Uhm...Bells...Trainer, i noticed something weird about your psots and i was kind of curious. You guys only fought once...your Pokemon were at Lvl.4 after that...how are they now Lvl.6?

One Post = Level One
Two posts = level two
three posts = level three
And then it restarts every level. I came up with it for myself because I don't think there's a level system in the guild at all and I figured activity = stronger pokemon. :3

Two posts = level two

Honestly Sleigh not to sound mean but that is kinda crap if that wasx the case my Ralts would be like 10 by now =.= the level system yes is true we dont have been at least make it that they do LVL when they battle if you battle a pokemon much higher then you more lvls you gain but a reasonable amount the lower a pokemons lvl then give him a reasonable 1 level me and Qyest did this Last night to determan how many lvl's our pokemon grew after our intense battle and it was reasonable for both of us

You don't have to do what I do, I'm just doing it for myself. There's no leveling system in the guild and I think that character development is just as important if not more, than battling. Also your ralts wouldn't be ten because it restarts every level. Meaning once you get to level four or something you have to restart the counter and post five times before it gets to level five.

Just to clarify with everyone, there is NO LEVEL System in the guild. I just made it up for myself and Trainer thought it was a good idea so she did it to. No one else has to level their Pokemon; it's about RP capabilities, not the level of a Pokemon.
If you read the rules it says nothing about a Pokemon being at a certain level before they evolve or anything like that, just keep it reasonable. Clearly a Pokemon isn't going to evolve in the very first town unless it's like a weedle or something.
