Sethrian caught sight of Veith as right as he started to topple, and without thinking, jumped up and darted in that direction. Even if he was an obnoxious little twit, that was dangerous. Seth really didn't want to see anyone break the skull open in the middle of class. Particularly not someone he knew--even if it was someone he didn't like all that much.

"Veith!"

This school was definitely cursed. Seth was pretty sure there hadn't been a single class without one disaster, yet. He lunged toward Veith trying to either catch him or break his fall--one of the two. Hopefully the former and not the latter.

And the fall didn't hurt at all. Books fell to the ground around them and fortunately didn't land on Veith. He frowned. Why didn't it hurt? He glanced down and saw to bodies under him. Did he... unintentionally kill two people? What--- How did Sethrian even get here so fast? And who was the girl under Sethrian!? Veith was in an uncomfortable position and tried to get off of the people but as he tried to get off, he accidentally elbowed someone which startled him and then he kicked someone on accident and then accidentally landed on someone's finger--- it was just a mess. After a while of struggling, Veith was soon tumbling off the two, managing to untangle himself. He had a light headache since he was a little weak from his excessive training. He wondered if the girl died since she was buried under both Sethrian and Veith.

"That... normally doesn't happen." was all Veith could think of saying as he staggered to his feet.

Raven closed her eyes as a mess of bodies tumbled to the floor. Instead of one casualty now it was three casualties. The access of pain and discomfort made her twitch a little. She smirked and then started to giggle and unconsciously started laughing louder than she expected too. Was someone amused by this or was it just her not noticing her actual feelings towards the excitement? Raven's eyes widened and she slapped her hands over her mouth and turned around hopping no one was looking at her. Feeling embarrassed times three. She took a glance at Mr. Volce and looked down at her book.

Carrie poked her head in tentatively. She had lost track of Angela when she had run off to find... whatever it was she was looking for, and soon got lost.
Stupid... new school and their stupid complicated layouts and... ugh.
She moved inside, trying not to be too conspicuous (but who was she kidding, she was lugging a massive instrument around on her back! She needed to find a place to put it when she wasn't in music...
There had seemed to be a commotion at the back of the class over some books... a man was lecturing. So that was the teacher? He looked so young.
She decided not to bother the teacher, as he already seemed busy (and frustrated), so she sat herself down relatively close to Angela, setting the case carefully beside her out of the way of the aisle. Physics would be a pleasant challenge. She could only hope that they weren't too far ahead for her.

Sethrian wasn't entirely sure how to take being picked up and flopped around like a doll. Especially by a man. It was, at the very least, disturbingly awkward. He couldn't even bring himself to say thank you because thanking someone for setting you on a counter was just weird.

The professor handled the odd situation in a decidedly no-nonsense sort of way and went straight back to teaching. Which, Sethrian had to admit he actually respected. Even if it was odd to see such a blase reaction, this was possibly the most normal teacher (ignoring the stupidly extreme physical strength) in the school. He was actually a little relieved.

Standing and straightening his clothes, he inclined his head toward the young woman he'd fallen on, trying to keep his expression neutral. "I apologize for falling on you," he told her. "If you're injured--either of you, I can escort you to the infirmary. But he didn't think either of them were hurt--they didn't look it. And the girl had rather bossily demanded they get off her (not that he blamed her) so he suspected she wasn't hurt too badly.

She wasn't crying, at the very least.

"Yes, Kamil. That is extremely fortunate as you most likely would have been crushed under the weight of three people at once." Which would have been sad but...likely the end of his headaches. "Are you alright Veith?

"I don't get what people get so worked up.


Suzume was on her feet and had brushed herself clean. Her butt was throbbing. Well, she was used to this. She was in the entertainment world with her family and she got thrown up in the air for some of the stunts. There were the few times where they'd miss her and she'd land terribly on the ground and be out of it for some time. That aside, she was fine.

"I don't need to go. Having a blue and black bruised butt isn't much of an injury to go to the infirmary. Even if it was considered an injury, I don't want anyone examining my butt anyways." Suzume said with a shrug. It just would be painful to sit down...

"Well, since everyone seems to be fine, let's just move on and get some learning done. Maybe we can coax Professor Volce for a repeat of the lecture or at least a copy of the notes after class or when he's done." Suzume said, not one who liked to dwell on the past. She grinned at them and then went to her seat. She flinched when she sat down since it stung.

"You should be," Sethrian said. "But I note you neglected one of us." He sighed and returned to his seat since it seemed everyone was okay and he wasn't really going to be able to offer much help to make Suzume's posterior feel better. Even if he did, it would just come across as creepy. And he really didn't want to...really.

It wasn't like sitting on his lap would help her. Not that he would offer that or anything, or was even thinking about having a girl on his lap. Ugh. No. He was getting side tracked. Right. Chair. He returned to his seat without another word, sliding behind the desk and slouching down.

Somehow he always got caught up in this nonsense. He was going to go through all his belongings and make sure no one had slipped a curse in before he left home, or something.

"They're sort of mine," Angela said. She was sitting near Kamil and Seth and overheard Kamil's whisper to the other boy. She'd actually not seen him around since that first day she treated him to ice cream. It looked like Kamil was getting on smashingly with everyone while she had pretty much one friend in the entire school if one didn't count Professor Volce and Professor Sinclair.

Well that made her feel just positively dandy.

"I mean, I found them. And am caring for them. He's helping, I suppose." She watched the kittens cling to his leg and snickered. "That is the most adorable thing I've ever seen." She smirked at Sethrian, in spite of the scowl he shot her. "Well, other than him picking you up like a child and putting you on the counter..."
