"C-Children!? Scarlett are you...feeling alright?" Cress blushed feeling her curves press into him a little. His eyes shifting into hers they held their postion for a while. Pulling her into a romantic kiss he bent down close to one of her ears.
"Truth is..I wanted to have kids too...I love you.." he whispered before returning to a deep romantic kiss. That night, the bathroom seemed even more steamy than usual. Two lonly hearts finally connecting, lovers embracing. The events of that night would change Cress and Scarlett's lives forever.
Some time passed....
Summer was in full swing. They found something to do everyday, yet their nights always seemed to be full of steamy romance. For once in his life, Crestus was happy. He never dreamed that his SC was going to be his lover. Still he made sure that they both practiced their skills. She even slimmed down thanks to a few battles and training. Yet during the end of the second month she seemed to be winding down.
Cress was out that morning training his magic. Firing protective and sometimes damaging spells upon targets in the back yard of his dorm. "She's pregnant! My beautiful Scarlett is going to have children! It's only been a month now...we're heading into the second month! I..I'm so happy! I wonder what being a father will be like? he though training.

Scarlett's pregnant bulge became more apparent as weeks of training and battle shredded extra pounds from her body and the months began to crawl by.
"Accidentally" round-house kicking a punching bag in Cress' direction, Scarlett delivered her lover a quick kiss as she sauntered past and retrieved her target.

Cress watched her and chuckled a bit. Let's see her do that when she's nine months... he thought taking a small break. Using magic wore him downt quickly because of the amount of mental power and focus he had to deal with. Sitting on the bench he watched Scarlett tear up the training field.
"You're doing better, I guess the pups are fueling you today, Sweets!" he commented with a smile. Cress referred to the triplets at 'pups' knowing that they wouldn't entirely be human. Pulling out some water he took a drink then gazed up into the sky.

Kicking the punching bag across the field and out of the way, she walked over to flop down on the grass beside Cress' bench.
"You say that like there is a record to beat... I'd like to see you do some of the physical workouts I do... " Scarlett replied with a smile.

"Heh, I was just complimenting you." Cress smiled back getting off the bench. Placing a hand upon her belly he rubbed it a little. "I still can't get over the fact that we're going to be parents. It just seems like yesterday huh? How are you feeling by the way?" he asked looking at her with some concern.
"What about you three? Is Mommy keeping you all safe?" he cooed to her belly giving it a gentle kiss. "I love you all..grow up strong warriors just like your mother!"

"Like I said the first three thousand times, I'm fine..." she answered, kissing him as he leaned in to play with her belly. While flat at the moment, both of them knew in a few months that wouldn't be the case...
"Just think... my strength and your magic all rolled into one... I mean three bodies."

"Yeah...there's going to be a lot we'll have to do." He replied standing. "It was nice of the academy to give us a new dorm for you to grow in and also more room for the children when they're here. Heh, I guess you never would have expected being pregnant with a Human's offspring huh?" he said rubbing a hand through his hair.
"I love you though. I could stand here all day and show you how much I do love you, but you know that already." He smirked with some sarcasm. "Let's clean up the training grounds then get an ice cream."

Scarlett shrugs. "I wouldn't have given it a thought when we first met but after getting to know you, I realized you were better than all the suitor my father tried on me."
"Oooooo ice cream..." she muttered, licking her lips before leaping to her feet. With such motivation at her back, the training field was cleaned in a heartbeat. "DONE!"

Cress stood there, his mouth agape a soul fingered hand poiting up in the air. Suddenly bursting out into laughter he takes Scarlett by the arm.
As they enter the nearby ice cream parlor, he let's her order first. Luckally Cress was able to do a few odd jobs around town, and before Scarlett was pregnant, they won a lot of battles, so he had enough money to raise a family.

Her mouth watering as she scanned the list of deserts, Scarlett gave up and choosing and picked one at random. "Gimme that banana split thing with extra chocolate juice and a cherry on top." she told the young girl behind the counter.
"What you getting?"

"Just two scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream." he blushed chuckling a bit. After paying for their order, and getting their ice cream, Cress led them to a booth to sit at.
Night time was coming and the sun was beginning to set. Licking his ice cream slowly Cress stared out the window lost in thought.

Forsaking silverware like spoons, Scarlett dug into her ice cream like one might expect a starving animal eat. Within a few minutes, her bowl was empty and the ice cream that didn't decorate her face was in her stomach.
Licking away what stray bits she could reach on her face, Scarlett burped and smiled happily.

Cress chuckled. "Are you sure you're a Princess?" he said sarcastically. Slowly eating his ice cream he couldn't imagine what she would be like in a few months. She was very ravenous for her species.
He couldn't recall how many times she would be caught wolfing down what was in the fridge. Still that was a part of her that made her cute. "You're so cute, you know that?" he smiled handing her his cone. "I'm actually kind of full plus the babies need it, so you can have mine too." Cress smiled watching her tail grab the cone from his hand.
Cress always gave her his extra, he wasn't a big eater despite being somewhat of a mage. Sure his magic wore him out, but he had never had a deep appetite like some of the other students in the academy did.

"I'm a warrior princess..." she corrected, using a napkin the remove the remaining bits of ice cream from her face. "Surely women in your military act differently than those not..."
Stealing his ice cream cone with the use of her tail, Scarlett made it disappear as well. Shortly after she hissed in pain and held her head.
"Ow ow ow..." she muttered rubbing her temples as she was attacked by brain freeze.

Cress chuckled. "I know you are, I was just teasing you some." he replies, "I'm not really sure I've never met any women in the military."
Leaping to her side Cress took a napkin, and some of the water he had with him, and began to gently dab her forehead. "It's ice cream...remember how many times I've told you not to wolf it down? Don't worry brain freezes don't last too long." he said giving her a tender smile. This wasn't the first time she's had one.
"You can't wolf down everything darling. Do you need to head home to lie down? I could massage your wings and shoulders if you want me to?" he said kissing her cheek.
