Elijah jumped as the Gengar appeared in front of him, he listened to what the lady said and quickly spun and left the room. He was to scared to say anything.

Elijah finally made it back to his class room, again entering quietly and making his way inside. This time Elijah just sat at the nearest desk. He began to flip his lucky silver coin as he waited on the professor, just in case he messed something else up and needed to leave again.

So it would seem that the youth would never encounter quite who or what he expected in this class. Hair matted slightly with sweat, his clothes slightly tattered and smeared with dirt, the blond man he'd seen earlier would come dashing through the door; slamming it swiftly and pressing himself against the wall as he strained his ears. In short order the sound of many footsteps and the angry shouts of various woman follow the man's arrival.
Only when the voices quieted to a low din would the man relax, releasing the breath he'd been holding. "Not my best tactic..." He muttered, running a hand through his hair and causing parts of it to stick at an odd angle.
"Ah! Hello there!" The man abruptly exclaimed, clapping his hands together as he at last noticed the boy in his desk "Welcome to the Tactics Team! I am Professor Chase Wilder....but please, call be Professor Wilde" The man would declare, performing the briefest of bows "And you are?"

Elijah almost dropped his coin when the door slammed shut, just barely grabbing in out of the air before it hit the ground. He didn't really pay much attention to the man who just came in until he declared himself as the Professor of the Tactics Team. Elijah would straighten up at the desk he was sitting as not to disrespect his new teacher. "Hello Professor Wilder, I'm Elijah Kane, but people just tend to call me Elijah."

For a moment the man would remain silent, brows knitted together in thought "Well..." He said at last, crossing his arms over his chest "...rather then butcher that name by attempting to say it, I'm just going to call you Mr.Kane from here on out" The Professor stated bluntly, a hint of nervousness in his voice.
"All right then!" Chase declared, abruptly clapping his hands together and heading toward the back of the room "Your first mission as a member of this class will be to head to Beginner's Island. To get there go around to the back of the Pokemon Center and descend the stairs to the dock. Don't go all the way to the bottom...trust me you'll regret it" The man instructed, not even looking at his new student as he dug through a cupboard at the back of the room.
"Now once you get to the island, your mission will be two fold" He stated, standing up and placing three Pokeballs, along with a single Potion upon the nearest desk "You must capture a minimum of one Pokemon. Your starter won't enough for the days ahead" The Professor continued his instruction while walking toward the door "Secondly you need to find a chunk of Amber. You should be able to find it somewhere in the second ring of the island...for anything beyond that you're on your own" Chase said, not even looking at the boy as he peaked out the doorway, apparently checking to see if the cost is clear.
Suddenly a beeper would go off on the man's belt "Alright, you're all set so hope to it and make our team proud!" Professor Wilde declared before darting down the hall. Apparently he had other business to attend to!

Elijah remained silent as he listened to the Professor speak. "Mr. Kane?" he thought, was Elijah really that hard to say? Elijah looked puzzled as Professor Wilder spit out all of that information on to him. Elijah took it all in and was ready to ask the professor some questions but he was already gone. Elijah started rethinking the steps in his head as he gathered up the three Pokeballs and stood up to leave.

Jade walked into the classroom, pushing back the hood that usually covered his black hair and concealed his face. It was obvious the time on the island had strained him. There was a weariness to the way he walked but he held his head somewhat high. Even against all odds, he had still done decently well. The boy then glanced around the classroom. "Professor, I'm back." he called. Somehow on the island he had grown from the nervous little kid who was afraid of everything. It was amazing what a boost of confidence could do to someone.

Jade, however, would come to face with a different professor than the one that had sent him off. What seemed like a male this time, this one had a blanket draped over him, his face planted deep onto a pillow on his desk. And he was just plain ol' knocked out.
A Togetic fluttered overhead, slightly worried. "> First time he gets sleep in days and it's at work...ain't healthy yo <" So occupied with concern at the moment that he didn't notice the new arrival. It seemed like if Jade wanted to be noticed, he'd have to try and wake the professor up first!

Jade looked at the Togetic anxiously fluttering above and then finally noticed the male asleep on the desk. Was he supposed to wake his Professor up? The boy wasn't sure how that would work. What would happen once he did? Timidly he approached the desk, green eyes wide. He began to shake the Professor at first lightly before increasing the pressure when he showed no signs of waking. "Um Professor...?"

"> Wait, don't- <"
Jade would find his wrist in the professors hand, a hard grip that would cause him some slight discomfort. The professors head would turn up, half his face showing now as one dull, lifeless dark green eye would look over him. It'd flick back and forth before closing, and the togetic would flutter down to his side, watching intently.
It'd be a moment before he let go of the boy, though once he did he pushed himself up, sitting up straight in his chair. His arms would go up over his heads, his legs sticking out straight as the professor stretched, letting out a great yawn as the blanket would fall to his back, over the coat that rested over the back of his chair. He wore a nice enough shirt that went up to the elbows, slightly winkled and untucked though otherwise neat. Dark, earthy and dull eyes would look at Jade, cold and dead like a sharks. They were simply plain, there was nothing to them...and that unnatural stare was enough to send a chill down anyones spine. To top it off, his dark brown hair was messy, and it was hard to tell if that was its usual style or just the product of having woken up a minute ago.
----
She'd scratch at her hair before blinking, staring intently at the new student. It would only take a second before it clicked.
"Takashima, Jade. 10, party of 5"
She'd look at him a little longer before giving an annoyed glance at the togetic at her side. "Stop it, Clock, I'm fine" she said, the Togetic sitting down on her desk with a slight thud. "> Can't help it man, s' just habit at this point <" the togetic would lighten up a bit, a cheery smile on his face. To match it, his trainers mouth would be in a tight line, almost a frown. It seemed like the professor wasn't too big on expressions...
She held a hand out to Jade, presumably for him to shake. "Where are my manners - Chris Stratton, though you may call me Professor Stratton. You will report to me from this point on...oh, and pardon about that earlier - force of habit, I shouldn't be approached from behind at any given moment" she would carefully fold the blanket she had been using, setting it down over the pillow she had brought. Neatness and organization was key, even if she herself was a bit of a slob sometimes.
Cris would then make a gesture. "You've just returned from the first island, yes? Release your party, I'd like to see them for myself" she knew full well about his party to boot, that much could be assumed, though she'd rather see them herself if she could.

Jade looked worried, his green eyes wide in disbelief. The man's hand was locked onto his wrist and he hesitated unsure of what to do. He couldn't understand what the Togetic had been saying but obviously it had been a warning. At first the grip tightened and then the male awokened. Finally he was released and Jade rubbed his wrist. Um, what was that about? Shaking his head, he then glanced at the older male eyes still wide. So this person was weird. First he'd grabbed his arm and now he was staring at him intently. Surprising even himself, Jade stared back unafraid and was actually standing his ground. Then the male spoke. Whoa, how did he know his name? He also knew how many pokemon he had? What was this trickery? Then the older man introduced himself as his new Professor. The male had stuck out his hand and Jade shook it lightly. The boy then released his pokemon calling them all out. Nyx appeared in a flash of light. He looked around, blinking his eyes. One minute, he had been asleep during a battle, the next he was off the island? Glancing around, the Umbreon looked at the various things in the classroom. Hm, well it seemed he was indebted to the boy. Strange. Ah, well things couldn't always go as planned. Kyo was released in the red light and stood claws up and ready. The Zangoose stood up on his hindpaws, tail lashing from side to side. He glared around, looking for his opponent. When there was none, he felt back to four paws puzzled. Where was the fight?Namiko appeared and stood closest to the boy. The Lapras was hovering protectively over him and then smiled or as much as a sea monster could smile when the boy wrapped his arms around her neck hugging her in relief. They were in a classroom? Ah, back at the academy, she assumed. The newest additions to his team, Helm the Cranidos and the Ducklett were just standing next to each other. They had come off the island together but in different places. It seemed the pair had met before because they grouped together with no fuss at all. That was it. All five members of his team. Pretty well spread, if he thought about it.

The professor would look over the child's pokemon, each receiving a half minute long stare as she looked them over. She'd remain silent before falling back into her chair, sitting up straight as she made a gesture. "Acceptable" Clock would glare at her. "> You should be less harsh, man <" Statton would pat him on the head but say nothing more, the dual type would adjust in time.
"Now then, I'd like you to go get some rest before your next mission. Go to your pokelot, eat, sleep, whatever it is you need to do. You have the rest of the day to tend to your other things so long as you come back here in the morning." she'd have nothing else to say after that, turning away from Jade and taking out a phone. In less than a second she was immersed in it, fingers hitting keys at impressive speeds.
Jade was free to leave whenever he wanted.

Jade shrugged. Things were always strange especially at this academy. Nothing he could do about it. The boy returned everyone to their pokeballs. His Professor had nothing else to say? Fine. Walking out, he debated on where to go next. It was time for him to go heal everyone and then they could go to the poke-lot to get some much needed rest. Yawning, the boy turned knowing which direction the pokemon center was.
