What..? What the ******** did Babylon just say?! Chara couldn't believe his ears!
"What the ********, dude, are you ******** NEW? What kind of dumbass tells the ENEMY how we got here!" He couldn't contain his rage at the actions of the man who had scolded HIM earlier! What if they knew who he was and wanted him back?! What if he was some cool guy who was truly meaning to help them?! The kid couldn't stop himself and hurled the bucket he had been holding in his hands at the mercury knight, cussing the whole time.
"Guys, ******** this idiot!" He still wanted to deal with that pleading sound, so he chose to go with wherever Oberon was headed, but he just couldn't believe what this guy had done! He was supposed to be the adult Right?! <******** it, let's go find the people pleading, THEN get the ******** out of dodge!"

Oort had frowned slightly at the two people with the crazy-strong auras, his reddish eyes glancing at first the woman (Diancite) and then the man who had the Robin Hood bow (Blazikenite), because whilst neither of them sounded particularly bad - nor did they seem about to let them go down the stairs...
And the strange pleading definitely seemed like it was coming from the direction of the stairs.
He had been pondering the problem, but the sound of a voice talking about Caedus had had him half-turning in startled surprise before glaring at the speaker - a glowy man wearing a cape (Babylon).
He opened his mouth to say something, but had been beaten to it by the frilly outfit guy (Chara), who he had to admit he agreed with.
The brown-haired girl nearby was moving to swing her broom at someone near the stairs and another voice was calling out something about a willow...
And suddenly it was clear what he had to do - he had to help those with him get to the stairs so that they could find out what the source of pleading was - and his magic might just be able to help him do it.
"I'm going to try to reach the stairs" he said to Tomlin as quietly as he could as he carefully set the broom down with a sense of calm before calling out "Key up" as he called on his own magic and pointed the small ethereal-looking key that formed towards himself before turning it as in an invisible lock.
And then he tried to scoop up Tomlin before making a dash for the stairs and the Nega-agents blocking them.

Oberon was in the process of opening his mouth to respond to the General, when none other than Babylon decided to metaphorically throw Caedus under the bus, and essentially give away their own means of escape.
“What the s**t, a*****e?!” he sputtered, putting his hands back together so he could grip the mop handle with both once more. “How the hell would you know any of that? What has he ever done to you?” Oberon frowned, lowering his mop to brandish at the Mercury knight.
At this point, there really wasn’t any more point in talking. Babylon had given away how they'd gotten inside. All the Negaverse had to do was call on those crystal things of theirs and the portal would be blocked and they would be surrounded and eventually trapped and be killed.
“Come on!” he called to Chara to follow Perdita’s lead in dashing towards the stairs and towards the pleading. There were others shouting, but he made a point of ignoring all yelling adults.
With leap into the air, Oberon aimed to jump-kick the Captain with the dagger towards the opening of the room close by. It seemed pointless since he was sure they would just teleport back out, but hopefully they would be so distracted that they would forget that they could. Or maybe they wouldn’t want to waste their energy. If he did manage to knock the Captain into the room, it would be easy to grab the key and turn it in the door to lock it. In fact, it would be easier to lock the Lieutenants in the rooms…
“Perdita! Chara!” he called when Perdita swung to hit one of the agents near the doors. Oberon dove for the key in the lock to twist it and pull it out. “Knock them inside and lock the door. I’ve never seen a lower level agent teleport.”
He then spun to gesture to Spacewatch to come along as well, having heard what she’d said to the General. “They’re not going to give you answers. No one really has a good answer, but you can come and find the answers for yourself. We could really use your help to find what’s calling us.” Part of Oberon doubted that she would come with them, but it was worth a shot. She did have good ideas when it came to destroying things and could use her magic to break down more doors, hopefully.
Instead of waiting any longer to see if she would follow, he turned to offer a thumbs up to Oort and Tomlin, and then made to try and knock another agent back into an empty room.

The senshi heading down the stairs seemed to have found stairs that are bottomless. So far there was no sight in end. The negaverse captain that managed to follow them down was gaining on them too, running down after them. It may take some distraction for anyone to reach the bottom of the stairs.
Diancite looked towards Cordoba as she spoke. The General’s eyes looked curiously, “If you were sitting in a break room talking to people that you knew and knowing no one else was on their way or suppose to be coming into your place of work and suddenly you’re hearing chairs move, random shouting, and then other loud noises would you not assume you were under attack? Would you not move to protect those whom you knew to be defenseless? We never raised our weapons at you, infact. . . ” She paused glaring at Avalon, “This one attacked us. I feel your argument is invalid. So you can infact go back.”
Diancite made a motion for someone to try and shut up or stop Sailor Alsafi which was a captain with the assistance from two lieutenants; they were close to a lockable door. However, she planned on letting Blazikenite handle Babylon.
Blazikenite, for his part, lowered his bow and regarded Babylon very seriously. “You assert that someone escaped from our custody and allowed Order into our space.” It seemed completely ridiculous. The only people he had ever seen imprisoned down here were disobedient officers being reeducated - though he supposed this Caedus could be that. “That is a troubling assertion, Knight. One we will have to follow up on.” Even if he wasn’t sure it could possibly be real. He would have to converse with Diancite later.
When Kastra attacked Diacite looked at Blazikenite wondering why the senshi was saying Yoga moves, she paused when she felt slightly more relaxed though she shook her head. While it was a calming feeling there were still things annoying her. “I’m not sure what you just did but can you use it on this ladybug?” She pointed her sword towards Chara looking annoyed.“This one clearly needs some yoga to chill out.”
Though she paused at Spacewatch trying to figure out how to answer this question. “I’m not sure what you’re looking for, or what you think you hear or feel. So that I cannot answer.” She paused, “You are not from this world. You and your kin belong to your own places, you all have invaded our earth. Those stars out there belong to you and your kin. Though like you’re so called Caedus problem, we see you as; well bleeding our earth dry. Incidentally, I don’t think another one of you, if that’s the case; will be that bad. We can take care of them later.” She shook her head when she noticed lieutenants going after the kid that tried to run down the stairs, they’d let the senshi past. So Diancite was less worried about wayward officers at the moment; she was counting who they’d lost for back up. If by her counts that’d make two lieutenants and a captain as well who were headed back down stairs, since the other captain got knocked into an empty room by Oberon.
Behind the Captain that Oberon had kicked into an empty room was a couple of lieutenants who also fell back into the room. A few moments later there was banging on the door, but no one teleported out, how odd. There were about three agents, a captain and two lieutenants that Perdita managed to successfully send into a room, now the door just needed to be locked before they gained their baring, one of which was a Captain who’d seen the broom swing but didn’t teleport? Maybe they were all too shocked too, but the fact they didn’t would probably still nag at some.

She could hear more foots on the stairs, which caused her to look over her shoulder. "We have company! Look alive!" She shouted down to the rest of amalgamated force of Order on the stairwell. Frowning, she tapped Phact on the shoulder. "Anyone that can be a distraction is probably a good idea!" She said, before she started to quicken her pace down the stairs.
Sabine started to take the stairs two at a time, only slowing down to weave through bodies as she tried to make it to the front of the press, and then resumed taking the stairs two at a time with quick hops. It was exhausting, but they needed to get to the bottom. If need be, she'd use her magic and send someone back up to the top to act as a sudden diversion.
She just wanted to find out what the hell was going on.

Myrrha, Senshi of Scents - Heading down the stairs
Myrrha had realized early on that heading up the stairs had been a mistake. The direction she needed to go was down. She had quickly corrected her error before being detained. She knew that the others would be following but she doubted that they would have let any member of order just flounce around unchecked. She heard footsteps coming up behind her and turned in time to catch sight of Sabine.
Although she was relieved to see the duo her gaze shot back towards the stairs and the sounds of pursuit. It was tempting to use her attack and help buy time but in order to do so she'd have to remain behind and there was no guarantee it would work. As she flicked her gaze back to Sabine; Myrrha grimaced. The something that was calling was getting stronger but their pursuers needed to be stopped to buy enough time to continue exploring. "I'm definitely getting a feeling that we might need to make a stand on the stairs in order to buy more time. Anyone feel up to pushing these guys down the rest of the stairs? I have my attacks but I'd have to wait for them to be closer to have it work effectively and it only works on one person."
When it became apparent that there was an overall determined effort to remain rather than leave at this time, Aptera had began to gradually push the cart she had loaded with bedding and other cloths toward where more individuals were located. Some of the cloths dangled slightly to brush the floor in front of her as she went, but otherwise traversing the hall to close the distance between herself and the others was not impeded to insurmountable extents though she kept her form down behind the piles of pillows and linens she had taken by cart.
Eventually, she had made it closer to the others and decidedly chose to see if the element of surprise may be utilized in present circumstances to further the mission's progress; slowly grabbing two folded lumps from the load she has been moving before acting on her intention of springing up only enough from her still somewhat bent form behind the cart that was still in front of her to accomplish aimed throws.
"Excuse me, as redundant as this may be, I have a query." she spoke at last after the stretch of time she had not used her voice between firing folded sheets of bedding at both the generals' faces. And immediately after that she had moved to shove one at the other into an open room with a forceful push of the cart that had accompanied her while keeping hold of it somewhat like playing pool so as to then shut the door and lock the two of them up. She also then went on to add said query while keeping a braced stance and hold on the cart as she endeavored to will her vision to take in the current status now of those present in the vicinity; also listening for any voices or sounds she may be able to pick up from areas around her such as behind closed doors. "I don't suppose you're inclined to tell us now whether or not you presently in truth have somewhere imprisoned by force an innocent being in this place of healing where violence with your carried weapons is a last resort for you all?"

Tomlin turned his head sharply too, all but synchronised with Chibi Oort as he diverted his attention to the Knight of Mercury. Had to be some kind of bluff, he thought, tail twitching. Not that he particularly trusted Caedus, but he would very much like to know where Babylon had gotten that information about draining the earth. Despite asking for energy, the entity’s behaviour had been benign so far. But if he was bluffing, why bring up the portal? It wasn’t only their group that was affected – even if the infirmary agents were willing to let them pass, there were still those who’d gone into the other building and the castle itself. If Babylon had compromised their retreat…
The cat nodded slightly to Oort, acknowledging his words. It was a good idea, and while everyone was distracted was a good time. He was prepared to back him up while he made his run for it, expecting to follow. Not expecting to be grabbed.
Perhaps it was the effect of the meditative magic washing over him. Or perhaps that he’d been tipping back his head to look up at the young senshi, so the reaching arms were not a total surprise. Either way, Tomlin reacted far more calmly than usual to being scooped up, his claws only momentarily unsheathing against the chibi’s uniform before disappearing back into soft white paws.
“I can walk on my own! I have four working legs!” he protested, wriggling ineffectually. But with Oort’s sudden running burst, he had to admit this was faster. And he was able to listen to the continuing debate while Oort did the hard work. And it did seem to be a debate, not a battle, even as the broomsticks got a workout. Go team! He’d have to have a chat with Spacewatch later - the comment about cats not explaining things stung. Question-and-answer time would have to wait until after their field trip, though. And then, he was going to have some questions of his own for Babylon.

"Regardless I do not fault your feeling, however generalized I feel they may be. And as I dare think some may be fighting anyhow - perhaps you may wish to Evacuate your wounded and defenseless? 'Tis only fair to them."
She didn't include herself as entirely defenseless - though she did think she may need to fight soon. Not her idea of fun, but...

Alsafi was far, far less impressed by the addition to the barricade, one flame red brow raising as she frowned, before one finger raised at them, huffing indignantly.
"Move yo' asses before I kick yo' asses." Alsafi grumped, brow lowering into the surly look of before.
"You are meddling in my affairs and I will frickin' bite. Don't think I won't."
To make her point, Alsafi bit air, teeth clacking before she grinned.

Fortunately Tomlin had been relatively cooperative about being scooped up, well at least he had been apart from a brief kneading of paws and a protest about having four working legs...
The boost of speed from his magic had been enough to get the two of them past the lieutenants and with the staircase clear and free in front, Oort had taken the opportunity to start running down the stairs.
Although after a little bit he had paused briefly to let Tomlin down, with a brief mumbled "Sorry," because it can't have been too comfortable on the star cat even though using the magic had been the only thing he could really think about at the time...
And then he had gone back to runnig down the stairs as fast as he could, whilst hoping that Tomlin would continue to follow - because he could hear voices and footsteps behind him which suggested that they weren't home clear yet.

There were voices outside of the door now, wasn't paying too much attention to what was being said or by whom but she'd given up on finding anything she felt she could take with her that would be of use. Sitting inside the room, she wondered what she was even doing. This was ridiculous.
Sucking in a breath, the senshi of pegasi stood and unlocked the door, peering out it a moment. Then, after opening it just enough to slip out from, she did her best to sneak from the room and put herself in the group of senshi that seemed to be talking to people who kind of looked like knights? They didn't seem to be knights, not as she knew them (which was to say not at all) and that kind of put her on edge.
With Cas not in sight at the moment, she wasn't sure what to do with herself. She could stay with the group, that seemed logical and safe. Though here were also the stairs? There was something there, right? Something that kind of pulled?
Slowly she moved to try and inch her way towards the stairs out of stupid curiosity.
Perdita hadn't really thought she'd manage to send three agents into the room with one swing, because... well... she was a Chibi. And she'd only been aiming for one of the Lieutenants, and she hadn't even thought she'd swung that hard, but. Whatever. She'd take it.
Oddly (stupidly), no agents seemed to be teleporting. Which made absolutely no sense, even if it served as a benefit to the side of Order. Logically, she didn't think it would do anything, but Perdita locked the door since they seemed to be dealing with the most incompetent agents on the planet.
“You guys are the worst Negaverse agents I've ever seen,” she announced. “I'd make a better agent than you. Is this why you guys are stationed at the barracks instead of at the castle? They want to keep the inept agents away from the more qualified ones so you guys don't embarrass them? So they have you sit around guarding the barracks against an attack you didn't even think could happen?”
Talk about a waste of a corruption.
“Oberon, Chara,” she called out to her friends. “Just shove them all into rooms and let them continue to prove their inadequacies so we can move on.”
Since her last swing had been pretty effective, Perdita moved onto the next group of agents. She swung her broomstick sort of like one would swing a baseball bat, aiming a hard blow for their stomachs.

Babylon Knight of Mercury, with permission from Shibrogane to puppet Avalon, and from the GMs to do the following:
Babylon, who had decided to was his hands of these teenagers and their immaturity, looked squarely at Chara - and ducked, the bucket sailing past his head.
This was getting them less than nowhere, and Blazikenite and Diancite were probably the two most ineffectual generals Babylon had ever seen. Perhaps their reluctance to fight was less a mercy, and more of an inability? They were medical officers, in all likelihood - and everyone here seemed a bit slow on the uptake, given the fact that no one seemed to even care that Order was here.
"Okay," he said. "Avalon, with me."
The squire at his side seemed eager to do something with the broken sword in her hand, but she followed Babylon as he began to turn away - and then turned back, rushing at Blazikenite with his forearms raised. Avalon followed suit, her focus on Diancite--
And together, they shoved the pair of generals back into the break room.
Babylon slammed the door shut and turned the key in the lock.
The way was clear - he hurried towards the stairs. (Behind him, Avalon aimed a kick at the locked door - and then cursed, as she realized she was not wearing shoes.)
Avalon decided that shoving the generals into a room might not be as viscerally satisfying as stabbing them with the broken end of her sword, but it did get the job done. She scowled and stared at the door for a long moment before breaking the key, leaving half of it in the lock and unable to be manipulated.
She hoped both of the generals starved.
There was another matter at hand, though. She whirled to the senshi that had attacked Babylon (Chara), the sharp edge of the shattered sword glinting eerily in the Nega-light. "If you try to hurt him ever again, I will cut you stem to sternum," she hissed, utterly serious and meaning it completely. "He is not for you."
Then she traipsed after Babylon, green coat flaring at her back. Down the stairs they went. (This was so stupid.)
