He told the teacher he wouldn't be back to the class the next day and walked out. Thomas could find something else that he was good at, this obviously wasn't it.

Prompt Answer: Kimi actually thought she was pretty talented when it came to taking care of her familiars. At least the ones she had seemed to like her well enough! She didn't really have any temperamental familiars running around doing crazy things to her dorm room. However, she had a feeling her teacher had purposefully made this test crazy amounts of hard. She was struggling to get even one or two answers right. Did this mean she was a bad parent to her familiars? Oh no....

Prompt Answer: Okay, what was this test even supposed to be? Kimi had studied and she was still fighting her way thought each of these questions. Maybe she just wasn't studying enough about these obscure Below familiars. She had taken this class thinking it was going to be fun, but right now she just wanted to toss her pen across the room. This was starting to get frustrating....

Prompt Answer: Care for Magical creatures was not supposed to be rocket science. But the more Kimi tried to pass this stupid exam the more she felt like the was taking an astrophysics class than a class about familiar care. She had actually studied again just to have the same result over and over. What did her little kitties think of her? They must have thought she was the worst parent in the world.

Prompt Answer: At least....at least she had done a little bit better....But it still wasn't good enough for her to pass. At least she didn't seem to be the only person in the classroom that was struggles with this particular exam. By the looks of it many students were taking 3...4...or 5.....times. What a mess this had become. She was neglecting her other classes ot an extent just in an attempt to improve her grade in this one. She hadn't even been able to focus in her Dance class the other day!

Prompt Answer: Again? She had failed again. Her little familiars at home must have been living in the worst possible condition. Okay, so she only had two familiars. And she was pretty sure she was at least getting the questions related to them right. But...but...maybe this wasn't the right class for her? She had thought she was so good with familiars! She had even watched friends familiars when they went on trips. Nope, she probably shouldn't be doing that anymore. She didn't know if she'd be coming back for another try or not. Five failures in a row was a lot to take in....

When they got it back, their stomach did a belly-flop. They'd failed the quiz! Great! Now what? They asked the teacher for an opportunity to take the test again (Zuna felt even worse about that. They hated groveling).

They asked one of the other students, one of the ones who had passed. Apparently, that student had passed because she'd studied. Studying was for dorks! Zuna refused to study!
They also refused to flunk this stupid test a sixth time. This time, they spent the evening hitting the books.

He didn't do as well as he could have, which wouldn't have been so bad except that in this case, it meant he'd flunked the test. He sighed. Okay. Study tonight. Do better tomorrow. Feel better tomorrow.
