At this time, the GMs are again active and ready to respond. You may perform green actions again. The GMs will be around until approximately 3:30PM PST/6:30PM EST. Pigxels x "Ho there old fellow, try standing on that red stone, second from the left, and see if it remains lit for you," he calls. Jester hops off the stone where the three had been standing, and decides to run all the way to the stone just on the other side of where Kisses stood, next to the symbol stone. Outcry growls lightly in affirmation, and then bounds to the stone next to Mist, hopping up lithely, and waits. There are currently no stones that are lit red. Nothing interesting happens either as Jester stands next to the marked stone, or as Outcry stands next to Rolling Mist's stone. Jun D x She could've tapped it, but, motioning Kisses off, she squeezed up onto the centre stone and jumped up and down on it - in for the penny, in for the pound. Several things happen very quickly. When Rouge first touches the center stone, it begins to glow and the Obelisk brightens. The five stones to the left begin to glow yellow-white. Nothing seems to happen as Rouge jumps up - but when she lands again, the center stone stops glowing. On the right side, the leftmost stone is now glowing a white color. [stones: yellow - yellow - yellow - yellow - yellow - center (not glowing) - white - plain - plain - plain - plain. the obelisk is still glowing.]

Satisfied with its contribution the owlcat brought its paw up to brush its face. Anyone looking at the owlcat's pawpads would have found them glowing like embers...

He blinked and squeezed his eyes hard. Apparently he'd been staring too much, given the lights were gone now. He hops onto the stone to the right of Rouge, and Outcry jumps onto the stone next to Mist. "I'm starting to see things," he mumbles to himself, trying to organize his thoughts.

Pigxels x He hops onto the stone to the right of Rouge, and Outcry jumps onto the stone next to Mist. Nothing seems to happen in response to either of these. -- A few minutes later, the white stone on the right stops glowing. All five stones left of the center stop glowing. The obelisk is still glowing, but not at a dimmed intensity. bear is on the third stone from the left. half-truth is on the fourth. blue and bubbles are on the fifth. rouge is on the stone with the marking. jester is on the leftmost stone of the right group. outcry is on the fourth stone from the left of the right group. all other kin/dogs/wolves/burning bushes/other familiars are not on top of stones, but they may be touching some stones.

The sound of distant clamour had been enough to draw the Acha's attention– the promising glint and shift that proved to be more than a mirage was enough to draw him near. Sea of Butterflies tilted his head and threw it back, moving his hair so it pooled over his back and wouldn't get caught as he trotted through the dunes, dipping and cresting as he came closer to the spectacle unfolding before him. It was a group of kin– mostly strangers– not acha! And they were fussing about at the old relic. Hopping about on stones, the ones that were sometimes buried by sand... and some of them had changed colour?! "What is this? What's going on here?" the acha shouted, galloping forward with such excitement that the length of his hair went forgotten, and promptly pooled off of his back to trail and drag beside him. "Who are you? Are you magic? What have you done to those stones?"

"Hi there," Jester called back to the elegant (and frankly beautiful) acha buck. "We aren't magic, I don't think... But we're trying to get the tower to light up! Want to join us? We're trying to figure out the pattern in which to stand on the stones. They change color based on what kin touches what stone, but we aren't sure why yet." That probably came out sounding half-mad. Not that he wasn't, honestly, but it still probably sounded really strange. There wasn't a way to really describe what they were doing without at least sounding a little nuts.

Breach was still feeling relatively lost and only offered a brief nod towards the new acha, as she clambered over to a free stone and climbed up on it. Once she was perched on the second stone of the right group, she jumped up and relanded on the stone. It was what the acha had done, perhaps they needed to jump or hop. "Not magic, no," she sighed as she turned her attention to the acha. "I rather wish I was though..." since she really hated this.

Nothing particularly interesting or out of the ordinary happens. The obelisk continues to glow; all the other rocks in the area continue to not glow.

"We're trying to light up the obelisk good and proper!" Rouge shouts at the (rather tasty, she thought) newcomer, in spite of the explanations that had already come, "I don't know if we're magic, we might be! Why don't you pick a stone and see?"She looked around at the dulled stones, humming thoughtfully. "Alright," she calls to no one in particular, "I'm going to try it again!"Once again, Rouge jumped up and down on the middle stone.

Jun D x Once again, Rouge jumped up and down on the middle stone. Nothing of interest happens, no matter how many times Rouge lands on the center stone. Maybe someone else should try something.

"Welp. It doesn't seem to like me anymore," Rouge hopped off the stone after an extended period of hopping in place, "someone else give it a go!"

How exciting! Ohh, Roses would be so upset to have missed this. "All right!" The buck walked up to the stone Rouge had just hopped up on. "So we're just supposed to..."He hopped up onto the stone Rouge had just vacated, intent on seeing what would happen.

Watching her compatriots jump up and down was exhausting, but also somewhat guilting. She stepped out of the shadow and stretched, viewing the array of kin on the group of rocks she used to be on. "We're settling down here again, then?" She commented, airily, cattily and brightly, before scrambling onto the rock furthest to the right.

Maxx D "We're settling down here again, then?" She commented, airily, cattily and brightly, before scrambling onto the rock furthest to the right. Nothing of note seems to happen. Anything that has been glowing continues to glow at the same color and intensity. Anything that has not been glowing continues to not glow.
