NPC Elder Council Milla sighed "actually in a different time line you died by decapitation in that very spot" she pointed at the place he was standing "and if you believe our natural instincts is to fight then you have no knowledge what so ever" she added before looking at the beast "so in a short explanation you killed it in every way possible.." she muttered as she closed her eyes only to open them having them seem a bright red color she pointed her palm at the beast below it a clock like symbol floated around it close to the ground, which this happened that area began to freeze, and anything caught in it would freeze completely, this was unlike ice magic rather it was time magic, simply sending a place into the past quickly enough to freeze it. anything that was caught would then be fragile. she then looked at Karthus "nurture...my time to do that has past...you yourself will kill off any future generations if you remove anyone from the timeline" she tole him seeming emotionless in her words and expression. before putting her hand on Volpeos shoulder "there's no need to worry...its not time for my death just yet..and even if he tried he would not be able to rid me of this tree...nothing can" she told him to make him know everything will be alright. soon she would see three of the kitsunes disappear "leave..." she muttered, the swordsmen kistunes looked at her and jumped up into the tree climbing back to the top "i recommend you join them Child...you and the human...i wont let him go near any more children" she told him before looking at the masked man again her eyes still Bright red, it had been a long time since she used her powers to fight instead of other means.
Within seconds of arriving Karthus had completed his task of capturing a living Kitsune. He had originally hoped to capture two subject but he was more than happy to make off with three. Even with his goal achieved Karthus decided to try and round up as much creatures as he could. He focused his attention to the two swordsmen but an unexpected guest arrived. The young man announced his presence and launched a fire ball attack. Karthus easily took a leap back to avoid the oncoming attack. The young man shouted some claim to save the foxes but Karthus decided to ignore the man and his foolish ideals.
"Pest." Karthus muttered under his breath.
While Karthus was busy avoiding the man's attack the elder took a stand. She used a form of time magic, which Karthus had read about in ancient text. He knew stories of time magic but he had never witnessed it first hand before. He immeditily severed the strings that connected him to his beast. He watched as his creature fell prey to the effects of time magic. Even though he lost his creature, Karthus did not care. He viewed all of his puppets as being expendable, besides he was more intrigued with the woman's time magic.
"Impressive elder. You managed to disable my puppet without lifting a finger bravo. Why must you make this hard on yourself elder? I don't enjoy fighting. I am a man of science not a barbarian. Allow me to take those two swordsmen off your hands and I will be on my way."
Before Karthus could capture the two Kitsune the elder ordered them away. Karthus was becoming annoyed. He knew that the elder's time magic would prove to be troublesome but he wasn't worried.
"I will only say this once elder. Call back your two guards or else I will kill these children and it will be their blood on your hands."
"Thats it!" he thought into his head. "your a puppet master i see...well." he said as he began to change his fourm ((Its kinda like emma the character spirit has buy mines a monkey.)) once finished his hair was no longer orange but was that of flames. he grew a tail and his outfit change along with it. "jibun no junbi ((Prepare yourself))" he said as his shadow grew from underneith him and headed towards him. Just as soon Volpeo look Milla in the eyes, he would meet that crimson glow many feared and worshiped. Volpeo would kneel before her elder and nod once. "As you wish Elder." With that he would take his leave jumping in front of Kohaku, to hold her in arms like a bride. "We must seek shelter now young maiden, the Elder shall see through this." He explained as he jumped quickly from branch to branch before reaching a safe location.

NPC Elder Council Milla just looked at him as he was attacked by the new person "this is getting confusing" she muttered before he gave her some praise "no you are not a barbarian..just a murderer" she told him still calm yet emotionless in her words. soon he would begin with a treat to try and get his way, upon saying the last words it would seem like wind was moving around her but rather it wasn't her hair began to move in waves as if it was alive itself "ive already gave you a way out of this place yet you persist, you lay one finger on anymore people, and i will ensure you suffer a concequence worse than death" she said to him "and you will be returning those children" the other arrival who was atacking the masked man did not seem to attract Milla's attention rather she was focused on the masked man, if he would try anything more she would act.
Once again Kathus was being interrupted by the nosy individual, who felt the need to play the role of a hero. Karthus was so focused on the elder that he had not notice the man's transformation. A orange caught Karthus's eyes. The man's hair had morphed into flames and his form was completely altered. Even with the man's new form, Karthus had no intrest in the man.
"I swear you are like an annoying little nat buzzing in my ear. I guess it can't be helped. it is a known fact that children will always yell and scream for attention I suppose. Well in your case a monkey or weremonky I guess. Either way you are upsetting me."
Karthus could have just captured the man and deal with him later but he did not see the point in it. Judging by the man's appearance there was nothing to gain by researching the man. Besides Karthus thought the man was an idiot. When the man launched his shadow attack, Karthus once again took several leaps back to gain some distance. As expected the man revealed the power of his ability in a loud outburst. Karthus now knew that he had to keep out of the man's shadow. Even if the buffoon managed to catch Karthus, he was confident he would be able to counter the man's ability.
"Do you always speak with your fist? You idiot. I really dislike dumb, hot headed people like yourself."
Karthus loosened up his wrist and prepared to attack. However he paused and watched the elder from the corner of his eye. After seeing the time magic in effect , Karthus had to be mindful of both opponents. Seeing how he already achieved his goal and managed to capture three living subjects, Karthus decided to play it safe for now. There were plenty of experiment that required his attention, besides he would always be able to return to the scared tree.
"Looks like you win this battle elder. I shall take my leave for now but don't worry I shall return. Now that I know the location of your precious tree I will be back for more samples. I have a tendency of breaking my test subjects. I cannot wait to show you the results of my research. Till next time."
Without a single glance at the flaming monkey man, Karthus turned on his heel and immediately vanished like a desert mirage.
"I swear." he said turning back into his normal fourm. "I'm glad that didn't escalate..or else i would have been forced to use......" he paused. NPC Elder Council Milla watched as the masked man turned around and disappeared, her hair was still moving as i it had a mind of its own for a few seconds before returning to its non moving self. she gave a sigh as she closed her eyes opening them a second later for them to be back to their normal color. she then looked around "you can come out of hiding now" she said utloud to any kitsune hiding or anyone else, she then went to the frozen beast "your soul can rest now...your real death will be a peaceful one" she muttered placing her hand on the beast and walking by having her hand moving along the beast. as she did this a kitsune ran up to her "elder what happened?" the kitsune asked "just a pest to which we need to avoid...please go tell the lower council...to start sealing off the barriers...as of this point...we can no longer be a open territory" she told the kitsune only to watch him run off. (just gonna add this for fun) the moment the kitsune ran off she began to hold her head showing signs of a headache "damn..just one offensive spell and consentration of time..and its already affecting my brain" she muttered
"Elder!" The kitsune jumped from the tree to meet up with Milla as soon as she showed signs of fatigue (headache). "Are you alright? you need something? Should I brought you some water?" The "young" warrior offered Milla, clearly still worried about Milla's condition. "I'm really sorry. I might have dragged him during my flee from my realm." Said the kitsune who knelt before Milla. "I'll accept my punishment for my carelessness Elder."
"Woah! Hey, wait for me." Kohaku called out to Volpeo as he jumped from the tree again. She hurriedly followed him and was thankful to see the threat gone from the realm. "Is everyone okay?"

Performing this version will heal her (or others). - Gain a momentary defensive barrier. It will withstand a few hits before it dispels. - Gain a significant attack boost (Only lasts about 5 posts). + Spirit Familiar - Kohaku can summon a spirit familiar (usually a fox) to come to her aid. The familiar only lasts for a limited period of time (10 to 15 posts). + Healing - Kohaku can restore living things to their optimal health, curing broken or withered plants, wounds, broken bones, and low vitality. She can’t raise the dead. + Nature Manipulation - Kohaku can control/tap into elements of nature, including air, fire, water, earth, etc. Her strength is in water and ice. Use of other elements will quickly exhaust her. + Light energy - Kohaku can manipulate light and attack opponents with concentrated balls or beams of light energy. It's rather weak but good for melee.

NPC Elder Council Milla removed her hand from her head "yea yea im fine...just has been awhile since i used my powers like i just did...and it had a toll on me" she said shaking it off. "im fine for now...its just a migraine" she added before listening to him "its fine...there was nothing that could be done it would seem..or it would have been done" she told him before sighing to his punishment comment "get up child..you know as well as i do..i dont punish children..." she muttered before looking at the girl "not everyone..those three...wont be ok, it would seem this realm will have to be shut off from outside worlds...except for the kitsune here" she said thinking out loud but only stopped to clear her throat "Now...who are you girl...you understand by you answering me you will either be allowed to stay for the time being or be removed...you understand that after what just happened even your kind cant exactly be trusted..regardless of intentions"
Volpeo would sigh in relief once more as Milla had once again spared his life. "Thank you for your kindness Elder" He would then proceed to stand up and look for Kohaku once Milla asked about her. "Oh, right, the young maiden here said she made a contract with me?... I really don't know much of the detils. But she freaked out, and when I tried to calm her down she made this weird forcefield to prevent me to get near her. But once she calmed down I got to lead her here so you may help us with out situation." Most of it was a lie, after all Volpeo was the one who was freaking out by being summoned in a moment so crucial. But that was all truth in Volpeo's imagination.

Kohaku looked at Volpeo as he spun a tale of absolute ridiculousness. "Okay, one, it didn't happen that way, and two, I am the guardian of the gate between the realms. Given this event, I'll be sure to seal of the way to your realm once I return." she replied hoping it was a sufficient answer. "Oh, but please forgive me for my rudeness. My name is Kohaku Hirano. It is an honor to meet you." Kohaku greeted more formally with a bow.

"child...please tell me your not exaggerating" she muttered sighing as she rubbed her temple. Alright..alright...lets me just get this understanding..you did something which made him become summoned...and are im assuming bound together in some way shape or form..because then you would not be here if that was the case" she began to think out loud before responding to the girl "my apologies..its a pleasure to meet you I am Milla the time Elder of this tree" she said
