If there was one thing she was good at, it was things that had to do with sound. And lucky for her brother, she didn't need his help figuring out what kind of Genjutsu she wanted to learn. He had absolutely no talent with it, so it was up to her to research that kind of thing. With her microphone in hand, she focused her chakra into it and used it to channel her desires.

Getting a brilliant idea, the short-haired female skittered off away from the sight of her Jounin teacher for a moment and went to find her brother hiding in his little corner in the Academy's library. They weren't close enough for him to pick up on her thoughts, so she placed her microphone close to her lips and whispered as quietly as possible. "Spoiled-" The boy's head whipped to the side from the scroll he was reading from and looked for the girl's voice. She couldn't keep herself from giggling from behind the door frame and it only took him a moment to spot her.

Tomohiro didn't seem to find it quite as funny as his sister did and noticed the fountain on the wall behind her. With a raised brow, he reached over and unzipped his guitar case before plucking a single string. In only a moment a sharp shriek erupted from the doorway followed by a series of childish curses. A smirk touched his lips before it cleared and he returned to his scrolls. Most of them were easy enough to memorize for later practice. With only a dripping fountain at his disposal he doubted he'd have enough water available to do most of what was described in the pages before him.

Now cold and irritated beyond belief at her brother, the female twin, Sachiko gripped her microphone and glared at her brother with what most would see as pure hatred. And it blew for Tomohiro that he decided to have his little show of bravery towards her in a place with tons of scrolls available for her to use against him. Grabbing the first one she could get her hands on, she read through it and threw it to the floor before performing the seals it had listed in a rushed manner and bringing her microphone to her lips. With a large breath, she screamed so loud into the instrument the windows shattered and her brother was flung through one, clipping his shoulder on a bookshelf along the wall on his way out and damaging the wall. Still pissed, the dress-wearing Kunoichi followed after him.

Unable to process what was going on, Tomohiro tried to raise his arm to rub the dirt from his face. A sharp pain ran up the appendage and he noticed a gash on his shoulder. Blinking in confusion, he looked up to see a seriously pissed Sachiko crawling out the window to him. Her hair was drenched. Ah, she'd never blown him through a window before for messing with her hair before. Still, he should have known better. Didn't mean he wasn't pissed she did what she did though. His eyes picked up a sparkling glimmer to the left of where they were and nearly sighed in relief as he realized it was a decorative pond. Now he could really make this even. The male got to his feet and dashed as fast as he could towards it before she could land another hit with that seriously loud scream of her's. Dipping his hand into the water, he concentrated on what it was he was trying to do and removed it to reveal a solid sword made of water. Thick and heavy, he turned and placed two hands on the hilt to face his in-coming attacker. While he'd never seriously go out of his way to harm her, she had bloodied his favorite jacket. Bolting towards her, he swung his new weapon at her shoulder.

As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.

As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.

"I don't think so!" the girl said through gritted teeth as she performed another series of hand seals she'd seen in the scroll she'd gripped onto before. In only a moment she was thrust upwards into the air in order to get out of her brother's reach. The watery blade sliced into her calf before she was able to clear the path of the elemental weapon entirely. She screeched in pain and actually cursed aloud. Sachiko certainly had a dirty mouth for someone hoping to become famous in the future. The loss of concentration made her ability to hold herself in the air wither for just a moment before she bolted upwards again so he wouldn't have a chance to take a piece of her again. The diva-in-training knew she'd have to rip her brother's hair out one by one if he caused her to scar on her beautifully perfect legs!

As wind ninjutsu is typically more focused on ranged combat rather than close combat such as what taijutsu specialists favor, it was necessary to create jutsu’s that made them as hard to hit as possible, as a result, the wind riding technique was created. The technique in essence has the user form a ball of rapidly swirling air beneath their feet, upon which they typically sit (some with exceptional balance may choose to stand). As a result the user is left hovering several feet above the ground, and is able to control the ball to move quickly in any direction, essentially allowing the user a high degree of speed and agility while they remain on the ball, and due to the hovering nature of the ball combined with its speed, it is quite natural for users of this technique to move across walls and ceilings. All of this makes this an excellent jutsu for wind ninjutsu users when forced into a corner, or even can be used when scouting is necessary. Additionally the user can use a platform of sorts to help keep their balance, such as a large fan.

Tomohiro didn't miss his sister's faultering and swiftly performed a second Jutsu to literally bring the girl back down to earth. If she stayed in the air, he'd never get his hands on her again. In just a moment his sword seemed to melt to the ground and he whipped his wrist in her direction, the long string of water gripping the female's leg and allowing him to jerk harshly downwards to slam her into the ground. Her hair was not only wet, but now had grass and dirt in it. The fury on her face wasn't missed to him. The younger of the two would have to apologize like a good little boy later on, but for now, he was happy to finally get a reaction out of her that wasn't something childish and girly. Seeing her like this was a rare and glorious sight and he'd enjoy it while he could. In one of his rare moments, Tomohiro smiled.

With her hair a mess, her leg bleeding and now scratches on her pretty little face, Sachiko stood on thin shaky legs and screamed like a tantrum throwing child towards her brother who was now grinning like a mad-man towards her. Her eyes blazed in fury before she brought her hands together and doled out another hardcore screech along with a Jutsu she wasn't aware, and honestly didn't care, would work. Tomohiro didn't know what was happening until something slammed into his chest with such a serious amount of force that it felt like he'd just stood in the middle of a massive explosion. His body hit the outside wall of the Academy and crippled into a small mass of cloth and probably a few broken bones from the impact. His weapon was now dissolved and soaking into the ground, and his hair covered his face to hide the scratches and soon-to-form bruises his sibling fight would bring him. When she realized her brother was getting up, the anger she felt evaporated and Sachiko rushed to his side. With as much noise as they were making, their fight would be noticed by the entire Academy grounds. "Miss Miyuki!!!"" the girl belted out- this time in worry rather than anger. "Help!"
