That's good and fine, though I'm still going to turn you down on the premise that your current active rp character isn't very active, and I would like to see you improve upon that before trying to submit another devil fruit for presumably one of your new characters to use. Is this the replacement fruit for your second character that you have yet to rp with? You mentioned that earlier. That's wonderful fine and dandy, 40 feet is still a large range. A strategist isn't someone who reads minds, they're a rare breed of person that observes and utilizes tactics that would be favorable based upon experience and innovation. Mind reading doesn't do a ton of good. So no, still denied. I need to see if there are any powers you have planned to go with this. PM them to me to avoid clutter here.

Now, as soon as you're done crapping about like you know something, realize the fact that I only quoted you in the hopes that I would get some kind of response pertaining to my explanation of why we're not accepting logia, as I kind of thought perhaps you didn't see it. Perhaps you have, perhaps you hadn't. Either way, you know now. Question answered, and drop it, unless you have changes to make.

I'll post them here, for all to see. * Grapple Hook - Ever can shoot a beam of light to grapple onto a surface to pull himself towards it or pull it towards him. * Wall of Lances - Several light lances appear before a target. When fired at Ever's command, they have the same effect as normal lances but dissipate shortly after imbedding themselves in an object. * Arrow of Truth - By far Ever's most powerful and destructive move, it starts with Ever clasping both hands on his bow, gathering all the energy he can, until the bow becomes enshrouded in an aura of golden light and a few inches taller than Ever himself. With a great strain, Ever pulls back the string and releases an arrow that can cleave an entire ship in half. Unfortunately, the effort is so great that often Ever is left without energy.

Generic examples are fine. Ok I got it: Speed, about 80 mph tops at regular form, 60 at standing form Size, About 1 story tall, and at standing it is 3. Strength, strong enough cause a earthquake when he attacks the ground at both forms

*Abilities: Gives the user complete manipulation of there own blood. It can be hardened, sharpened, and even fired at the opponent. One of its other ability's is that the user gains the ability to replenish there blood much faster, and can even bite there opponent and take some of theirs. (Note: The user of the Chi Chi no Mi cannot manipulate any blood, but there own, and the blood that they ingested.)
*Weaknesses: Well the most obvious is that the user can die from blood loss, if they fight to long. The average man has 5.2 quarts of blood, and the average women will have about 3.5 quarts of blood, so if they fight with large quantity's of blood, they might last 30mins. If they were to fight with a blood sword, and just use that, and not use anymore they could fight for a long time. But if they are using alittle blood to attack often then they could fight for maybe an hour. At best.
The users blood is controllable within a 20-30 foot radius. So there is not epic long attacks. Except if the user were to make like a bow or something, and fire a hardened blood arrow.
