She shook her head, taking a seat in front of the crystalline humanoid, moving her bow before she did so and then putting on the ground next to her.

'I was reckless and should have left after finding a small Miasma vent.' she shuddered at the memory.
'I was grabbed by vines and devoured by the massive pod they belonged to.'

She nodded at him.
'That's an interesting thing you're doing there, is it magic or something you can naturally do? Oh, and I'm Arachne.' she added, remembering her manners.

'I am sorry to hear that. Being eaten, well, I don't wish to repeat that experience.'

She had been mortified at her failure, unaware when she had died Miasma had clung to her, and in a strange way she had managed to get some for the Kingdom.

'It's a handy skill, I just have my bow..and my familiar. Who prefers his own company at the moment.'
The eagle owl had flown off for a time, and would return after finding some food. It was fairly sensitive to the half-elf's moods and tended to absent itself when Arachne was frustrated with herself.

The mission many of them had just returned from was most obviously just the first of many to come. As such, it seemed important for Eva to preserve her energy, maybe by returning to her home and sleeping for a bit...

...Or she could just go bother someone. That sounded like fun too. Unfortunately, just as the idea popped into her mind, a familiar Tiefling walked past carrying another familiar figure in her arms. There was a long moment of pause, and then the Viera promptly trotted after Ofie, awkwardly struggling to wrap her arms around both her and Alex at the same time. She didn't seem to notice that the latter was a little out of it when she leaned forward to rub her cheeks against both of theirs in greeting.

"Hi there, sweethearts," She drew back slightly to smile at them, her ears giving a little flick. "Did your missions go well? Mine..."

She trailed off with a little frown, her ears flopping back and forth as she shook her head furiously in an attempt to shake the memory of her failed mission out of her mind. As she kept telling herself, there was little she could do about it now, but focus on what she could do for the kingdom in the future trials. Looking not unlike a pouting child, the Viera leaned forward and rest her head against Ofie. "I'm cold and tired and would like cuddles, please."

The dhampire was only dimly aware any more of what was occurring, his brief lapse of consciousness only lasting a few seconds at best, but leaving him too weak to fight the weariness anymore. Those stupid red flowers had really done a number on him, and despite how embarrassing the current circumstances were, he found himself quite happily clinging to the warmth that now enveloped him.

Mmmmmmmm, waaaarmmm.

However, it was not to last, as he was very unceremoniously discarded, only to have something heavy and incredibly uncomfortable dropped on top of him, pinning him down, and he was far too tired to struggle away, though he did make a few feeble attempts at escaping.

Finally, blessedly, somebody did come back for him, saving him from his plight, and lifted him up once more.

Okay, maybe he should just shake it off and tell them all he was fine. Maybe he should jus---Oh, well hello there, what was this? Somebody was greeting him and rubbing their face against his. That could only be one person.

"Evaaaa..." He mumbled with a small smile, reaching out and flexing his fingers at her like a child asking for uppies.

"I don't really mind. You guys are light anyway and I've got nothing else to do right now." Ofelia sort of shrugged against her occupants. They really weren't that heavy to hold, not when she was used to hard manual labor working to pay off her brother's thievery, so it was only that they were awkward that had her adjusting the way she was holding them. Eva's moments to sandwich Alex between the two of them had her using her tail for balance once more. It was a hard thing to do since part of her tail was missing, but whatever. Everyone was inside her grasp and were promptly treated to a wonderful sound.

Purring.

That's right, Ofelia was purring.

The portal opened and Sophie tumbled in with an off and the tinkling of glass. She stood up and dusted herself off, hand reaching to the top of her head where blood was still trickling. She pushed her way through the crowds, into he office where she slammed the door behind her, made her way to her bed and flopped down on it.

Sleep came instantly.

[OOC: SOMEONE FEEL FREE TO COME CHECK ON HER. SHE'S JUST TIRED.]

Aiden looked at his king and tilted his head slightly. "The silver palace was filled with a lot of debris that fell randomly and then when someone solved a riddle at the highest point the palace collapsed. Anyone still in the palace was dropped into a cave area down below." He then grinned at bit and shrugged. "Somethings happened down there but I only caught part of it, like how there were seven items created. I'm sure some of the others could tell you more on anything else that happened" The question of why seven items and not eight still bothered him.

It might simply be because Keel wanted to be useful, or maybe they wanted to belong to a place that still exist and fight for that existence. Either way, Keel slowly walked up to the king, gave their surroundings a nervous glance before giving him a gentle tug on the sleeve. It probably wasn’t very polite of them, but nothing else came to mind.

"Can I become a citizen of the green kingdom? I...would like to help if I can though I don’t know what I can offer."

The Voice, if it is going to throw this kingdom into the same panic as back in the silver kingdom. Keel would rather try to help prevent it in any way they can.
