Kiera blinked lazily as she looked to them with discontent. "I let you out simply because I'm a nice person." She started, although she didn't like how skeptically Amelie was staring up at her. Kiera glanced to Yuji. "You didn't deserve to be in there for a start. You've done nothing wrong. And you need to stop being dragged down by your wife." She looked down to Amelie next. "And for obvious reasons I couldn't just leave Amelie in there. I have a heart." She shut her eyes as she grit her teeth together. "Although I'm still not... happy with you, Amelie." Amelie knew when Kiera was mad at them when she started using their names instead of mother and father. Amelie put a hand on her hip. "As you rightfully should be. I've been a bad person." Kiera glared at her. "I didn't give you permission to speak yet. Shut up." Amelie shrugged and did what she was told. Kiera continued. "Although I'm going to talk with you a bit later. I think you should sort things out with everyone else before I get to you. You haven't effected just me. And because of the things that you've done you've managed to drag everyone into your mess. As per usual." Amelie had one single drop of sweat run down her forehead. She was in deep s**t.

*Veria smiled and walked up to ameile as she snatched her hand and pulled her to her feet forcfully, "ah good. Sisters done, my turn, MOTHER DEAR." She then teliported to a preset room where amiele was pushed into a chair int he center of the dark, empty room. Veria then stood with her arms crossed, "this time i'm afrade my love for you will have to be downed alittle bit. You both threated my shortstraws life, and changed him in the meantime. So heres how it will be for now on." He held up three fingers, "you will have three chances left. First time, i will eat you golblatter, meaning you will never be able to eat real food again and will be stuck to straw food, anything else will make you extreamly sick and in pain. Oh and your effection for blood, it will kill you each little bit you consume. The second time you ******** up, i will perform sergry to your lips and seal them together. Never again will you speak, and then you will have to eat either through your a** to live, or a whole will have to be cut in your throught for it. And finally my lovly mother..." she walked around her and leaned in, "my favoret one will be when i get to play with your brain, making it so your trapped within it forever and become a veggi, only being able to watch as your hepless body has to be tooken care of by yuji." She then giggled eveily and looked up as her eyes were down, "and i will make it so you will never die with a soul ability i learned. Do you understand my terms, mother." she treatened eviliy.

Amelie shook angrily as she stared right in front of her, crossing her legs with the slightest bit of dignity she had. "Geez. Even you're on my back about all this." She sighed. "Of course it's just because I brought Shortstraw into this. It was untintentional. But a bonus." She thought about it a second. "Although I suppose that's what River would have planned, anyway." She turned her head slightly to look at Veira. "Seems like even you dislike me now." She sighed. "What to do, what to do." Although she was having a mental breakdown, she hid it well. Living forever? No ******** way. She already tried to die once. No way was she letting herself live forever. Maybe... maybe her time was done here. She'd dragged this on far too long. "Fine, whatever." She said begrudgingly. She needed to talk with Hikari soon, that was for sure.
Meanwhile, Kiera just sighed as she looked to Yuji. "I'm sorry you got dragged into this. I didn't mean for it to turn out like that."

*Veria nodded and walked around her again before suddenly biting her fangs deep and hard into ameiles neck. This paralized ameile as veria retracted and giggled eviliy, "too bad you are now cursed by me mother. You will not die, i now own you soul and just in case you do tempt to go aginst me i can and will own your body. Oh but..." she stepped and looked to the door as she brought a hand down with a dagger, and chopped her mothers hand clean off, the wound severed and glowed for a moment, "consider that a bones...." she walked toword the door, "and my blade has the ability to never make your hand reattachable but by me, so..." she turned around as she opened the door and pointed, "STAY out of our lives. River is nothing to us, and since you are obviously not to care about us then you deserve all of this and more. I'ce been nice." She then slammed the door and dissapered downt he hall leaving ameile behind.
Meanwhile shortstraw shied, "yea i know, veria explained it all. You back now, thats what matters." Yuji shied, "i been restricting her for these reasions. Thankyou for the mercy keria. But ameile will never change."

Amelie curled over in pain and sat there for a couple of minutes, before she looked up at the door in pure disgust, sweating heavily as she picked up her hand. "Assholes. Every single one of them." She stumbled to her feet and almost fell over with her light head. "This is why I do the things I do." She spat on the floor. "You all deserve to die." She then smiled as she leaned her side against the door, and broke out into all out manic laughter. "YOU'RE ALL GOING TO DIE." Amelie then disappeared from sight, leaving a little blood puddle from where she was standing. "Ah- Such a fun game."
Asher suddenly appeared from around the corner, and Kiera rolled her eyes as she neared. Kiera suddenly turned her head and pulled a face, then looked back to Yuji. "Unfortunately, I'm aware of that." She frowned. "I feel sorry for her." Kiera suddenly had an idea pop into her head. "I need to speak with Hikari. Now." Asher pulled a face as she hopped onto Shortstraw's shoulder. "Do I smell or something?" Kiera shook her head quickly. "No, it's not that-" Kiera suddenly disappeared in the middle of her sentence, cut off. Was the teleportation unintentional? Asher's eyes thinned and Mai started barking angrily. "Huh? I cant feel her aura-" Asher then also disappeared unexpectedly.

*Yuji glared at shortstraw, "i have a feeling this is somthing i have no idea whats going on." Shortstraw shied, "probablys. Story of my life." He made a blank stare expression. not amused. Yuji then shied, "veria seemed alittle angry. I bet she had done somthing to ameile agian. And i heard about a river guy, whos that?" Shortstraw shrugged, "no idea. I think it's like there cosen or somthing. I figured you would know. But now that Asher and Keria suddenly dissapeared like that, yea somthings up. Again." Yuji nodded, "i'm afrade i can't do much son. However i guess i can at least give all i got if my doughters are in trouble." Shortstraw nodded, "in that case it's time to go where keria went. I marked her, so... all i have to do is this..." he closed his eyes unlike aura, he could altomaticly pinpoint direction keria would be through the spirtral thing... but where would it lead him as he started to walk, yuji following him.*

Kiera appeared alone in a very very dark room, she couldn't see a thing as she wondered around aimlessly. So she lifted her hand into the air and set it on fire so that she could see. Nope, still nothing. She could see about two meters in front of her but everything was still black. Suddenly she heard a voice. "Hello?" Kiera recognized it as Hikari. "Hikari? Where are you?" "Kiera?! What're you doing here?" Kiera's heart was thumping in her chest, and suddenly she hit a wall. "What the hell is going on?!" Kiera frowned. "Asher? You're here too?" Kiera started to move down the wall. "Yes. Now will someone explain to me where the hell we are?" Suddenly there was a green glow above them all, wherever they each were in this dark place. River was suspended in the sky with dark orange wings. Kiera grit her teeth together, envious. "Hey kids." He seemed joyful. "Welcome to my maze." Kiera tried to teleport but she couldn't. She supposed that's how he got them here in the first place. "Why the hell do you always make a habit of ruining my day?!" River grinned but didn't acknowledge her there, otherwise that would have given her position away to the others. "If you ain't figured it out already. You guys are in my special giant maze. Here are the game rules. Find each other before time runs out, and you can get out alive." Asher hissed. "But people will come looking for us!" River bellowed a dark laugh. "And risk getting caught in the maze themselves. Therefore adding themselves to the game and making yet even more people to find before the time runs out." Asher lowered her head. "You b*****d..." River opened his arms wide. "When the time runs out... you all will die. And you can't use any of your silly abilities in this place, oh no. This place is a zero zone for tricks. Use your own cunning to find each other." Kiera's eyes thinned. "How much time will we have?" "Hah! I'm not going to tell you that." Kiera sighed and looked to the floor. "Now if you'll excuse me. I have a patient to treat. Some troublesome girl cut her hand clean off." Meanwhile River had started to disperse into a pile of feathers somewhere in the maze, before saying. "Oh! Also, there's a bonus for anyone who can find it~ Have fun, kiddies!"

*Yuji followed after Shortstraw, "i can't feel ameiles aura, she is involved." Shortstraw nodded and stopped, "i figured veria had her." Just then Veria appeared and looked worried to Shortstraw, "it's a good thing i have my little secrites. I'm afrade our mother and river are together on this. Infact it seems asher, keria and hikari are in some sort of black maze. They are timed, and have no abilitys. I susspect this is a way to make them panic, and thus either kill eachother over the way out, or make it so theres a chance only one whoever if first, may excape." Shortstraw glared, "where?" Veria shied and shook her head, "that i cannot tell you. If we go there we too will be cought inside this MAZE." Shortstraw smerked, "i got a idea for that. somthing he wouldn't see coming." Shortstraw suddely ran quickly and appeared underground infront of paradioas coffen, "i sure hope we can put our diffrences aside, keria needs you." The coffen opened and two large eyes peered, "explain yourself boy...." shortstraw nodded and explained. Paradioa then agreed, "then we shall enter this... game." Shortstraw nodded and moments later appeared back with paradioas coffen attached to his back with the black chains. Slightly bent over he gave yuji a nod, "just in case. I'll go get those three out. can i trust you two to work on amile and river?" Veria looked to her father and shied, "he has no reasion to go." Yuji nodded, "i sure do. ameile." Shortstraw nodded and headed off. Meanwhile veria razed a brow, "i wish to torcher her you know.." yuji nodded, "veria hunny, i think we both know the time has come. I will die for for you two, but i will never be gone. And ameile will always be ameile." Veria nodded, "vary well father. your wishes are directly for me arnt they?" Yuji nodded, "yes. This will be the last time i see her. And the last time i will have a body. But what has to be done will be done. The world is yours now veria. You, keira, donte, shortstraw, eve, its now your turn." Veria nodded and grabbed yuji to teliport, "well then at least your not going to die from old age. You were starting to look alittle grey."

In a control panel not too far away from the maze, River sat Amelie down on a chair and began working on her hand. Amelie was shaking. "We're going to have to get the annoying venom out, too." Amelie sighed angrily. "What's the use?" River clamped his hand around the severed hand and put it to her wrist. When he took his hand away again, it was attached. He stood up and brushed her hair from her neck. "If you want to die, then die. Don't come complaining to me about it, doll. I ain't here to sort out your family issues. But I need you alive and uncaged." River sank his teeth into Amelie's neck and sucked all the venom out, swallowing it for himself.
Meanwhile, Kiera's eyes thinned as she started running down one of the walkways. "Can you guys try to describe where you are?" Asher rolled her eyes. "It all looks the ******** same, you retard!" Kiera shook her head as she moved against the wall. Her hand flame suddenly shrunk down to just her finger, the brightness of a match. She guessed River was turning down the amount of abilities used. Just where the hell were they? "No, I see some kind of scribbles on the wall." Kiera took her hand off the wall and pulled a face as she looked to what it was. "Blood..." Hikari was eerily silent. So many possibilities came into Kiera's head at once. They might not have been the first people in this maze. River could have used it so many times before. Then.. the people before could have used their own blood as markers. She paused. Or they could have killed each other to get out. Hikari suddenly screamed, and Kiera moved towards the noise.

At this point veria and yuji suddnely appeared int he control room, being vieras poison was there. She let yuji stand angerly, "figures." Meanwhile veria glared, why would he let himself have her poiosn. even more so, how could he draw it out like she could. She glared eveily with a smerk, "i sorta wanna test you now. I wanna see you, you see seem like a worthy challange for the me that i keep hidden and locked away." She looked to ameile, "dear mother you should have heaved my warnings." Yuji walked closer, "have we met before, so far it seems your a familiy member from ameiles."
Meanwhile shortstraw appared into the maze. He then shouted, "Keria, asher, hikari! This is shortstraw i'm here to get you out! do not panic..." be he heard the scream... "Hikari?!"

River stood up straight and wiped his mouth with his red jacket, leaving Amelie limp on the chair. Maybe he took a little more than was needed. "He shuffled over to a cabinet that was filled with alcohol and he smashed the top of a bottle on the side and downed most of the bottle into his mouth. "I've seen ya' a few times, yeah. Family s**t. Never really liked meetings." He shuddered as he let the alcohol wash down the poison, and he then relaxed his shoulders as he took off his red jacket, leaving a bare tattooed chest. He glanced to Veira and smiled, stretching his neck. "Sorry but, I'm not a girl person." He spun around and put his foot on the arm of the chair that Amelie was sitting on, then kicked it over, splaying Amelie on the ground with a small drip of blood falling down her pale neck. "Shame, that."
Kiera breathed out a sigh of relief as she head Shortstraws voice, but pulled a face. Damn it, now he was in the game too. Kiera shook her head. She was close to Hikari now, she could hear her quivering. "There's... bodies everywhere..." Kiera turned right. "They're all suspended in barbed wire.." Kiera dragged her hands against the walls, marking as she went by smudging the blood. "I'm coming Hikari!"

*Suddenly there was a large chukkle, echoing even yuji and them could here it. "Missstressss... let me asisst you..." keria razed off the ground and was suddenly being guidind through the maze to hikari. The large eyes then appeared next to keria int eh darkness, "it's is a good thing i live in nothingnesss.... and this world can dooo nothing toooo meee..." he grinned, "shall i help the cat or leave her aswell..." shortstraw was then placed next to them as he looked to hikari, he could even barly see her so close. he then smiled and turned on a flashlight, "no abilitys, but sometimes the darkness is better then the light. I think paradioa will be taking over this resue for once."
Meanwhile veria shrugged, "soooo i don't care... with my poision in you your mine either way, male or not." She then let her skirt grow into a mass of her blackness as her real form emerged and it grabbed ameile, "goodbye mother...." she replied as ameile was suddenly aten int he darkness. Yuji however nodded, "well... idont remember you. and i remember alot of stuff. either way, i can't let you keep messing up my doughters life using my wife. She's too gullable for that." He nodded. Meanwhile veria swept over to river, "Show me whar you have to servive with..." now he faced a deamon and yuji quickly started drawing symbols int he blood from ameile ont he floor. he couldn't activate it, but veria did as her green flame suddenly made a fuzetsu and another ability appear. Yuji then stood, "now in or out for either of us till this is over." Veria nodded, "thankyou father..."

River sighed as he took a couple of steps back. "Sorry to break it to you, doll. But your poison is nothing to me. Your sister is actually a pathetic Phoenix compared to most. I wasn't in that little book of hers for nothing. My body destroyed that poison of yours." He turned. "But I don't like explaining things." He shrugged and shut his eyes. "I can't use your useless mother and wife for anything now, anyway. She's nothing. She might as well disappear. She's served her purpose." He grinned a twisted smile as he moved over to the control panel. Which was surprisingly... still optional. "Like a fly into a spiders web." He pressed his thumb down on a large purple button and suddenly the maze walls seemed to crumble down, revealing Asher not actually too far away from the others as she suddenly rushed over. "Thank god for that." Kiera's breathing quickened. "Somethings off.. That was too easy." Hikari had gone a deathly pale. The floor started to crumble away as the last of the walls were down. They were all on one large panel in the middle of nothingness. River moved his hand over to press another button, and then suddenly the place became misty. Hikari was the first to fall to the floor, then Asher. Kiera covered her mouth with her sleeve. "******** gas." She frowned. "We should have been let out by now." But it was a dead end. River had pressed another button and a dead end had been flagged on every single ability that existed in the maze. Well s**t. Back in the control panel, River pressed a button that put the buttons into deadlock and he raised his hands into the air. "Kill me before the gas enters your little friends. Black Joker." Of course though, he had plenty a trick up his sleeve.

*Paradioa chukkled and suddenly appologized, "I am sorry for this missstressss..." suddenly each of them could feel some sort of gas for it's way into there mouths, it was paradioa himself, leting his black nothingness into there bodys, basicly making them resistant to the gas int he room. However there was a drawback to this, now they didn't have full control over there bodys, much like a exnoplasum, when it enters a body it can control it aginst it's own will. However in this case he stayed out of there heads, and made sure that only keria was still able to function as he made all the others stand and huddle together, there eye whites now red. "Mistresss you are again restricted however i could not enter the boys...." Shortstraw stood ready however with somthing on his face, not a gasmask unfortionly, but somthing to help, "i'm fine. We need to get through this. Paradioa can you still lift us up?" suddenly they lifted, he nodded, "keria we could use your thoughts right now."
Meanwhile veria giggled, "fool... i dont want to kill you... i want to add you to my collection..." her blackness was now covering the room, "also remember that us deamon, and higher class demons, are what we are. So those like paradioa has no abilitys, it is simply what they are. Soooo, are you ready to dissaper..." she giggled eviliy as her mind started to slip just a bit into her real sycotic self. Now her blackness was already rapping itself around him, "father..." yuji however was looking to the control panle. "Crackable. I can use the anchants sysmbols to stop a mashian easy." He walked over to it, "shouldn't be hard."

River let this all happen, as his eyes suddenly became blank, and his pupils and dark eyes turned white also. He suddenly flung a dagger to split the power line. "Oh dear, my hand must've slipped." He blinked rapidly. He looked back to Veira and yawned. "Ah but I don't really want to be a doll. It must be the worst thing to act like something your not. A very bad thing indeed." His skin started to peel. Under, laid an etchy black surface that didn't stay in place for more than a second. His tattoos spreading across his body to extend the blackness.
Kiera was concentrating hard. "Veira's having a face off with River, I'm guessing." She shut her eyes. "Can't teleport, he has control over that. Can't use my abilities, that sucks balls. There's got to be another way out of this." She looked around herself, then the last of the floor had crumbled away into the light mist that laid hundreds of meters below them. God knows what was down there. She looked up. Nope, nothing. Kiera searched through her pockets next for a useful item. Just something. She ended up with nothing as she suddenly put her hands together and shut her eyes again, meditating. As she pulled her hands apart, there were a few flecks of multicolored electricity. "This still works..." She looked up again, squinted, then raised one arm into the air as she shot one little bullet of electricity out of her hand. It seemed to hit the barrier which stopped them from going any further, and the blackness began to crack, right down to the bottom of the world. "Bingo." She said triumphantly, and the outside shell of the little world began tumbling down in little pieces like a shower of dust. When it had all tumbled away, it left them suspended in the sky of some random country that was covered in snow.
River felt his broken world in his gut, and he winced a little, but now his body was fully black and flecking all over the place like a wild fire.
