Monica's face hardened, this guy just kept making her job more difficult. And she hated difficult jobs, almost as much as paperwork. She would never hear the end of it from neither Lord Death or Kid if she didn't at least attempt to stop Daniel, and that was all she needed. The two entities she despised most haunting her about failing to apprehend a Rising Kishin. Just great. "How wonderful, neither of us want to fight. But unfortunately, that's the way it's gonna be if you don't march your a** to Lord Death. I'm tired of hearing excuses and silly threats. You chose to do this. And now everyone else has to bear the grief. That is just selfish. Now, put your hands where I can see them, Daniel," Monica snapped back, her French accent making her words flow furiously together. Now completely fed up with the kid, she didn't care to hear any more of what he had to say. She tried to keep him out of trouble. He reminded her so much of her lover... but his personality was NOTHING like the man she had loved. In fact, his rotten attitude just made her want to put him into the ground.
Suddenly a portal opened, "Ce que l'enfer est-ce?" Monica mumbled irritably.

 Daniel sighed again he hated explaining himself over and over. " turn around and go back in your portal, I have no use for those who cant read a small book labled school guide lines. I have broken zero rules at this academy as teh souls i have devoured were kishin eggs, so i suggest you lot get your facts straight before stepping to me. " daniel looked rather annoyed

 Misaki's alchemy circle on her hands began to glow red meaning she was about to use a fire technique. The circle below stayed its normal color,"Shukshou. Doshite? Daniel laughed he fell over laughing. " oh my dear lord you are dumb arnt you, noctis was it? I may Devour as many keshin souls as i wish to as it can never turn me into a keshin to walk on the path of a keshin i must devour "HUMAN" souls i find that disgusting it would be like slashing you open and eating you, So as you have no buisness here leave me be." Daniel stood up as he reached into his pocket and turned his cigarettes up and poped one out and lightly took it with his lips and sparks his soul lighting it he exhaled a cloud of smoke as he turned walking to misaki with a smile. ( she is correct i am not kishin so you guy cant do anything as i have broke no laws od teh DWMA or the death city.)

" i sent a teacher after the student i was training in private after what happend to me he has left the path of humanity he has begain devouring kishin eggs, though if he was a weapon this would be normal. But he is a meister that claims no weapon he has started to devour more and more eggs. i take full blame for this student i should have noticed when he headed down the path of the demon but i was to late, Shortly after attacking me he left with a demon i do not know his where abouts but lord death i knew you would need to know about this, daniel tamashi is going to destroy this school." Vyral was shaking his half assed bandages were not holding up blood was dripping out. " Lord death, it seems that he believe the DWMA killed his family tell me this isnt true." vyral was shaking the only difference between daniel and his family was that he hadnt eaten human souls he followed the path of teh demon for now.
