They tried to dance, at least. A few little taps from Kyraa's foot onto Alliance's before she got the hang of it, but what's a few almost-steps between friends?
She poked Ally in the gut after a while. "We can't dance the whole night, you know. Friends. And stuff."

Romuel smiled, seeing the blossomed romance of the young pair, the bouncing cheerfulness of others, even rei's natural crumudgeoness. So many happy people.

She gave a pause to wonder if anyone else was frightened of the mental image of Tea opening up some kind of sack and pulling whole would be men from it only to have them break out in songs about pretty young things that would swoon over them until they realized that they boys leave the toilet seat up.

'She's getting that look again,' romuel thought as she picked up a handful of caramels. She prayed that a few strategically placed flings to the noggin might distract Tea from yet another idea.

bluey saw the suddenly pensive Tea, the look on her face - the part she could see - and realised she didn't actually want to know what Tea is thinking. At all.
Glancing around, she saw what was possibly Kyra and Alli finishing up on the dance floor, and decided to go over into a section of it on her own to dance/flail around a little.

Deoridhe giggles and gives Aya-kun a kiss, before slinking over to the chairs and behind Blue-chan as she headed for the dance floor. She sneaks up behind her, reaching her arms out to give her a tight hug.

Rei methodically began the search for the sound system. Being that this was Rei, 2 more cups of punch and a flower vase suffered their demise in the process.

It took two caramels before Tea let out a Meep and ducked.
And then it was time for a lesson. Teas, in their natural habitat, when left to their own devices are rarely dangerous, unless distracted.
In this case, it was time for folks to learn what happens when Tea is brought out of her mental wanderings, and has chocolate covered raisins at hand.
Her words came out softly as usual. "Food fight." Almost like it was a matter of fact that she had planned to pelt people with candy. Heaven helped anyone who went after the good foods, but the small chalk-like hearts (which make a great fire starter when ground up in a blender with some petroleum jelly) were not for eating. Heaven's no. She liked the other Modists. They were, in fact, ammunition.

bluey hears what Tea has said, and her eyes widen in horror. "Not food! On my new outfit!" Squeaking, she looks around to find something to duck behind, and chooses the stereo to try. She runs over and hopes she's in time to avoid any flying food...
