Jove's frown turned into a scowl. Did they think he was scared of the game? Well, he wasn't! At least... he didn't want them to know! It had just startled him a little, that was all! Puffing out his chest, the little pup snatched the pistol and made a second attempt, with pretty much the same result, minus the dropping bit. He didn't like the loud bang so close to him, but when he flattened his ears and glared at the targets it was easier to tolerate, even if it provided no added benefit for his aim. He was no longer playing to win, he was playing to show those other two boils he was no scaredy cat!

She shot the gun a few more times and then looked at Yin apologetically. "Oops. Sorry," she said, petting his hair gently. "You gonna be okay?"

Danny hated hats.

Danny fired the gun a few more times, only to be told she won yet another hat. What the jack was she supposed to do with 4 hats!? She couldn't even wear one!
She gathered her bundle up and shoved them into Mot's arms. "What can I get for this?" she said, with a childish pleading look on her face. Hopefully Mot wasn't resistant to puppy eyes.

Mot made a muffled 'oof' sound as hats were shoved into his arms. Looking down into those sad, demon eyes of Danny's, Mot's heart went all soft and squishy.
"Well... I guess... I could let you exchange them.." Mot said uncertainly, looking around his booth.
He set the hats aside, and gave Danny a "You Tried" Badge and 3 pieces of jerky.

"Thank you. It's a bit exciting once you get past the sound and recoil." As Jove shot again, Frost gave him a pat on the shoulder. "It's okay. I... missed a lot. Can get a hat and things but-" He picked up another gun himself trying again. "Let's see how lucky I can be." He missed. A lot. Ears went down. "Well, I think I used up all my luck." Told you Mot, lucky foxfire had made it happen.

Micail smiled back at him. "Thats good. I've had a pretty good day too." He grinned. 20 points. He was doing pretty good. He won another badge. Smiling he pocketed it then went to take his second turn. He figured he better his four turns out of the way wile he was here.

This time he got 37. Not bad. He stood straight and put the gun down for a moment. He figured he better take a quick brake. He didn't want to seem like he was taking up the whole booth on his own. So he walked over to a drinking fountain and took a quick drink. After his little brake he came back for his third round.

"Aw so close to a token!" he only needed one more point to get a token. Well he had one more shot left. If he didn't get one at least he had fun playing the game. He reloaded the gun then stepped up for his final round. Smiling he took his first shot. when he was finished he ended up with 20 points. "Bummer." He shrugged. "Oh well."

"Aw, tough luck, partner." He said to King with an amused chuckle. He watched as him and Micail both went at it, cheering them on all the way. "Aw that was really close, buddy!" One more would have gotten it! Shucks.

Yin might have been giving Mot admiring glances when he traded Miss Danny some jerky for the hats.
Or maybe he was just eyeing the jerky. Something not candy at the festival? Bring it on!

Danny practically sparkled she was so happy. The jerky was whatever. She had tons of that at home, but the pin.
THE PIN.
She stuck it proudly on her belt, right over the belt buckle. Danny pulled Mot into a hug and said, "This is the best pin ever!" She squeezed him so hard that she actually lifted him off the ground and then ran off to show Yin.
"Yin! Yin!" she said, tugging the sleeve of her friend. "I tried!!!" she announced, showing off her belt. She realized he was distracted with some cowboy game and slapped the button at the same time as him. It made a little animatronic motion, but Danny didn't care. She was too enamored with her belt.
The jerky was just sitting there in her hand though.

Yin was staring at her hand with his desire.
His fingers twitched.
Was this hand love? Love between two hands?
"It seems as if we tied, It is too bad, I was hoping to win some jerky. The kind that Mot has is actually not bad at all." Not that subtle hints usually worked on Miss Danny...

Subtle hints didn't work in the least. "Aww, I bet if you asked him really nicely, he'd give you some!" Danny said, waving and smiling at Mot all over again. As far as Danny was concerned, he was the nicest guy on the planet for giving her this pin.
She gestured over to a booth with a wheel at it and said, "How about that one?"

"THIS IS MOT'S BOOTH!" Freya pointed at it suspiciously with her laser pointer, as if this was some discovery that she used the difficult, hidden clues of cowboil theme to infiltrate and emerge victorious with the information. Then she sauntered over and picked up a pellet gun, looking down the barrel before turning it to shoot the targets.
"Pews pews pews!"
