"Maybe it'd be easier to just not cooperate and let dumb-a** over here kill me." The girl said, smugly looking over her shoulder at Matthias.
Matthias glared at her. "Don't test me, girl."
The girl sighed and held her hand up to the machine. Dark purple flames poured from her hand and into the machine, fueling it. She gritted her teeth as if she was in pain from the exertion.

The volcano starts shaking as the machine starts glowing. All of a sudden, the hot lava within the volcano hardens.
Archie then gets a blue tint in his eyes, and then it starts raining. "Its been far too long since I had a plan work this well! Everybody back to the sub! Drinks on me once we get back to base!"
Archie then walks back to the cable car.

BL walks away from the weird girl and gleefully follows Archie. "I'm glad we were able to assist in your success sir!" BL then rides in the cable car as well.

The girl fell to the ground; she had lost consciousness.
Matthias looked over at her with a sigh.
"Weakling..." He muttered, as he picked her up in his arms and carried her back to the cable car.
"I assume we still need her?" He asked.

MaddyMage The girl fell to the ground; she had lost consciousness.Matthias looked over at her with a sigh. "Weakling..." He muttered, as he picked her up in his arms and carried her back to the cable car. "I assume we still need her?" He asked. "We don't need her. But she is useful, and letting her die would be far too easy a punishment for the trouble she's helped cause me." Archie then boards the sub and gets ready to head back.

"Yes, sir" Ren agreed, recalling his Sneasel and rushing towards the cable car.
Kasumi watched the volcano filling with water a few moments longer, then she started towards the cable car.
Her mudkip had gathered up all the coins her Meowth had thrown into a pile, so she easily picked them up, then recalled her mudkip to it's pokeball, and ran to catch up with the others.

With a sigh, Matthias also boarded the sub. He looked upon the girl's face, and for some reason he suddenly felt a kind of ache in his heart. She looked oddly... familiar. Matthias frowned. He wasn't sure what to think.

OK all! Fine work today. Those rangers don't what's best for Pokémon, especially those of the sea! Anyways we finally got around to making a habitat for water Pokémon in the volcano. It might take a while, but someday it will be a new home for Water Types.

She awoke in a bed, something she wasn't accustomed to anymore. The girl sat up, feeling very weak and in pain.
"They must've injected me again already..." She thought.
"Good morning."
She nearly jumped from the bed as she noticed Matthias in the corner of the room.
"Why the Hell were you watching me sleep?!"
Matthias shrugged.
"It's my job to keep you in check." He said. "Besides, if we're going to let you walk around, someone has got to keep an eye on you."
The black-haired girl glared at the man before her with red eyes and then proceeded to walk out of the room. She frowned slightly as Matthias followed close behind her.
"Don't try--"
"Anything stupid or you'll kill me. Whatever."

Ren and Kasumi had returned to the base and fed their Pokemon, tended to the Pokemon that were injured after their last mission, and then relaxed a bit. Now, however, they were heading towards the Aqua Base's exit, and Ren had his TADS out, to check and see if they had any missions.

Maddy and Matthias were in the common room. They seemed to be having an argument.
"You could catch me easy in this condition if I tried to run... I haven't been outside in forever!"
"I'm not chancing it. That's the last I gotta say."

MaddyMage Maddy and Matthias were in the common room. They seemed to be having an argument. "You could catch me easy in this condition if I tried to run... I haven't been outside in forever!""I'm not chancing it. That's the last I gotta say." Ren and Kasumi stopped and looked at Matthias and Maddy. They recognized Maddy from the mission, but they both had agreed that they got a sense of deja vu from her when they returned to the base, like there was something that they should remember, but couldn't. " Sir." Ren called, greeting Matthias. " Do we have any missions tonight?"

"Well, this one wants to go get some fresh air." He said, gesturing to Maddy. "I'm sure boss wouldn't approve though. He's pissed enough that I'm giving her free reign of HQ."
"Only bit of the outside I've seen in weeks was that stinkin' volcano."
"You're a captive prisoner, we don't need to treat you kindly."
"a**."
Maddy went to storm off angrily, but remembered she couldn't go far from Matthias without him torturing her some more. She gritted her teeth in frustration.

The idea of not seeing the outdoors except for that volcano really sounded horrible to her. " Are we allowed to know what it was that she did at the volcano?" Ren asked, he had thought it seemed a bit unnatural.

Matthias shrugged.
"She has strange powers. We used her to power the machine up at the top of the volcano and cool the volcano down."
"Tch. Strange powers. You'd know all ab--" She paused as if she were in pain and quieted down.
"With the volcano cooled, it will gradually fill with rain water and become a future habitat for water Pokemon. That was Archie's plan."
