"The Negaverse didn't care that I didn't go to fight when they killed me," said Virgo. "Not the first, or the second, or the third time. They don't care who comes only to heal or to protect, and sending people unwilling to protect themselves only takes stronger fighters from the field." She looked at Kastra. She shrugged. "Keep your illusions if you like."
She turned her attention back to Caedus. "My question stands."

Avalon Squire of Earth
Babylon had gone somewhere, which was unacceptable. They were supposed to be patrolling together, now that she'd finally got back from her most recent Avalon trip! Now he was gone! She'd transformed in anticipation of tracking him down, only to feel some sort of weird... call. So she'd answered that and found a bunch of assholes standing in a group.
Nice.
But oh hey, there was Babs. She supposed she was satisfied to see he was safe. She was less satisfied that everyone was ******** arguing. Grody. She strode into the thick of things, and announced, "Right! So who's going first?"
She smiled winningly at Castor, and then at Sabine and Phact. "You lot seem the most shouty and enthused. Got any ideas?"

Aegir, Super Senshi of Silence
Anything he might have wanted to say to answer Quail was cut off by Virgo's question to Caedus; it was a good, worthy question and one that really did need answering. Or did he say last time that he'd not go through? I seem to remember this...
Just when he was opening his mouth, he snapped it shut as Bifrost came up to greet Virgo and then Quail and himself. "Oh, hi. I'm Aegir and this is Quail's Eye." She was glowy, much like Ida, Camlann, and Methone, but not anyone he'd ever known before - a potential ally, but he still didn't offer his sphere, mostly because he didn't find it relevant.
After Castor, Virgo spoke to yet another person he didn't know, her words sharp and harsh but full of weight while they waited for the 'mysterious being' to answer. Wisely, he kept his mouth shut and simply observed, arms cross over his chest and stance one of closed-off wariness towards the whole situation, though not the people.

oh hello glowy person!
Saint Sergio
SORRY HE WILL TALK TO YOU ABOUT THYRMR LATER, so many things going on.
"U-um, I-I would like to inquire for thoughts about what then could be suggested as possibilities that may be opted for by those who wish to be of aid but could be considering that they are more likely to be harvested for starseeds and such. W-we who have gathered here, in so doing, may be understood as expressing ambitions to be of aid toward exterminating Metallia, the foe who is the root behind the threats toward the universe. A-and being that we are aware of the circumstances and may not simply wish to pretend otherwise and do nothing if there may be potential methods we might be able to fashion and to assist with in collaborative means, I-I ask are there ways aside from physically part-taking with those who intend to be encompassed in the party entering the rift that exist or may be thought of and constructed now to contribute to this endeavor? P-perhaps for example, is it possible for part of the gathering to remain outside of the entrance created to infiltrate the rift and to channel a wall of energy that can be passed through by the likes of us who are entering so that they are maybe coated with a defensive covering that buds off such a wall? And can that same wall serve as a barricade against threats from the rift and especially Metallia? C-Caedus and um P-Prince Castor and e-everyone I-I apologize if I-I have spoken impossibilities," despite still finding herself lacking in so much knowledge of the magic she has been witnessing with the inclusion of from herself, while she listened Altair had mustered up the courage to have spoken up in an attempt at contributing uncertain considerations that she drew inspiration from any magical fiction she has come across thus far if there may be any chance that ideas she presented on the floor would not be entirely absurd. Rather than be a plus one more likely to be made into a resource as ammunition to further threats endangering innocent lives than likely to best opponents that confront her in combat and push through to add to the strike at Metallia, Altair felt at her present state it is a sound consideration to take a more logical opportunity to become a stronger protector and yet if she could still be able to do something within her capacity to aid with less of a likelihood to become fodder for the threats she is seeking to help combat then she would be willing to give what help she can.

Gevaudan, Knight of Ganymede
The knight was just one added to the collective who didn't like hearing Castor speak, though Gevaudan went to so far to also think that Castor's lips would look lovely nailed to a board above his mantel (it would really pull the place together.) However, there were basic truths to what he said, though Geaudan was sure as hell not going to wave a foam finger with Go Team Castor! anytime soon just because of that. Instead, his annoyance grew with other people who, of course, had no idea what was going on. If it was ranking, at least Castor had some say due to his rank and power level, but this was just another hot mess of everyone trying to lead a group and fighting over the steering wheel.
He sighed out a long, loud, drawn-out groan at what was happening.
Pulling off a glove, he placed two fingers between his teeth and blew, HARD.
"ALRIGHT EVERYONE! I know this might be asking a bit too much of a collective mass with no direction, but we are entering the Negaverse CASTLE and need some sort of order if this is even going to have some chance of working. Let's first clear up one misconception. NO ONE IS GOING TO THE RIFT! Metallia isn't even there, you can't just pop in there, and there are safeguards that would never allow your energy signature there in the first place. Not to mention it's filled to the brim with hundreds upon thousands of youma and they don't take kindly to anyone invading their home. Got that?
Now for those wanting to not actually fight, what the hell are you even doing here? You don't want to get down and dirty is saying you are going to then place all that danger and responsibility on OTHER people who are? If this is a collective effort, you need to pick up your own slack because if you don't, you are making it harder on everyone here who is actually trying to make this work. We need EVERYONE to participate. This isn't a weak enemy. This is METALLIA! EVERYONE needs to fight in order for this to even have a chance of working. Also, sticking in the back is NOT going to work and here is why.
The castle is a series of corridors and chambers. If you stick to the back delivering support, and if we get to Metallia's chamber, those in the front will be fighting It. HOWEVER, those in the back will have to fight any support Metallia calls to IT's aid. So if you want to not help support your fellow comrade from DYING, then stick to the middle of the team, but you better use all your damn magic to keep those protecting you living.
AND THIS HAS TO BE A TEAM! The place is a labyrinth. You get broken off from the group, it's going to be dangerous and a death sentence for someone to pull away and risk their life just to find you and drag you back in time to get to the portal. Take a page out of the other side for once and maybe THINK about forming some teams because you will be fighting a MUCH more organized army."
"This army will probably consist of officers and their youma. Then there is Metallia and IT's power. Not to mention we might be facing some pissed off statues."
"What I will say is that if Metallia is defeated and anyone decides to then turn on the Negaverse officers who are weakened, I will personally see to it to find you and snap your neck with my bare hands." Because if Metallia died and the officers either were very weak in power or civilians, he did not want to see them all butchered.
Gevaudan than looked over to Castor. "Prince Castor, how are you feeling? Will you be up to leading your team today?"
Sailor Etamin of Hieroglyphics Etamin smiled at his brother's friend, who was very colorful in red and green, and had an apple brooch. "Let me guess, your sphere has something to do with apples? Cadmus, bro, will you introduce us?"

Celsus Knight of Chronos
He had not taken a crystal to collect energy with, and therefore did not have one to turn into Caedus. Celsus still did not trust the man, nor did he have any particular loyalties to him; but the rock he had been given, with its rainbow lights, was tucked into his pocket, regardless.
It was not forgotten. Everything else was.
There were too many voices, too many opinions - too many of a lot of things. Arrogance and assumptions ran in droves, and Celsus turned dull, hollowed out eyes to the most vocal of them, hardly seeming to take in anything at all. He knew them only by brief sight, not by name, or any other defining factors.
"Last I checked," he said quietly, his gaze fixed on Gevauden, his voice low and hoarse, as though it had been a while since he had last spoken.
"We don't answer," he said, "to you."
His eyes slid to Castor.
"Or," said Celsus, "you."
He did not wait for an answer, nor did he seem to expect one. Celsus took a few steps back, his cape gusting out behind him, the shadows under his eyes more pronounced than ever.
He made his way over to the sidelines, moving on autopilot, back to Caedus.
"What if those," said Celsus, meaning the crystals, "don't work? What then?"

Gevaudan, Knight of Ganymede
He turned to the one in question and looked her over. "Did I point a gun to your head? I gave information and suggested a very good system to avoid deaths. But do go..." He gestured before him to the crowd. "...tell them valuable of the Negaverse castle, protocol, and layout. You know more than me, right?"

Lenka held out her crystal to Caedus the moment he asked for it, though it seemed as though things were already falling to hell. Did people really not understand that if they all fell to their own squabbles, to their own opinions that nothing would get done here? There was more infighting than there was beating the s**t out of the Negaverse!
She gave a smile when she saw Ambrosia and even gave a tiny little wave, though her brown eyes narrowed slightly at two knights who seemed to be trying to insert all of their own opinions. Shouldn’t this all be about Caedus? He was the one who was giving them the power to do this entire thing. Why wouldn’t they be listening to what he had to say…this was about him, not about them. And why did the one eyed knight think they wouldn’t hurt the Negaverse, that was what they were going there to do! Destroy them all. Like they destroyed the side of the light.
If he loved them so much, maybe he should just go and become one of them, then he could go and protect the wee baby negas.
With a shake of her head, the eternal senshi looked back to Caedus, glad she had gotten to this meeting early and was at a spot right next to her friend. “I’m ready for whatever comes. You know I’ll do my best, Caedus, and you…you should know that I’m pretty sure we all will do our best…”
If only they were more organized. This infighting would get them all killed someday. She would have to make sure to try and do something about that when this was all over. When they had won.
Eros had felt the tugging of the call like last time, but she'd resisted it, waffling over going. Eventually though, her curiosity had gotten the better of her. There was something big going on and she wanted to be part of it, to know. She didn't have to put herself in harms way, necessarily. She could just be there and watch.
By the time she arrived, there was a huge crowd of people. Some faced Eros remembered from last time, but it wasn't anyone she knew personally. Puck wasn't there... but over to the side she saw Scholomance, and lacking a direction more concrete, the newly made super began threading her way through the crowd with the ease of long practice. He'd saved her once... hanging out near him probably wasn't the worst idea ever.
There was a lot of talking, most of it stuff she had no context for and couldn't understand. The short senshi was keeping her ears open though, trying to grasp what was going on. Some people seemed to be passing over their crystals, which made sense if that stranger needed them back. Eros dug the one she'd gotten out of where she'd tucked it and passed it to someone who was going up, offering them a bright smile and 'could you add mine too? Thanks so much!'. She hadn't really put any effort into filling it, but it had a little from what contact she'd tested it on.

"Sorry, have I missed anything of actual value?" Kairatos called as he finally arrived, trying to make his way to Themiscara. Her note had jogged him out of his continued study of the stone, which he had filled as much as he was able, and studied from every angle he could think of.
"Since you're all still here I'm assuming I haven't missed the shuttle to giving Metallia a black eye."
What he did hear was more squabbling, which he guess he had expected. And if he was reading the crowd correctly, it was at least one of the predictable sources for bullshit, black-wings himself, who was one magical-brain spasm away from killing someone order sided and trying to excuse it. Maybe then everyone else would wise up and rip the feathers out of that thing's wings.
Babylon joined the procession, handing over his clouded crystal. So far, so good - Caedus would take them to the rift, but he would never make it home.
He made his way back over to Hvergelmir, Teide, Scholomance and Aptera, nodded to them - shouting over the noise of the crowd didn't seem like a good plan, and anyway, what was there left to say? Discussing his plans for betrayal seemed like a bad idea in such a crowd.
Then, over the din, he heard a familiar voice. Avalon. <********," said Babylon to the knights beside him. "Sorry, I have to go."
With that, he was off, shouldering his way through the crowd, over towards where Avalon stood, surrounded by Castor (great - not), Sabine, and Phact.
"What," he said, tapping Avalon on the shoulder, "are you doing here?"

Super Sailor Denebola
Someone was coming towards them and immediately Denebola's body went tense but it was just a small girl wrapping her arms around Corvus's middle. The look on her partner's face was so comical that her stony demeanor cracked and she found herself laughing.
"Someone thought you needed a hug Corvus," she commented with a smirk on her face.
Two colored eyes dropped to the smaller girl. "Hi, I'm Denebola," she introduced herself before her attention was pulled away by someone attempting to address the whole crowd. She listened quietly, fingers curling into fists at the way Gevaudan addressed the crowd and then Celsus when he spoke against him.
"Way to make a lot of assumptions about people you don't even know," she said, voice loud and clear. "Being a d**k isn't going to make anyone want to listen to you, whether or not you have fantastic information. You're assuming everyone should just listen to you because you think you know everything."
It didn't matter that she didn't know anything of the negaverse and it's subspace. Gevanudan had left it, who knew if his information was still accurate or not. Especially if it was the labyrinth he claimed it to be.

Gevaudan, Knight of Ganymede
"Someone made assumptions. I made assumptions back. Sue me. I get a bit pissed when I'm trying to be helpful here to maybe, I don't know, make us have the best chance at actually succeeding in probably one of the only chances we will have to get into the castle. It seems no one listens anyway, and they have that right to do just that. It's not like anyone will hold them t o listen to anyone here but their buddies. What a great system."
He said, looking over to the senshi. "But let's just let everyone think they are going to the Rift and ride on misinformation. Thought I'd just answer what was being asked, but if you have better ideas then I'll ask this. You weren't saying s**t before but I guess bitching is easier than actually contributing."
He pointed to the group that had all came up to start taking charge. "Was I being less of a d**k than anyone else? The only reason anyone is coming up taking charge is because everyone here has the freedom to do that. Isn't that the whole setup of this side? No one is a leader so everyone can come up and swing the bat?"

Super Sailor Denebola
She didn't flinch, didn't even blink when Gevaudan addressed her. "And threatening the lives of the people here because you think they should do what you say or want is a great way to give us the best chance of survival." Inwardly, she was seething, but outwardly she was calm and her voice did not waver, her anger and irritation didn't make it into her tone. She'd been through arguments worse than this, this knight didn't scare her or intimidate her.
"Considering Caedus is the one taking us into the Negaverse stronghold, it would probably be best to leave the answers to that up to him."
The corners of her lips quirked upward when she said, "Just because anyone can doesn't mean that they should." She arched a brow at the man. "But, as you so kindly pointed out. No one here has to listen to anyone else." And then she smiled sweetly.

"They can do what they want. I just said that if they did, I'd kill em. They are free to do whatever they like with that information." And he too left it at that.
