Voldo blushed having embarrassed himself before the Mizukage. He knew his wound was bad but the situation was unforseen and required unconventional actions. His silver eyes looked up at the mizukage as he stood. He had not mastered flame jutsu so he couldn't cauterize the wound but holding himself he sighed. Taking a bow while gritting his teeth his showed his respect.
"my deepest appologies Lord Mizukage, I am Voldo Hiabara. Last of the HIabara line. My rank is Chunin and i had come to seek employment or a mission when the figure with the white hair unleashed a jutsu upon the members in this office. I did my best to fend him off but he fled before i could subdue." His words wor sincere as his eyes drifted to the floor afriad to look the Mizukage in the eyes.
He saw the Medical shinobi enter as requested and sighed knowing that he pushed himself too far, but he could not allow someone attack fellow village members. "it it quite alright Mizukage, i understand the concern but i will be fine, just a couple ripped stitches." This was the truth, since there wasnt any blood other than what little had soaked the bandage wrapping his abs. He appreciated that the mizukage was the only one in the room who hadnt shown judgement. The girl seemed to look as if she was unimpressed by Voldo's actions as if he he was attempting to show off. However the ninja who had brought back the medical ninja kept giving him a look. Voldo didnt have to be a psychic to see he was looking down at him. "i might sugest you watch how you gaze at people, you give off a bad impression." This boy was giving Voldo vibes, not good ones. Had Voldo not been rammed though the abdomen with a lighting blade earlier he would have poisoned the boy for judging him as weak. Voldo had prided himself and his family before him in their powerful arts, and this boy was unaware of the mistake he was making by judging him without having witnessed his power. perhaps i can have the medical shinobi escort the boy out in a stretcher with the looks he is giving me.
Voldo sighed and straighened up his face become a mask of calm as if he didnt feel the pain anymore. The wound had been healed majoritively, he only needed a couple more days in the hospital before he left so his wound wasnt severe it just really hurt. "Lord MIzukage, The shinobi are not needed i can treat my wound when we are finished here, i do not wish to take up all of your time, clearly the others issues are more important and i was merely doing my duty as a mist shinobi"

Cecil entered the scene clapping. "And one Genin has more wisdom then two other Genin, one Chuunin and one Sannin. Congrats kid you've shown up four people at once." He kept his talking to Shinya. He would actually wait his turn to speak with the Mizukage. Honestly this wasn't the time to go searching for anything. The village was low on defenses at the moment and this wasn't the time. He had important information about what happened to three of the ninja on the day that the village attacked. And more importantly he needed to report his victory over the leaf Jounin.

Just doing a little browsing of your file collection, don't mind me.
Tomiji was surprised just how popular the Mizukage actually was. Using his Byakugan he saw that even more people had come into the Mizukage's office. It seemed like there was a constant flow of people into the office at all times, no matter how hard the Mizukage tried to get them all to leave. It was almost comical at times to Tomiji. Almost.
While the Mizukage was busy he took the time to continue sorting his mountains of paperwork. Whatver dunce had been his previous file boy had no sense of organization or even common sense for that matter. At times it seemed that papers were just shoved in to drawers just to get them out of the way. It was sadly going to lengthen Tomiji's job greatly. "Bushin no Jutsu" A clone exactly like Tomiji appeared next to him and began to get to work filing away all the paperwork that had accumulated since the last time it was filed. Most of the paperwork were battle damage reports or documents from people suing the Mizukage since their homes and business were destroyed in the fighting. However, these documents held no worth to Tomiji in the end. He could care less about some poor farmers gripes with the village.
Opening up a box in the corner he found what he was ultimately after. The personnel records for all the Shinobi in the Village. He cleared a small section of space on the table, kicked his feet and pulled out the file he was looking for. It was the file on that boy who had attacked the Shogun recklessly. It wasn't exactly a page turner. More of a sad sob story, but it wasn't going to get any pity points with Tomiji, he wasn't that kind of man. Voldo Hiabara was the last of his clan and a chuunin of the village. At the academy he excelled in Ninjutsu and was also a member for the Terumi Clan on the other side of his family. Tomiji's head picked up for a second when he heard the man speak in the next room. Did his best to fend him off. It made Tomiji laugh. He was fighting a Shogun and he thought he could fend him off? A being of that level of power could break him like a twig. Swat him from his arm as he would a fly. The man was lucky he didn't leave with more then a scratch on his body. He tossed the man's file back in the box and continued on with the other files
None of them interest him much, but it was a way to pass the time while his clone did all the actual work. He also started the grim task of separating the files of those who died during the fighting from what they had left. The battle had left them at below 50% fighting strength. If they were to be attacked in this moment by any sizable force, the village would fall quickly. It was a shame really that he would have to work with all these people. At least, the Shogun and Kage had his respect. They had power. And he liked power. Liked it a lot.
He peeked his head up to check how much progress the clone had actually made in the time Tomiji had been reading the files. The clone had a look of sheer defeat on his face. He was not even halfway done with the mountains of paperwork and had barely started on working on the cabinets along the wall. He was going to be here for some time yet it would appear. Tomiji moved over to one of the sections that the clone had finished. It was a collection of different fight styles, techniques, stances, and ninjutsu. He picked up a few of the more interesting ones he found and brought them back over them over to the table and began to read through all the of them one after another. Most of them appeared out of his reach save for a few of the more simple ones. He focused on the ones concerning the 8 Celestial Gates, although he already knew the first couple gates and could use them at will, and he also focused on the Mist Sword Style: The Infinite One Sword Style (Mugen Ittōryū). He had heard of the legendary Seven Swords of the Mist, and he was going to get one, no matter the cost. But he was going to need to train long and hard if he ever had any hope of getting one of the swords for himself.
Strapping on some leg and wrist weights he found cast aside in a box in one of the side rooms. He returned to the side room and began stacking boxes in a corner with the weights still attached. It was a hard task to say the least, as the weights had seals on them, increasing their respective weights greatly. After what seemed like an eternity with the weights stuck on, he stacked the last box of documents in the corner, finally finished with the task he was assigned. [1/1 Stage 1 training for Mugen Ittoryu complete]
His clone disappeared in a small puff of smoke, leaving only Tomiji in the room. He stayed where he was however, continuing to wait for the office to clear before he was willing to enter it again. He picked up some of the left over documents that had fallen on the floor and began folding them into small paper animals. Strong as he was, many people didn't know that Tomiji could still fold Origami with the best of them. He finished and placed a small, yet highly detailed Origami Battleship on the table and walked out. He had no clue what a battleship was, but he made it anyway, somehow defying the laws of the multiverse. He leaned up against the wall right outside the Mizukage's office, waiting to report mission complete on sorting the other room.

With the arrival of Katsu, Turpis felt a single modicum of relief. This was under the pretense that he would aid in their current situation; not add to it with his own request to, you guessed it folks, leave the village.. Obviously that pretense was dispelled and Turpis had yet another task before him, that being to find something to do for the Jonin to put his particular set of skills to good use. The young male exhaled, maintaining his chill composure. How simple it would be to just kill them all and return to the silence. It was almost a shame that they were needed for the good of the village.
As a sannin, Katsu knew he was free to leave the village as he pleased. The fact that he didn't placed Turpis in a position of control, no matter how miniscule. While retaliation was necessary against their aggressor, Turpis had other plans for the sannin. "We will discuss that when there are not children milling about the room. For now Katsu, your job is to seek out three genin for you to mentor. This village needs power, and the best way to acquire that is for our lowest to utilize their full potential."
The next one to be dealt with was a genin to be, a boy that was still wet behind the ears. Turpis listened as he berated the Sannin for his request to depart from the village. It would have warranted a chuckle had the current situation not been dire. Right now the chain of command could not be questioned, even if there was validity in his words. "Mind how you speak to your elders. Especially when you may look to them for guidance or assistance in the near future." The Mizukage slid open the frame of his desk and reached within. He retrieved a single headband, plated with tempered steel and attached to a black piece of fabric. It was this that was tossed to the young male.
His attention was still needed for the young Uchiha, who seemed ill inclined to leave his office. His eyes slanted as a very cold voice replaced the more humane one that he had been using to deal with the various ninja. "Then you are not strong enough to leave these walls, let alone walk straight into enemy country. This discussion is ended. Leave my office now and go assist in the clean up. Or better yet, go train. Keep yourself busy, because you aren't leaving until I am satisfied with your ability to defend yourself."
His attention was still required, this time by the ninja that had tried to stand up to the shogunate. "Voldo you said? You will leave with the medical ninja. I need you in peak condition by the end of the week." there was not much to say to the male. He was injured, he was of no use until he was healed.

Tomiji saw the other ninja leave and noticed that most of the others had been given their orders for the time being. He walked into the office once more, putting the door back on the hinges first. He came to stand in front of the Mizukage's desk. "I would like to report that I have finished cleaning the next room and sorting all the paperwork that was in there." He was still wearing the weights from his last bit of training he took the time to do while he was sorting. They seemed to almost grow lighter by the second and he could almost feel himself moving faster.
Gah~ Katsu was trying to be polite, asking and all, and all he got was a no? He just literally changed his whole self for this mission. If the tattoos were what he thought, he'd probably be the best chance against threats like the Rinnegan. "Mizukage, I agree that our defense must maintain solid, but the fact that we cannot retaliate is... There will be riots. The streets of our island are filled with sorrow and anger and the people need something to burn. Let that something be The God Dragon's head. We can ease the anxiety of the nation, use the bounty money to aid the reparation of the village. And I'm sorry for the phrasing of my statement. I will be leaving to eliminate the threat as I see fit. Please allow me to tell the people that their Head commanded this, for everyone's sake. Katsu was a believer in the old Bloody Mist, one where the strength of the nation relied on the sharpness of its swords. Such was the history of the Water Country. An island nation with little mainland territory, it was easily pushed around by higher-resource states until the coming of the Seven Swords to balance the lack of resource with greater military might.

Rose Allamora Liang
Rose didn't speak up throughout all of the banter from everyone. The snipes and cheap shots was insane to be around. Honestly, Rose was not surprised that the village was attacked so easily. This disharmony amongst the village shinobi was massive; and being a shinobi who was geared to support a team, Rose honestly only saw a few prospects that he'd actually could see him be in a squad with. But all of the tempers. Malice that was held for a person of the same banner made Rose wonder if they wouldn't destroy the village themselves!
But this was just ugly... disgusting... Rose wasn't meaning that they should hold hands and hum in harmony, but they weren't working as one accord to push for the betterment of the village. And those that were, were doing so in such a myopic manner that it was troublesome, in that it was doing more harm than good. But this snapping at each other. Fighting each other. If everyone kept this attitude about their fellow shinobi and the village, Rose could see the village be put into this situation again, and again, and again. Until quite literally, the village will be wiped out of it's military force. His ruby red eyes could see many things, and thought they could not see the future, they seeing enough that would lead to the Mist turning into a ruin.
Rose shook his prettied head to this and would remain silent and waiting until the Kage was removed from such onslaught of people speaking at once to get their voice heard; even if it took to speaking over another. The only time Rose's full lips would part to speak as he leaned against the wall and observed it all, would be to Voldo since he was the closest to the doorway, "Excuse moi monsieur. 'eef zou really require good medical attention, I am vell versed in le medical arts. Although, I am only a clone, vut mon creator 'eez in le training grounds zhould zou need 'elp." Rose spoke out before falling silent once more and awaiting his turn. He could only imagine what it would be like to be in the Kage position. With the amount of stress that job may provide just by observing, he betted that it would wither his beauty away. So troublesome.

He was a survivor and although he was young for his age, he knew how to survive. Taking note of the ninja who had praised him, Shinya said nothing in return as the Mizukage scolded him.
"I will heed your advice Lord Mizukage," Shinya stated as he still kept his bow. It was the same type of bow he gave to the Yakuza of Kiri when he was under their "service". "I apologize once again for my rudeness, it was not my place," he finished as he caught his headband. Standing up straight, Shinya tied the headband across his forehead and turned for the door. If anyone needs me, I will be at the training grounds," Shinya stated before walking out the door.

What Katsu lacked in tact he more than made up for with dedication and conviction. Unfortunately, what Turpis needed from him at that exact moment was subtlety. Had the Sannin kept an ear open, he would have heard the lack of an explicit no. In fact, Turpis was already plotting on how best to utilize Katsu's urge to retaliate. However the discussion was not suitable for the current audience that the Mizukage seemed to maintain. The village leader was not going to get such a time to himself with the current influx of visitor's to his office, which meant it was time for a different course of action.
He placed his palms upon the desk and pushed down, effectively lifting himself out of his chair. The bandages upon his arms settled ever so slightly as some unseen motion took place. He calmly untied the Mizukage robes, revealing that the bandages covered the entirety of his torso as well. The man's almost ritualistic manner of moving betrayed a tension that he did not care to express with words. His eyes slowly scanned the room, locking with each person in attendance. The last person to receive his cold gaze was Katsu, who received an elongated stare that practically screamed, "We will continue this conversation later." Of course, no words were spoken between the two men, but Turpis did hope the body language would be understood by the Sannin. Finally, in a airy voice that suited neither the Mizukage or the situation, Turpis exclaimed. "For those of you that are here for further directives, remain where you are. I will be back to guide you. As for you, Cecil, Tomiji, and Katsu. I will speak to you each individually" Having said these words, the Mizukage made his way around the desk and out of the office.
He passed through the lobby with the nonexistent receptionist. Rose was along his travel path, but merely received a nod in the direction of the door that Turpis himself was approaching. Once outside of the building, the Mizukage formed a string of hand seals and felt a massive rush of chakra enter the ground below him. For a moment, nothing occurred. This changed when three, count them, three, earth clones of the Mizukage rose from the earth. They climbed from the ground as if buried years ago, and stood at his side. The quartet looked absolutely menacing as all four waited with crossed arms at the front of the building. [Will edit in chakra count here]
Tomiji heard the Mizukage's words and followed him into the hall and outside. He stood waiting as three clones of him seemed to grow out of the very ground itself to stand next to him. It was an imposing sight to say the least. One of them was strong enough, but now four of them total was an entirely different matter all its own. "You said you were going to speak to me alone Lord Mizukage?" He said in his usual, dull, flat tone of voice. He was curious though about the bandages covering the Mizukage though. He moved... Differently then everyone else he had seen, and it wasn't an air of power he carried when he moved, but some other kind of power moved him.

"..." Katsu said nothing, cursing his own emotions. Turpis's glare stopped Katsu in his tracks, clearly having forgotten that the person before him had earned the title of Kage, something not to be overlooked. Looking down, Katsu also noticed his fists; they were clenched so hard drips of blood painted the floor beneath him. "..." Katsu said nothing, yet his apology was clearly in the air. He was never of the subtle manner. If he wanted something, felt it should be done, he'd do it without hesitation. It felt like a defense mechanism against all those idealists who would try to twist logic. Logic did not work against Katsu, however the weakness was that logic didn't tend to work for him a lot either. Suppressing his instinctual urge to kill Lars, Katsu approached the earth clone of the Mizukage, his demeanor now a little less combative.
