Evelyn shrugged. "This guy just wants to make it as uncomfortable for us as possible." She scratched the back of her neck. "He's done that all right." She looked to the side. "Speaking of which, what's he doing right now? I wonder if the others found him and Conor." Evelin perked up. "There's others?" Kiera nodded. "Yeah, Theodore and Kyle. They went the other direction." Kiiro sighed. "Not to be a downer but.. these cells are getting a little cramped and they keep getting smaller. Anyone want to get us out?" Kiera looked back. "Ah yes, still working on that."
Kyle sighed. "Chances are Theodore if you feel like that then she'll feel like that too. It's an awkward age. We're all going through things that we may think is unique to ourselves but really we just don't want to burden other people with our problems." He raised an eyebrow. "Right?" He turned away and looked back up. "She hasn't got wings yet. She's in the same position as you."

*Theador smiled, "we are twins after all." he took a breath, "think you could carry me up there then? Or have I been annoying enough to make me walk the stairs?" He chuckled. "I can pull a Evelin to softed you up if you like," he pulled a pose, "I love you kyle~" he laughed.
Yuji dug through his coat, "I think I have something... we can try." He pulled out a spray bottle, "like this." He shook it up, "basically it's a acid, it eats objects up to a few seconds before stopping. But it's effective." He looked to the container kirro was at, "but... it's dangerous to anyone that gets it on them, for it will actually melt you to a pile of ooz... soooo... who's first?" He chuckled making a face getting ready to do Kirros first, just in case the boss man was watching.

Kyle chuckled which erupted into an enormous laughter. "No, she's less obvious than that. She'll drop little hints in or make excuses and use every opportunity to be near me." He smiled. "It's cute. You guys have always been cute." He went and pinched Theodore's cheek patronisingly. "Awh and you with your little chubby cheeks when we were younger." Kyle was actually started to let loose a little, something which he hadn't been allowed to do for years now. Actually being allowed to act his age, the professionalism was wearing off for the moment.
Kiiro tried to get to the back of the cell but there wasn't all that much celll left to get out of the way. "I'm scared it's going to get on me." Evelyn snickered. "Ah don't worry you're only going to lose a limb or two, and then daddy can get you knew ones." Kiiro shot Evelyn a dirty look before looking back to Yuji. Evelyn was surprised, Kiiro was never purposefully spiteful about anything.

Theador pulled kyles hand away with a blush, "tch cute. Why you think I ware my hair this way?" He chuckled at his own joke, "tenicly it's natural, but I I still have pictures of when I had to ware that suit when I was little. Tenicly for the record, I made that look good." He chuckled, "even better then you~" He was almost forgetting where they were and what they were doing. "I don't quiet get what Evelin has for you though... it's alittle weird to be attached to your cozen like that..." he thought about it, "I wonder if she's got pictures of you alover her merrier still~"
Meanwhile yuji suddenly turned the can to Evelyn, "maybe is should test it on you..." he sprayed it on her, actually spread it on Evelyn herself. But nothing happened as he turned and then started spraying the containment, making sure he didn't use the whole can on just one inprizionment, it was slow. But it worked well, and would litarly eat away the containment boxes wall before going to the next one for Evelin. "Kinda odd it doesn't effect Evelyn huh, that's because her acid is actually a key ingreadent for this. I just wanted to..." he looked to her, "show off." He chuckled as he went to shortstraws, finishing the can. "Something Veria made me a while back." He patted Evelyns head, "see there you were usful even though you didn't do anything." Shortstraw suddenly socked yuji so hard when he was free yuji fell to the floor. Shortstraw stood there flexing his hand, "don't talk to MY Deamon like that. She's not your house cat, and if I ever hear you doing so again I sware you will regret it." He was dead serious and looked to Evelin, "alright our next step is finding coner, that guy led him out of here earyler. Kirro do you think you have the strieght to bring on that threat you made earler, cuse we're about to find out. Let go, the more time we waist the more danger there is." He walked over to keria and hugged her, then kissed her deeply, "I missed you, thanks for coming to save me again. I knew you would come."

Kyle sighed. "I'm your second cousin, but still.." He winced as he scratched his head. "That's a little embarrassing." He looked up. "I wish she wouldn't do that... I'm no good for anyone." He looked back to Theodore, regaining his cool composure. "We better get a move on before something happens."
Kiera smiled back at him. "I'll always come and save you." Evelyn made the according gagging sounds in the background before she started to get moving. "Did they go this way?" Kiiro nodded. "We need to hurry. I don't know what this guy is trying to achieve, but one thing is for sure that he's got all of us in his domain." Evelyn sighed. "And that's never a good thing." Kiera frowned. "That would explain how we got in so easily..." She looked to the floor. "I hope Kyle planned this.."

*Yuji nodded agreeing as he got up, but stayed quiet. He was just the background character now, and he understood that. Shortstraw was making sure Evelin was alright and trying to figure out what they should do next. "If we split up we take a chance of being in more danger then if we are stuck together. Evelin I would normally send you home, but this time I have no choice but to keep you here with us." He looked to Evelyn, "I'm basically useless without my gear, so unless we happen to find it, I'll need you to be my power again. Lucky you," he nodded to Keria going around the circle of them, "Kyle and Theador might need back up. We could take this chance to leave so there's less casualty's, but I'm not leaving Theador behind either." Yuji shied, "and weather you like it or not the right thing to do would be to assist kyle for getting us in here." They agreed and took the halls again, "I expect there to be more traps here. Do we know anything briefing wise?" Shortstraw asked, surely the group new something he didn't. But he hoped keria would tell him with her mind instead of out load, just to make sure he gave her a glance.

As Kyle and Theodore neared the top of the clocktower Kyle found himself becoming more wary, the novelty of the conversation they were having suddenly wearing off. This was serious now. They didn't know what to expect. And as they walked to the door at the top of the stairwell Kyle stopped. "He's here." He frowned slightly. "We need to be careful now, we haven't got the others to back us up yet. It's just us." He looked to Theodore. "Be ready." As he slowly pushed the large oak door open they were face with an enormously large room and at the back of this room there was the back of the face of the clock that ticked so patronisingly at them, the clock mechanisms grinding together unforgivingly at the side of the room. Before the great clock face crouched the scientist and in front of him giggling was Conor as the man made funny faces. But as soon as the two entered he stopped and smiled. "So glad you two could finally make it." Conor looked absently to them with only faint recognition but right now he was more interested in the funny man.
Kiera frowned. "We haven't found Kyle's friend yet though." Evelyn sighed. "Screw him. Kyle will come and rescue him one day." Kiera frowned. "No. We can't just abandon someone because he's Kyle's associate. That's not the principles this family goes by." "Our priority is Theodore and Conor." "They are perfectly capable boys, Nate is in danger." As the two powerful women faced up to each other the hallways went into a dead silence, neither alpha going into submission to the other. It was unexpected, but Kiera and Evelyn really didn't like to be around each other anymore. They were polar opposites now, and both very strong characters that clashed constantly. Kiiro walked in between them. "Knock it out guys, it doesn't help you both not throwing away your pride while we're wasting time here."

Shortstraw was now stuck at which they should do. "The man is a major threat. The boys will need help, at least alittle else kyle would have gone alone. At the same point, Keria's unfortionly right Evelyn. We don't leave anyone behind, ever. He may not be a actul part of our family but of what I understand he made a sacrifice for us." He looked down in thought, "damnit. We'll have to split up to do both. Alright. Keria your be of more use for the boys then helping us get nate, Evelyn I need you with me no matter where I go so we will go find Nate. Yuji you back up Keria, Evelin..." he walked over to her and glared at her face to face, "your brother's going to need you. Appart you are weak, together you are strong. Otherwise nether of you may not have a chance." He gave her a slight hug, "I'll come help whenever I find nate if I can." He back up looking to Evelyn, "looks like we get to use YOUR direction instinks now." He smirked as they turned to leave. Finally yuji spoke, "I fine man he's become. You shaped him well Keria." He gave a nod, "guess that means your also in charge of our little group. Lets rock and roll."
Meanwhile Theador glared, "the hell have you done to my... ummm... Uncle?!" He looked to kyle with a expression saying, 'that's kinda ******** up' then turned back to the man. He figured he would use the child as a shield. Figures. Now he was afrade to make a move otherwise. He figured he let kyle lead maybe, he would know what to do... he hoped.

Kyle stopped in the center of the room where he eyed the man carefully. "You've got no right taking our family away from us when they don't know any better." The man laughed as he stood up and took the childs hand again. "Finders keepers?" He looked back to Conor. "Right buddy?" Conor's face lit up. "Finders keepers!" It was the first words any of them would have heard from Conor. Before he was silent. Kyle's face contorted into anger. "That child belongs to Kiiro." The scientist smirked. "Your girlfriend? Yeah. You don't care about that though. You just know the repercussions that come with me having this child under my company, don't you? You sneaky b*****d you. You lying to all of them." Kyle scowled more. "I'm not lying to anyone. All I know is that you have my family." The scientist bellowed out a laugh. "My, you are a good one. It was hard to track you it has to be said. And that's coming from me." He looked to Theodore. "Tell me boy, has it ever occured to you that this cousin of yours is the slightest bit suspicious? He never tells you what he's doing, hardly ever visits, and when he does see you he talks in strange riddles and never draws attention to what he does out of hours." Kyle's eyes thinned, however he remained calm. "This is one of his deception techniques, Theodore. Don't listen to him."
Kiera frowned. "I can sense something happening. We'll have to be quick." She darted off down the hall making sure that Evelin was following closely. Although confused, Evelin knew that she felt weak. She didn't like it, and the closer she got to her brother the better she felt. Meanwhile Evelyn grumbled and carried down the other way deeper into the void as opposed to the top of the void where Kyle and Theodore were. "Kyle said his connection got cut off." She said as she ran. "And because he wasn't in the cells with the others, means he off somewhere out of range deep in the belly of this void."

*Shortstraw nodded, "would make sense if that's where Nate found the man or something. That or he's being used as bait." He looked to Evelyn, "which is why I need you to help me persificly. This could be a trap, and as I said I'm usless at the moment."
Yuji was quick to follow Keria and Evelin, but didn't say a word, now it was getting more intense, and he felt the tention growing between everyone. He just hoped no one would turn on eachother.
Meanwhile Theador smirked, "dude there something about Kyle you cant mistake." He crossed his arms, "he is my cosen. I don't care what he does or why, I trust him to the end of the earth if I must. Something you wouldn't understand." He however frowned again but he started to feel alittle stronger... Evelin was near, that ment the others found her. He just needed to hold out alittle longer with all the small talk to be useful. "As for my Uncle, I agree with Kyle. A man like you doesn't desirve time to be with a small one, your all deception and no teachings that actually can be trusted. And that's something a kid needs to grow up." He stayed put though, waiting for kyles mark on what to do. He wouldn't give in to this mans deception, even if he used kyle's fact to his advantage. He would have to ender wether they were true or not.

The scientist laughed heartily. "A family that sticks together dies together, or at least that's what they say, isn't it?" He grinned to them both. "Family ain't that great, kid. If you don't understand that now then you will later." His gaze fell onto Kyle. "When you get betrayed by him." Kyle gripped his shoe into the floor to steady himself in preparation. "Funny how he only turns up when its convenient for him, isn't it." Kyle swallowed hard and swept his yukata behind him. "As soon as something happens that's going to change his master plan in any way he jumps in to save himself, rather than for the sake of family." He looked back to Kyle. "You're the biggest hypocrite here." Kyle relaxed suddenly and sighed, shrugging his shoulders. "You got me." The scientist was now confused, Kyle was admitting to it? "But that doesn't stop us from taking that kid away from your dirty greedy hands." It was perfect timing as Yuji, Evelin and Kiera burst into the room huffing after getting there as soon as they could. "Are we late?" Kiera asked with an exasperated breath. Kyle smiled. "Just on time." The scientist scowled and Conor looked at his father absent mindedly, not even recognising him. He hadn't seen him for years. "Bro!" Evelin rushed over to her brother and latched onto his side, not even caring how she looked as she swallowed her pride and appreciated her brother for a second. "Awh, how cute." The scientist took a step back. "So you all thought it best to follow me up to the clocktower, eh?" He raised an eyebrow. "Suit yourself."

Theador was quick to hug Evelin and whisper, "glad you could make it. Don't trust anything he says okay." He warned as he glared at the man. Yuji however stepped up, "tch you think we are all here? Fat chance of that." Was he bluffing, even his own team wouldn't be able to know. Maybe that's why yuji was so carefree since he got here, where as before he was a wreck. But upon seeing coner he stepped forward, "your be giving my son back." He didn't stop he kept walking, and if there was a trap, so be it. Yuji wasn't going to stop, he would lash out anything that happened, he was going to get Coner away from that man. If anything real bad happened, Keria could reset it. Time was on his side for once. Theador was gong to call out to stop him but decided against it. Instead he looked to Kyle, "do you think?" He asked as if Kyle would know the question without him asking it. It was about the traps, the deception, theador was starting to think, this man was a deception before them, not really there.

Kyles eyes thinned. "It's hard to tell..." Kyle moved his head slightly and froze. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a glint along with the flex of the scientists hand. "Uncle!!" Kyle in an instant was running towards Yuji and bodyslammed him out of the way as a three sided pyramid cage snapped around him from the pattern on the floor. Kiera suddenly saw the danger and with adrenaline running, made a dash at the scientist. To Kiera's advantage, as she was about to strike the man with the full force of her right fist she slowed down time to make her hit more precise, however in those precious moments of slowed time, the man saw through her attack and was already sweeping around to kick her square in the head, sending her flying and crashing into the stone wall with enormous force. Evelin's eyes widened dramatically. "M-mom?!" Her mother just took on a direct hit, that had never happened before. And Kyle was in a cage. What was happening? Everything looked so in their favour at the start. Conor started to cry as the man picked him up. "Hey, it's all right buddy. These are scary people aren't they." Kiera coughed violently as she slowly picked herself up from the rubble, bits of stone and dust falling off her. But she obviously felt a bit demoralised. What the hell was this man capable of? Kiera was about to mess with time a little more before the scientist flicked his wrist and one of the giant cogs behind her stopped moving and she froze. She couldn't move a muscle. "What the-" She was stuck knelt on the floor and didn't know why. "You know it's kind of rude cheating by bringing someone who controls time here." The scientist frowned. "I don't like to manipulate the wills of gods, but what are ya gonna do in situations like this, eh?" Evelin looked from her mother to Kyle, who was now stuck in this pyramid cage, and he was coughing violently. "A bit short of air there, boy?" Kyle fell onto his knees in exhaustion.

*Theador didn't waist time, his shoulders instantly burst aflame and he leaped in the air to make a strike, but just as he was going to go for a hit, he used a different move entirely, shot a arrow from his crossbow to the ceiling above the man, swung upwards, as he used the bolt to hang on the celling, he concentrated hard to send down a fire bolt, if Coner was truly yuji's son, he was fireproof. Theador knew that. that and using deception was the only way to beat this guy. He didn't have time to see what was going on with kyle and his mother, as soon as they were in danger, he needed to act. Yuji rolled the moment kyle helped him, but beside the cage he looked to kyle with a, "thankyou you wont regret it" look. He then stood and burst aflame entirely his coat rippled as yuji powered up, sadly though as he said, it would take time. Up to this point, this was all he was able to unlock from his true form. But it was something. Yuji reached into the coat and from it pulled out two crossed blades, both exactly the same. His figting stile needed two blades it was that simple. More or less it looked cool, but yuji knew it was weak still. He rushed for a open attack, between him and theador attacking at the same time the man would have to react to both...

The mans body fell into sand upon impact and his body rebuilt somewhere else... along with Conor. Kyle coughed. "He's not.. the real.. one..." The man smiled. "Sorry to burst your bubble guys." Kyle decided that he'd had enough of confinement, and as he slowly started to stand up again his veins pumped vigorously with the immense pressure that was being pushed onto him. With one giant growl Kyle pushed outwards and the cage snapped in millions of tiny pieces, leaving Kyle huffing animalistically with eyes blazing an unnatural green getting control of himself again. "He's gone and taken Conor somewhere..." He said between pants and looked to the floor. "We lost him." The man put his arms behind his head elatedly. "Surely your family would have gotten used to the whole distraction thing by now right?"
