"AUGH!" Riyo shouted as the machine retaliated, almost gagging as her clothes were covered in the smell of peppermint. "Oh Jack that's absolutely disgusting!" Momentarily a hand reached up to move her scarf, making sure it covered her nose before continuing.
Tucking the snowballs in one hand, she used the other to throw her secretly malicious balls at the glass...
And managed to miss thanks to Felix popping his head out of her jacket at the last second, gasping for some fresh, unpepperminted air.

 HP: 25/100BEEP BEEP BEEP Sparks began to shoot up. It didn't look like this thing was going to uh- last? Smashing a red button, the robot shot the last of it's snowballs before backing up against a wall, arms up to defend it's self. Everyone takes 1 Damage.EFFECT! It is defending, and takes half damage!

Mitsu was feeling a little worn, and even though it was a weak little snowball that hit her the damage was taking its toll. As the robot retreated to defend itself Mitsu pulled back a bit her shadow wolf coming to life only to engulf her and dissipate. As her shadow lapsed back into place at her feet she began to feel better, rejuvenated in a way.
"Is everyone else doing okay?" She was pretty sure she wouldn't be able to do that again so soon but if need be she could still defend.
HP: 14 / 40 + 9 from healing 23 / 40

With the robot defending, Mot decided to go all out. He loaded both revolvers and fired rapidly at the giant.

"I'm okay too! Just--" Cough. "--not smelling very good."
She waved her scarf in a futile attempt at flapping the smell away, but gave up after a few seconds. She could worry about changing her clothes (again) when this thing was actually gone.
Pulling her arm back, Xiu swung forward in another punch. It would have been more effective had the robot not been defending, but ah well!

"Felix!" The feline screeched as she pushed the cat back into her jacket when the machine threw it's remaining snowballs. "Stay the hell in there!" The hazcat could be annoying sometimes, but by no means did she want to see him hurt. "We're okay.." She mumbled to Mitsu's question.
"Looks like he's on his last leg!" Her attention turned back up as the machine went on the defensive, chucking the last few snowballs she had up at the thing.

HP: 14/100"NO BALLS! MY BALLS! SNOW BALLS TO BE THROWN!" Another button mash, and- BANG. Something shot into the air. It- It was raining gingerbread scented snowballs. It that wasn't bad enough? It shot more snowballs at them. "I'm not going down without taking you chumps with me!" It seemed near death it was more coherent. IN ORDER OF WHO ATTACKED LAST ROUND-

"Augh!" Shun saw the volley of snow come at them all. And though he tried to get out of the way, there was just too much to dodge. He took a few hard hits all around the body. The extra snow made him feel more chilled and numb, making it harder for him to move fluidly. Shuddering, he stiffly moved forth and stuck a dagger in the robot's knee. Maybe that would get it to stop. Unfortunately Shun didn't know that it was arrows to the knee that often caused people to stop whatever. Not daggers. HP: 13 Damage:2 Status:

Mitsu was just settling into the fact that she was feeling better when the robot started a new attack. It caught her off guard enough that the wave of snow hit her pushing her back and onto her rear.

Well, this wasn't good.
Xiu had just managed to graze the robot when she was assaulted by more snowballs. A LOT of snowballs. It became clear that she was standing in the worst place as they rained down on her. By the time the robot finally stopped, the ghoul was a wet, shaking mass who was crouching in the snow.
"...O-ow." And brrr. Now she was freezing again!

Mot looked up to the sky as it began raining gingerbread scented snowballs. Without a chance to react, the barrage of snowballs from above and from in front of him pelted the Reaper repeatedly, sending him to the ground with his arms over his head.
Better than peppermint scent wise, but the ouch factor was intense.
Mot lifted his head to see Xiu not doing so well, crawling from where he was toward her. "Are you okay?" He asked, firing a shot at the robot, but missing it entirely.

Riyo only started to realize how grim the situation was when a volley of snowballs came flying out at all of them. With a surprised yelp, the ghoul turned her back to the machine in an effort to keep the hazcat tucked under her coat safe, her back taking the brunt of the damage and causing her to fall into the snow. <********!" She shouted angrily and pushed herself to her feet. "You're an a*****e! You know that?" Her head turned to cast a sideways glance at the elf manning the machine. "Look at what you're doing to everyone! If this is how you celebrate your precious Christmas, I want no part of it!" Unless it was someone she really hated. She silently conceded that if this sort of thing happened to her company, she'd have no qualms about it.
Her ears perked at the meek sound that came from Xiu, cringing when she saw the baku wasn't in very good shape. If her FEAR worked properly, it might be able to aid in the situation... But alas. After weakening so much, the ghoul wasn't sure she could take a hit to herself right now. "Xiu! M-maybe you should hide." Riyo didn't believe it was cowardly. She did believe it was stupid to push yourself unnecessarily when it could very well lead to your death. Throwing her last ball at the monster, the feline moved closer to the baku in hopes that she might be able to block something from hitting her. Augh, the smell... At least the gingerbread smell wasn't as bad as peppermint.

Who thought that snowballs could hurt so much? Certainly not Xiu--at least, she didn't think that she would die from snowballs raining down on them. It was with a bit of sinking horror that she felt her FEAR shield weaken, flicker, and shatter altogether.
Not her ideal way to be forced to dissipate. Shivering, she curled her arms around herself before she had a chance to disappear, eyes turning to the others. "Please take that thing down, okay?" She flinched as another snowball flew at her, striking her right in the side. As she dissipated, the baku couldn't help but grimace a little.
I wonder if I'll still smell like this when I reform.
