If Avery only knew! It caused Lena to laugh perhaps a little harder than the remark warranted, shaking it off almost as quickly as it had come. "I think I went a little crazy but I figure whatever we can't sell, we can take down to one of the shelters. Feeding bakery to the shelter population isn't quite nutritional, but when do they ever get cupcakes? Indulge your inner Marie Antoinette, Avery." Though she did make sure that each of the people working for Avery Hollister's campaign had a small tupperware of cupcakes set specifically aside for them.
Sierra had an adorable little friend running around that also got a free cupcake, when the two came back from handing out bracelets, luring people back to the cupcakes with her adorability.

"That's a fantastic idea. Now you've just got to make sure Kess doesn't eat all the extras when you're not looking." It was an extreme possibility. Avery idly wondered if Kess' cute cousin had the same ability to consume.. "Also, I don't want to get beheaded at the end of this campaign."
Avery sighed into her second bite. Kess was wondering around pretending to campaign and stealing food. Why couldn't Liberty be here, too? They hadn't really gotten much of a chance to talk, since that whole wraith situation, and while one might think campaigning together would make it easy... Well, they were both busy!

((Gahhh doing too many things at once))
Aurora's pile was slowly dwindling. Putting the remainder of her cupcakes onto one plate she held them up, hoping to draw people in. "Delicious sweets!"

Hearing the sigh into the second bite, Lena worried a bit if she shouldn't perhaps mention what she'd done to stave off the Hunger of the Reever. "I may or may not have just given up on that corner of the table entirely. She thinks I'm not noticing her coming by and swiping off the corner, but I am keeping track." Frowning at it slightly, the young woman noticed that there were two missing since the last time she'd rearranged that corner.
"If she's stealing them for other people though, I'll kill her. Well. Not really, but the spirit of the thing is there." Sort of. If they'd been selling pie there would have been absolutely no hope towards making a profit whatsoever. Cupcakes were a much better alternative!
Thinking about hosting a dinner with Avery was an interesting proposition. "What do you cook? I haven't had a real dinner in awhile, at least not one that I didn't make myself." Having someone else cook dinner for her, so that she could just worry about dessert, was almost a heavenly ideal. Thinking about it, she laughed. "Avery, if I wasn't already voting for you, I would have for putting that thought in my head."

He had taken to doing somersaults between buyers, entertaining a group of children who were waiting around while their parents looked at cupcakes.
It wasn't the best way to sell cupcakes, but at least he was having fun.
