After her umpteenth attempt, Janine finally made it through the course! She flopped down onto the grass, nearly wanting to cry from the sheer happiness that she felt from finally accomplishing this task. She was going to have to talk to the professor, she felt so bad about the obstacles and she wanted to pay for them... or at least do some community service to make amends.

3rd time's the charm?
Apparently not.
Add one jumping pad to the purchase list, Kirket. Zenith wasn't even sure how she managed to break it, but there it was... sitting there all useless and not bouncy.

This was, hands down, the worst P.E. class she had ever attended. While she DID get a nice work out, she just hoped and prayed to the Nine that none of her friends found out just how horribly she'd failed...
When she finally DID make it through the course, she collapsed at the end, staring up at the ceiling as if she'd found the greatest treasure in the world. Finally.

Healthy... habits. Ganymede narrowed his eyes, staring at Kirket as he rattled off some quick examples of what he'd meant by 'healthy habits.' Did he have any? A lot of those examples just seemed like things you did, not habits. Making sure you got enough water was something everyone just DID, right? Brushing their teeth?? Getting enough sleep??? He found himself looking around the room, somewhat taken aback by the realization that not everyone actually did take care of themselves.
What.
When it was his turn he floundered a little - he'd been too busy gawking at the idea that some people didn't brush their teeth every day that he'd forgotten to think of a habit for himself. Well... since Kirket had used that one, he might as well use it as well. "I... brush my teeth every night? And floss. It's just something I do so I don't have to do anything to 'keep it up' or whatever." He shrugged. That would have to do.

Favorite foods... Aphelion blinked his four eyes as he thought about what his most favorite food was... Did he have one? He liked the little star candies that Starlet would give him sometimes, but those were candy. Starlet always insisted that candy wasn't really food so he couldn't count it as a meal - maybe a snack, but not a meal. Hmm...
Oh, it was his turn to talk. Ears perked, he looked up, staring directly at Kirket as he spoke. "My favorite food is bananas. They are fruits, so they are considered healthy." He nodded, then looked to the next person in the group to share their favorite food. He supposed bananas were pretty good...

Their favorite food? They hadn't really thought about it, but they supposed their parent's homemade soup was the best. It helped with their sore throat when they were coughing a lot. They just... didn't know what it was called... Frowning in thought behind their mask, Kaname listened as the kid next to him - another mutant! - mentioned that his favorite food was bananas. Kaname didn't think anyone liked bananas enough to name them as a favorite... huh.
"I--" They started, then paused to cough a little, "I like the s--soup that, my zizi m-makes me... Um.... I th--think it's.. s-some kind of chi--chicken noodle... B--but it helps my th--throat..!" They nodded happily, wings fluttering behind them. "I thin--think that's healthy...?"

Favourite food? Ooh, she had this in the bag! As soon as it was her turn to answer, Euria straightened up and cleared her throat.
"Habanero peppers!" she declared in a confident and a too-loud voice. She allowed a moment of pause to let her answer sink in before smiling, lifting her hands and setting them over her heart. "They're my favourite! I love spicy food, and they're really good! I like them pickled too; they taste really good on sandwiches." Granted that she could just down them plain too, but still.
"As for whether it's healthy...hmm..." Cocking her head tot he side, she bit her lip and hummed. "I mean, it kind of hurts to eat...but it is like a vegetable, right? I think it's not super healthy like spinach or something, but it's probably healthier than most snacks."

Natsumi thought a moment before she answered "My favorite foods are apples and carrots, I like their crunchy yummy favor of both of them, my daddy says they are good for me too, which is ok I guess. I don't really like cupcakes or sweet much, and my daddy didn't offer them to me much when I was little." Natsumi said simply.

Cybelle thought a moment and then said "I like chips and pretzels a lot, I know they aren't the most healthy, so I try not to snack on them too much.. and I try to eat fruits and vegetables to make up for my not so great snacks.."

What.
Cherubi stared at Kirket with utter and complete horror. Seriously. Really? This? This tiny man was asking for trouble. Her? An obstacle course? Really? She had the right mind to ball him into a tiny little ball and kick him. Fine. Whatever. Maybe she could impress Conan with her mad obstacle course skillz.
Groaning inwardly, she fussed with her sporty tank-top before lunging right into it. Maybe it was impressing Conan, or kicking a tiny Kirket in frustration, but something compelled her to run right through that obstacle course faster than she could imagine. Panting by the end, the Chimera flashed a scowl at the course before rushing off to rub the sweat off her face.

Healthy habits. Abel had those. Sure, she had some really, reaaally unhealthy ones too, but she did keep a pretty tight beauty regime. "I tend to be in bed at a decent time ... " Abel started delicately. "Getting a lot of rest is good, because that's when your body does most of its repair work. That's why it's also a good idea to drink a glass of water before bed, which I always make sure to do. And, when I'm worried I'm getting sick, I make sure to drink lots of green tea, despite how icky and bitter it is, and take all my supplements and vitamins to try and curb it before it settles in!" Abel gave her head a small nod. Saying it aloud like that made her worse choices sound just a bit better.

Hmmm what was her favorite food? Before she came to the academy she definitely had some favorites, but now that she had been introduced to these brownie things...well that made it a little more difficult. "I have a lot of favorite foods! Actually...I don't think I hate any kinds of food! Um if I had to pick a favorite though I'm going to go with brownies! I got to have some for the first time at the Festival and they were sooooooo goooood! Oh, but, um, definitely not healthy at all. It's just a bunch of sugar!" Nailed it. All this talk about sugar and brownies was starting to make her hungry.

Truth be told, Lilo was actually a very picky eater. One could almost go as far as to call them a food snob. Lilo definitely wasn't above refusing food, especially if they didn't like it or if it was cooked poorly. "I would say my favorite food would be seafood. It has to be done right though, otherwise it's a complete waste. Seared scallops over some spinach with a nice garlic glaze, that would have to be my favorite dish and I would say it's pretty healthy as long as the the glaze isn't too sugary."

An obstacle course? Really? This ... agility was not Hexen's strong suit. She wasn't a very physical person, and knowing that she was now expected to be dexterous and agile left her feeling ... well, a bit miffed. She tried her best, but her clumsy feet caused her to trip and sent her flying in to the student ahead of her, sending them both crashing to the ground and smashing the eggs they weren't supposed to break. Great. She'd have to start all over again.

Oh. By the NINE. Her second attempt really didn't go any better. Hexen got considerably less far and still managed to break her egg somehow., Bummer.

Third time wasn't much of a charm. By this point, Hexen was exhausted and completely covered in egg yolks. Her gangly limbs were like limp noodles, legs flopping forward with each step as she huffed and puffed her way to the end of the finish line. She flopped down infront of teacher, feeling particularly exhausted and filthy, and just lay there for a few minutes. At least this time she passed.
