"Well, not just physical labor because at first I was trying to be more like a leader and do leadership and discipline but I had a hard time with that, and I didn't try anything intellectual because that isn't very easy either," she said, putting down some more boxes. She turned to look at Polair, hoping her pleasure at the unexpected praise wasn't too obvious. She wanted to keep up with her? "Moving things is pretty easy and nice because you pick it up and then when you put it down that's just where it is so I have been doing more of that now."

She kind of liked physical labor, honestly. The feel of her hands around something, and the accomplishment in doing something on her own merit... it was simple, not like talking to trolls or being their leader. Her lusus didn't want her to be like that though. She wanted her to be strong and capable, but in the sense that she was a killing machine. Not a laborer, and definitely not moving beams and boxes. Stuff like this was generally reserved for lowbloods or drones, not someone like her.

"It was really nice to see you though and talk to you about things," she said with a smile. Polair was so nice to her!

They're still out there. She couldn't leave them out there, screeching about and disrupting the work they were doing here. Plus, they were super annoying to her, personally. Eostre walked back to the gate and flashed them a smile."Care for an exclusive interview?"

They followed her without question, and she simply led them to the back gate and locked them out there. It took a bit of struggling to get away from them in this position, but it was much simpler than any other solution she'd had yet. It's not like she could gun them all down, after all. She took some comfort knowing she wasn't the only troll here dealing with them. Maybe she'd go find someone to team up with.

Eventually, the paparazzi she analyzed and gave talk therapy to left the place with teary eyes and a lighter step, trailed by a few of their compatriots who were now flashing lights in their face and asking her their petty questions. Psykgi smirked as the gates were closed behind them. There. That was a few down... she looked over at the remaining gaggle - but so many more to go. So much attention to divert.

First, though... She leaned against a wall, closing her eyes for a brief moment. It had been fun to practice what she'd been learning at the facility (and she hoped to see that troll again there, one day. She had encouraged 'further treatment' after all, like she was supposed to,) but that s**t required time and work. Extroverted as she was, she needed some time to recover and to 'switch gears' as it were.

Reemus is attacking the Paparazzi!

Someone was touching him again. Grabbing at him. Reemus didn't know anyone here, and anyone tall enough to reach his shoulder might blind him again with a stupid camera. He turned, having completely lost his cool; Toothy wasn't in the building, just the Reemus that strangled Rasali a while back. He was close, so close, to only seeing red with his good eye; lines were blurring. Never before in his life had he been so assaulted on all sides, with nothing to drag him back to reality. He let out a warning growl.

He was content enough to snap at Fellah, had the redblood not pulled him in. Reemus's harsh sound changed into a sharp yelp of surprise on a dime. His eyes went wide. What was this troll doing?! Reemus shut down a moment in confusion and shock, long enough for the press to have a field night, before Fellah broke it off and apologized. This was enough to snap Reemus back into reality. "What d'ya mean kinda?!" Reemus barked. "I don' even know you, mate!"

Flustered, upset, among many other messy feelings. He turned towards the press. "Don't any of ya have anythin' better t' do 'n harass a bunch a' kids? Just let us do our damn jobs! Crikey!"

He was clearly ready to storm off, but remembered- the greenblood from earlier. Reemus started looking about for her at least. At least let the children be safe...

Eventually, the lights were starting to become too much for her, and the greenblood felt her facade almost slip. She needed to be more patient, more focused on the prize than the actual way to the goal itself. That way she'd get there faster, and things wouldn't be so stressful! Stagledad cried for help, feeling very attacked and uncomfortable after being rapid fire asked more than 100 questions PER INTERVIEWING TROLL. He guessed it was maybe because because of that reason, or maybe he just didn't feel smart enough because he didn't have enough B.E.E.R. Meanwhile, Austri didn't particularly care.

HP: 24 - 5 = 19 HP

"Yeah it is." Nucleo nodded, sweating from exhaustion. They'd tried hard to blend in and actually work on the elevators to avoid arousing any suspicion about themselves. It didn't make it any easier on them though. He was so tired that it made it hard for him to pay attention for any clues for Panili. The greenblood felt ashamed at failing but he couldn't help it. Sometimes things came up and you just couldn't juggle everything.

"Are you thirsty? Let's look for something to drink." It was important to recognize when you needed a break. He felt they deserved one. Linking arms with the pretty boy, Nucleo didn't give Amonee a chance to even think of protesting.

"But Amo-" Nucleo began, reaching for his own wallet. He was too late, however, and shook his head with a smile. He couldn't begrudge the jadeblood for wanting to get the drinks this time. Nucleo usually already provided them all the time! Accepting one, he sat down and took a gulp. It felt good to drink some cold while the air was hot and humid. He didn't know how Amonee could deal with going out in the daytime with the added sun's heat.

"It's too bad Xavier's not here. And Eilidh." The greenblood sighed, wishing more of his friends had come with them. A small part of him worried that Panili's catastrophic vision would come true over in Chittentown and he wouldn't be able to protect them from way over here. If they were at least together maybe he'd be able to do something when the time came.

"Sounds like a plan." The greenblood laughed. Any excuse for a party. Maybe they could show Eilidh that new show they were getting into- the funny one about the clumsy maid in NHC. He'd wanted to show it to Elidae but... he wasn't sure where he stood with her right now. Their last meeting had been a somber one.

'Does she miss me?' It'd been a while since he'd seen her, having left her alone for a little bit so she could clear her head and think. Then he'd gotten so distracted by the remodeling of his hive that he simply hadn't had time. The only reason he'd even see Amonee, Xavier, or Eilidh was because they sometimes came to see him.

What was she up to these days? Would she be safe when Panili's vision came? His chest tightened at the uncomfortable thought.

"Break's over, we should get back to work."
