Wykid whipped open the door to the next room and.... Nothing happened. She laughed. A loud and boisterous laugh. What had she been afraid of? These rooms seemed perfectly harmless. Though in the distance she swore she could hear the sound of explosions. Perhaps she just got lucky... Wykid wears the black and blue Caterpillar armor. Her mouth is covered by a mask hiding the bottom half of her face and the sleeves of her shirt are larger than normal, slightly translucent at the wrists giving a small peek at her bone arms. the0racle sighed - was she really lost again? This was one castle where she seemed to frequently get herself locked in rooms, talking to disembodied voices, and using actual paint to color roses. Actually, that last bit made the most sense to her. the0racle should have taken the hint and stop exploring, because she only seemed to get herself lost. But... this area was vaguely familiar to her. Oh no. Oh, no, no, no! Not this again! "You've got to be kidding me!" the0racle suddenly declared as she ran down the hall, trying to get as far away from the hissing as fast as she could.

She stepped across the threshold of a room, and for a moment she thought she had outrun the explosion before it hit. the0racle was sent flying back out of the room and landed flat on her back. For a moment, all she could do was stare up at the ceiling, a little dazed. Lifting her hand up in the area to try and count how many fingers she had she realized that she had freckles again. "Noooooooo!" she wailed, flopping back with a whine. The hissing started up again, and fearful of another explosion that would probably give her more freckles, the0racle picked herself up and started running again. She'd explored most of the castle by this point, and found herself in yet another room. Except this was... clearly unkept and in a state of disrepair. She looked around some and didn't find anything of interest to her. No chests, no crazy talking cats, certainly no monsters (thankfully) and no giant queens that creeped her out.
...Did she hear crackling? No, no surely not that was just the wind.
'Course it was.
She turned back the way she came, intent on following the same path. Except, what path had she taken anyway? Jack, she was lost again. This entire time she'd been lost.
And now to find her way out of the place. He sprinted through the first room with relative ease, rolling and tumbling a bit when he thought the situation was going to be dire. Hopefully the next room would be just as easy.

Jack it all. That wasn't just the wind. That was explosives. Kill her ded explosives. Great. Great just great.
What kind of Jacked up Queen was this one!?
At least it wasn't creepy trees, she just kept telling herself. Those trees could go get eaten by a Hunter weapon for all she cared.
She stepped very gingerly across the floor, aiming to get out of the room without blasting her head off. So far, Phymi was doing a good job. She supposed the whole phasing in and out of existence sort of helped the issue too. Always useful, the phasing.
She came to the end of the room and let out a breath she was holding. A'right. One room complete. Who knew how many more lay ahead.
But at least she hadn't blown herself up.

Byakko crept through the first room he came across. He could hear and occasional weird noise that would make him either pause and check around him for any thing setting off a trap, or make him seed up a bit. It really depended on just how close the sound was seemingly coming from. Thankfully he got through the first room with no explosions. The next room was just as hair raising as the previous one. Byakko made sure to watch where he was going and to double check every step he took. That still didn't make him feel any better by the time he got to the end of the room. No, in fact he felt as if he just barely dodged a bullet. The third and last room was less tension worthy much to Byakko's relief. He didn't feel that it was as a close call as the second room had been. He ended up by a chest which he gladly opened and took the loot from. And she dodged another bullet! Holy Jack, that invisibility really came in handy. It was if she didn't even touch the floor or walls. She really enjoyed her new power, to be honest, for this exactly reason. The phasing in and out of extense was wonderfully helpful (even more so than the invisibility!) for situations like this.
Why touch the floor when you can phase in and out of it? Not that she actually phased through the floor or anything. She was probably just incredibly lucky. Not that she would admit that though.
Which was probably a good thing.
