with that Regirock."

"Wow, I...honestly did not expect you to say that." Freth said, staring at me confused.

"I don't like the idea, to be honest. But what better shot do we have at the moment." I said. "It's either get her now while she's on her own or get her with Flare backup."

"Yea, I guess you got a point there." Freth said.

"Make sure Arkana and Zygarde get the hell out of here. I'll be with you soon." I said, taking out a Pokeball.

Valdemar was hit by the powerful Dragon Tail, the dragon sent soaring from the hit. Griswald would snatch Sub away into the darkness as the dragon was on a collision course for the ground. As the Dark One reappeared standing on the ground his Hydreigon was recalled on its own to its ball, another device popping open and releasing Poe.

"Hehe! What we got going on?" Poe spoke up as he appeared. Something was different about the Sableye, it had a peculiar gem embedded on the back side of his right hand. Was that a Mega Stone?

"This works...focus, Poe." Sub instructed his Pokemon. "It's time to Mega Evolve." With that said Sub held up the Snag Machine on his right hand, the Key Stone on it beginning to shine brightly. Poe would mimic this action as he held up his own right hand, both stones shining together, however the light from Poe's beginning to surround him and take on a solid form.

A gem-like sphere of solidified light would surround Poe for several seconds before shattering, the shards of the former sphere fading away into nothing. Poe would be revealed in his new Mega Evolved state, his eye gems blood red, his ears more elongated, smile more sinister, and most noticably his chest gem dislodged and now much larger, the Mega Sableye holding it up in front of him.

"Quash, bind that Flygon." The Dark One ordered.

With a fiendish laugh that seemed to echo and almost dripped with evil glee the Mega Sableye would motion with its hand at the Flygon like a witch casting a spell. As Poe's eyes gave off a dark glow an equally dark energy would form around Flygon. However, unlike a normal Quash the energy would begin to solidify and take on a gem-like form as it attempted to weigh down the Flygon with its surprising weight and force, the Quash empowered by Poe's Mega form. At least Tatooine looked pretty with her new crystal coat.

"Alright then," Isaac replied to Blizz, as he stashed the Master Ball back in his lab coat. "She doesn't know I have this, so I'll avoid showing our hand too soon. Until then, I'll back you up as best as I can." Withdrawing three Pokeballs, he then set the Snag Machine to its Immunizer setting. Turning back to the others, he gestured towards the open cellar door, "Now then, shall we join the fray?"

"Weavile, come on back." I said to my Pokemon, recalling the Weavile back to the ball. I gave a hard sigh, leaving Freth behind. I made my way up, out of the wine cellar, back into the kitchen, and out into the hall. I winced from the massive noises of destruction coming from close by. "Well, I might know where they're at." I said. Aile at this point was about to get pinched down on pretty hard. "I hope I don't regret this, Isaac. It would go without saying I'm counting on you."
