Kisami clicked her tongue against her teeth. It wasn't quite what she'd hoped for, but she certainly admired his independent will. "Very well, very well," she chirped, skipping away. "Come on, follow me!" With a swirl of wind, she levitated into the air, deftly darting in between the trees in back in the direction of the school. Flying was one of her favorite things to do; it was when she felt most attached to her element. A small giggle left her lips as she occasionally glanced behind herself to make sure Ashnod was following.

In a minute or so, she arrived back at the school, alighting on the rooftop's edge. She stood with her hands fisted on her hips and addressed Takaya. "Shushou-sama! Look what I've brought for you, another comrade for our cause," she sang happily.

Ashnod

Once Kisami had achieved liftoff, Ash scoffed quietly. I hope she doesn't think she can lose me like that. Bit of a bland way to fly though. He thought as he chased her down at a rapid pace. Once they'd reached the school building, Ash looked up, it was a decent jump, and since he wasn't enrolled, it wasn't like he could just waltz on in... well, actually it was, but he just didn't want to. Taking a crouching stance, Ash positioned himself in a three-point landing position, then jumped, flames swirling around his body in a spiral, the super-heated air currents lifting him much higher. His landing was smooth, right beside Kisami, to whom he whispered. "Hope I didn't burn you... that'd take the fun out of it later."

Walking further forward to closer inspect his leader, he found himself only slightly underwhelmed. Funny... I'd expected him to be... bigger...

Wisps of smoke danced their way out of existence around the Blood Demon, sitting cross-legged against roof's edge. He lazily looked up from his book towards Kisami and the newcomer. Taking a drag off of his smoke, Takaya stood up to his full frame. "Well well well. This is an interesting turn of events. Well done, Kisami. He is a very good find. I do hope you didn't have to dive too far into a dumpster to find him. " Takaya chuckled. 'If it isn't my least favorite demon in existence.' He thought only to himself. "Ashnod the crimson. Or do you still go by that ridiculous title? It is...good, to see you again. And also it is a pleasure to meet you." But, he didn't bother extending his hand.

Instead, he turned to his second, eyebrows raised. "And do tell me, what happened to the demon of nature?"

((OOC: Kay. Humans are a bit slow right now anyway. Don't overexert yourself.))

Kisami giggled behind her hand. She jumped onto the rooftop proper and hovered around Takaya. "Luckily, I didn't even have to search for this one. I seem to naturally attract good-for-nothing demons with attitude problems well enough," she said, flicking Takaya's head playfully. She stared at him seriously for a moment before bursting into a grin.

"I jest, I jest! Please don't be man," she implored, spinning in a circle. "As for Cyan, I believe she has gone off to deal with a little pest problem. Just a little human spying on us. I predict she'll be joining us momentarily." She winked at Takaya. If Cyan didn't contact her in five minutes, she would go out herself to make sure everything was all right, but as far as she was concerned, Cyan would have no problem dealing with the intruder.

"Anyway," she said, eying both Takaya and Ashnod suspiciously, "you two know each other?"

OOC:
Waiting on Kevin's response... but I guess he's afk XD I apologize for my absence in this case. However, I can't respond unless Kevin does.

If he doesn't respond, I'll delete my previous post and rewrite it... I'll wait until tonight to do that though. I apologize for the inconvenience.

If any other person had flicked him in the head 'playfully', Takaya would not hesitate to force them to kill themselves, their entire family, and anyone they ever loved and/or acquainted with. Fortunately, Kisami was enough of a psychopath that he in fact, did not do such, and just chuckled instead. "Ha! True enough. And, while I despise the wait, I suppose a few more minutes may pass." He sighed. He had waited quite a bit as it was to meet this demon, and now he only received a rabid dog to sate him. Very disappointing. Taking the cigarette from his lips, he merely gestured toward Ashnod with his head as.

"Yes. Although, it would really be more accurate to say that I used to know him, and he is now meeting 'me' for the first time." It was...interesting being a blood demon, to say the least. "I believe my title was known as The Heir of Blood that time around, when he knew my soul. Or was I the Bloodied Knight?"

"I believe it was the knight, though it's been so long I can hardly remember. Though, now I know who it is I'm talking to... I'm a little more hopeful that this will all be over soon. I really don't care to be around you lot." Ash said as he lay down on the warm rooftop, enjoying the rays of the sun as they heated his body. "I should have you know, in the name of old times sake that I've learned a few tricks since then. It's no longer just fire anymore, But I think secrets are more fun than anything, don't you?" Ash was playing with Takaya mostly, sending jabs back and forth.

He rolled over a little to look at Kisami.
"You're right, you do seem to have a talent for running into loser demons... It's the only explanation I can give for your meeting this little weasel. By the way weasel, you still doing things solely through manipulation?" He hissed lowly, hoping he'd strike a nerve in one of the two. Then continuing on. "Which reminds me... when you say she's dealing with the pest problem... you mean she's playing with it, don't you? Seems like what she was doing to me."

"I'm not the same person you knew me as. This body is only but 18." It was a bit funny actually, the Demon in front of him had to be at least over a millennium in age. Although Takaya Nykoro had been alive for so little time, The demon of Blood was unique from other demons. Being that he had no opposite elemental, he was only given a normal human life-span. Yet, the tainted blood running through his veins was as old as the war between Elementals and Demons themselves. Every instance of himself was a different person, some merciful, some vengeful, a few healing specialists even, but all shared a pool of memories and experiences.

"That is nice to know. Turn those powers on my subordinates, or myself, however, and I will not hesitate to separate every ounce of blood from your person." Takaya glared straight into Ashnod's eyes, as he slowly inhaled more smoke. "Manipulation is still a fine skill. I have many abilities, however. None of which are your concern, whelp." Takaya paused. The demon of fire was very useful in combat, but was somewhat of a loose canon. There was one way to remedy this however. "I care not if you insult me, or despise my being. But, you will swear your fealty to me."

Cyan sneered, she had forgotten to sever her communication with Kisami before she had disappeared to meet Kevin. That no-good good-for-nothing impudent little weasel! Cyan thought as she listened to Ashnod's dismissal of her and her ways. "Kisami, give your new friend, that retarded crimson baby, my regards with my nature knives, will you?" Cyan caught herself almost in a rage over his words.

Even as she stood next to Kevin, the earth seemed to shake with her anger. Fire or not, no one dismisses kindness like that! Cyan thought vehemently. She had nearly forgotten about the fact she was actually trying to SAVE the person next to her, she was agitated beyond words, as her emerald gem glowed in her circlet about her forehead.

"Fire may be against my elemental power, but not against all of it!" She whispered hoarsely to herself, her rage had mounted to a near earthquake. "I'll bring that building down if I have too!" Her emerald eyes began to glow as her rage grew.

Such disregard for life! Such hatred for kindness! Cyan thought, her own hatred building. "Nature, by the depths of Life, does everything come from you, show me mercy as I weld what you are and allow me the core of your being, do not save his life, but destroy it!" She began whispering the spell that would create an avalanche of soiled earth to fall upon the school and any within it. "Och ni ta, maki na ti! Give me an earthquake of destruction, to shake them to their foundation!" Cyan spoke the spell and her gem grew bright with the use of her power.

Kisami... I will not let you die, do not fear... Take hold of Takaya, get into the air until the end of the earthquake! Cyan grabbed Kevin's arm and tossed him into the air with an agility of strength that belied her size and stature. "I'll save you, only because I did not intend you harm!" She said angrily as she whispered to the earth for a vine to keep the man from falling back to earth. It caught the boy and held him fast about his waist. "You will be safe there, Elementor. But do not use any powers, or the vine will drop you!" The earth began to shiver and shake, as she stood looking up at the Elementor Kevin perched in her vine's safely.

She moved with the earth under feet, her body becoming like the earth. Her eyes focused on the school building that was beginning to sway and creak. Cyan only hoped that Kisami would move quickly before the building consumed her and Takaya. For her aim, was towards Ashnod.

Ashnod

Feeling the building shake, and hearing the earth rattle, Ash sprung to his feet quickly. Unexpected inconvienences... Ash thught as he lept into the air, flames spouting from his legs, and hands, the force of which kept him aloft, in this way he could fly, but it was rather irritating still, it was much harder to hear over the earthquake. He shouted to Takaya as he hovered in midair. "Now, you see, this is where we're at an injunction. You see... I've learned some more useful tricks than you realize. Fire consumes everything, when it burns, nothing survives, even blood is dissolved into nothing when the flames are hot enough. Of course, that will be only if I deem it needed." The demon taunted his superior. He learned several things in his time during the war. First and foremost was that demons, and elementals couldn't use their powers if they were too distracted, and he'd learned several ways of distracting people.

Looking around the ground, he searched for the cause of the earthquake, knowing it to be either demon, or elemental in nature. if it was that girl from before, he would have to applaud her on her sense of humor. It was funny that she thought a meager trick could do in anybody other than normal people, if it were an elemental, he'd destroy them without a second thought.

Takaya took the most logical course of action in response to the building shaking, by leaning against the ledge of the building. He wasn't even slightly fazed by his subordinate's delusions of grandeur, nor the sudden development of an earthquake. "Ahah. Metaphorical speaking is all well and fine. Burnt flesh can be regrown. Blood lost renewed. Seared bones mended. Say, what if a wind elemental were to create a vacuum, and prevent oxygen from letting you even make a spark? Or a water elemental dousing you. Making you completely useless." Taking the last little bit of tobacco from his cigarrete down, he flicked the remaining butt at the Fire Demon, and watched it swiftly burn up.

He'd seen this schtick a thousand times over. Those who rein over fire are always drastically over-confident. The current elemental of such was very much the same. "A flame that burns twice as bright, only lasts half as long. Ever heard the phrase? A conductor can only exert so much. Unless you plan on stealing the fire elemental's, you're quite a lot of talk."

Ashnod

"Water elementals? Wind elementals, don't make me laugh, vacuums are fine, all the easier for heat to travel through, and I've long since learned ways to deal with Water elementals. What do you think I was doing in Venice?" Ash chortled at Takaya's queries. He was of course right on a few accounts, when wet, Ash couldn't use his fire, but his heat and explosions were still fully useable, which was what set him apart from some other fire demons, and a vacuum would keep him from using his fire, but Takaya was still going on the thought that fire was all Ash could use. He nodded his head to Takaaya's last question though. "I've heard of it, but with demons, you should know full well that power means much for terms of survival. The weaker you are, the sooner you will be killed." The Fire demon grinned as he continued. "Well, I'm forced to help you, I might as well get something out of it while I'm here, a momento of my time spent I suppose you could call it."

As the earth began to shake beneath them, Kisami nodded in response to the message Cyan had sent her. Consider your regards sent, she thought back with glee. Ashnod darted up into the air, using his flames to suspend himself, while Takaya remained calm as ever, lounging against the rooftop's edge. The two of them exchanged heated barbs while Kisami looked on. Finally, she interrupted.

"Ah, hello? I apologize for interrupting," she called out. She sprinted up into the air towards Ashnod, calling on the wind's swiftness and summoning her Spirit Knives. In a quick, acrobatic movement, she barreled just past him on one side, up into the air behind him, and back towards the roof on the other side. As she hovered just beside Takaya, two thin, matching lines of blood appeared on Ashnod's face, one on each cheek.

"But Cyan sends her regards," she finished with a wink, twirling the Spirit Knives Cyan had given to her long ago. To Takaya, she whispered, "No worries, we're safe. Cyan's just being a bit...temperamental." She giggled, delighted that Takaya was getting to see a taste of what Cyan was capable of when in a destructive mood.
