Should they break in, they'll find the room empty. Should they check the woman's phone, they'll find a series of texts sent to her roughly ten minutes after her capture that stop abruptly. The phone has other information as well, though. Enough hints and clues about buyers, and what they're looking for to create a number of trails to hunt down. Most important of all would be the realization that the artifact they sought was in seven parts, each of them now gone.

The seven pieces: You can choose to handwave as many of these as you feel comfortable with! Think of them as explanations and filler on where they might be/what they might have been doing during times they're not actively on the island. You don't have to detail them fully unless you'd like to, though having the bones of them if a good idea, and I'll answer any questions you have. Think a bit of Bond, a bit Indiana Jones, maybe some National Treasure s**t I know you like The Cage. Basically adventure-y espionage s**t, and possibly a trail of bodies.
