Still looking around Corbin spotted the pile of dust from Valkyrie's fit from earlier. He glanced around to make sure no Slugma were around and moved on.
As he was trying to find his way into the next area, Corbin spotted the remains of a geode. It looked like someone else had been in here searching for geodes too. With a shrug he moved on.
Why was it so hard to find a path out of here? Corbin nor his pokemon seemed to know that answer. As it was they seemed to be wandering in circles. The Slugmas were probably laughing at them.
The new room was kinda dark and muddy looking. Kinda like how Muk looks like. Yep totally a Muk room. Did he somehow get eaten by a Muk? Corbin didn't think so. Anyways he spotted some rocks for his pokemon to break. Valkyrie went off to do her own thing (which is dangerous, has she not learned?). Aaron however broke the rocks Corbin pointed out. Soon he had found another geode.
Area 3: Murky Cave After some intense rock breaking Valkyrie still hadn't found another geode. She took a deep breath and tried not to get all worked up over it. She had found one after all.
Corbin pointed out a few more rocks for Aaron but none of them turned up anything. He turned to check on Valkyrie and saw she was doing about the same. At least she wasn't throwing a fit like last time.
Ah Corbin thought too soon. He watched as Valkyrie broke another rock revealing nothing. He winced when she picked up the broken pieces and threw them away. A strange sound was heard moments after. Suddenly a whole horde of Volcaronas and Larvestas appeared. Corbin didn't even have time to grab Aaron before they were all swept away. They soon found themselves back in the lava pit room.
Well that trip didn't work out as planned. The swarm of pokemon dropped them off and then disappeared back down the dark path. Corbin stood up and checked himself and his pokemon. He wasn't hurt nor were they. "Well let's try that again..... where the heck is that path?!" Apparently the pokemon made sure the group they booted was disoriented so they couldn't find their way back.
While Corbin was trying to figure out where they were, Valkyrie stumbled around in confusion. She ended up kicking a rock into the lava. Soon the Slugma were out and chasing after them. Corbin quickly gathered his pokemon and ran. In his hurry one of his geodes fell out. Valkyrie cried out in loss as it was the one she found.
Moving to: Area 1: Outside the Volcano **lost a geode**

Finally out of the volcano and range of the Slugmas, Corbin fell to his knees gasping. He really needed to stop getting into these situations. He figured that since the pokemon living here kicked them out that it was a good time to rest.

Wouldn't this post count for this geode. I didn't count it last night because I thought it was already taken. Or do I need to re-roll it?
