She was alright. He'd called for her. She was alright. "Uh... Nevermind." Oh Gods that had been embarrassing really embarrassing, why had he gone and blurted like that? She was okay. His heart rate began to drop back towards normal levels. He was more embarrassed than he had been since he wasn't sure when, but she was okay... And suddenly there was a distraction; finally a piece of luck.
"Buggered if I know," Aulus replied, quickly turning away from Claire to stare at the incongruous door, "but somebody else is using it for something... If it's not our secret door to whatever and it isn't Galactic's either," he glanced at the trio for confirmation, "then who's is it?" Somewhat unnerved by the unexplained door the scarred man let his pokemon back out and hefted his staff. The familiar weight of the wood and the presence of his two pokemon was a little reassuring, but not very.

Everyone made it through the tunnel in one piece, and so Aila turned to investigate the cavern they now found themselves within. It didn't look much safer than the last, which elicited and inward sigh; if they made it out without anyone getting crushed, it would be some kind of miracle.
"...What in the world?" Aila furrowed her brow at the door. What was a door doing in the middle of a cave? A metal door, barred and chained? With an unnatural glow from beyond it? Curiouser and curiouser, as they saying went. A small hand moved toward her hip, "I suppose we had ought to have a look?" She selected Revenant's pokeball, bringing the Mismagius to her side. "Intangible, invisible. Check and see if it's safe to approach," she said.
"Mis." She wasn't thrilled at being told what to do in such curt tones, but the ghost-type moved to act.

"A mine, possibly." Tethys brushed at some dust on her shoulder, then did the same to Deimos out of habit. Her Sableye scampered up to her, half-rising from all fours, then skittered for the door at her "Go. Test the door."
Fearless in its home environment, the little Pokemon clambered up the side of the doorframe, cocking its head this way and that to study the rusted chains with its faceted eyes. Purple claws scraped at the metal experimentally.

She glanced over at Tethys and Deimos at their comments about the other make... Orion they said his name was.
She didn't comment though, just shook her head, and strengthened up, her hand still on her side, rubbing gently to try and disperse the discomfort. Umbreon, and the other pokemon's glows in the ground illuminated most of the aria they were in, including the random door that was quickly starting to catch everyone attention. Faleen herself was taken aback by this, blinking as she stared at it.
Banette drifted through the wall to float over to his master, tilting his head at the door as well. "Go with, Banette" Faleen told him with a nod toward Aila's pokemon. And the Sableye that was now scrambling over the frame to test its stability. The Agent frowned, but she couldn't help but watch it, how easily it moved on vertical walls. very creepy, but it was to be expected (and appreciated) from a pokemon that had dark in its type.
Banette blinked, and rather eagerly obeys, seeing who it was he would be working with temporarily, he remembered her. Blinking out of viability and went to do as he was told, drifting toward the door to faze through it and look around. "Nette, Banette"

Orion started moving around, a broad grin having appeared on his face again. "This ain't so bad. Being stuck in a dark place witha buncha hotties." This not really said to anyone in particular.
Bandit just stood there with a deep look of disbelief on his face, before shaking his head and looking around as well.

Nyx panted, tired out from fleeing a second cave in. The little mew she carried in her arms looked around, curious about what was going on, but also somewhat frightened. It whimpered and squeaked in the scientist's grasp, content to not explore anything further than he could see while being held.

On the other side of the door the two ghost pokémon would find that Tethys' prediction had been correct. It was a mining operation. The faint glow was from low voltage lighting strung from the walls. The place seemed deserted.
Meanwhile, TRP approached the door as Tethys' sableye tested the metal. It was tough. Really tough. And not meant to be messed with. The hinges were reinforced, on the other side of the door and partially obscured by stone. The lock was completely internal, and the chains were still there even if the lock was broken. Whomever had put this door here didn't intend for anyone to open it. Obviously a strong pokémon could ram it open, but then they'd all probably die in a cave-in.
TRP sighed, "...there has to be a way through these bars."
Deimos slipped his glove back on, "We could cut through them."
The female Elite frowned and turned around to look back at the Galactic boss, "With what?"
Deimos blinked, looking surprised by the question, "With lasers."
"......you brought lasers?"
Deimos rolled his eye, "Well of course not. Why would I bring lasers? I'm talking about your pokédexes."
"Our pokédexes don't have lasers, Deimos."
He heaved a loud sigh, "I know that. I'm talking about the volumetric holographic display." He inclined his head slightly, as though there was an obvious line of reasoning here.
TRP stared, one eyebrow arched.
"......I could refine them into lasers."
".....you're joking."

"No. He's not," Tethys interjected. Her voice bore the sound of long experience as she came up beside the elite and Galactic boss, and her expression made it clear that she wasn't joking in the slightest. "How many devices do you need, sir?"
At the door her Sableye grinned, exposing a wide mouth full of serrated teeth before it reared back and bit down. There was a faint spray of sparks and a screech - first of metal, then of pain, as the little creature recoiled from the door.

Faleen's gaze was torn away from the Sableye when the Galactic boss started talking, her eyebrows arching the further the conversation about converting one of the Rocket dex to be able to refine the holographic display into a laser strong enough to cut the iron bars.
"... huh." Faleen wondered herself if that would really be possible. She didn't know herself, but somehow she expected crazy things like that to come from this... idiot.
"I have to voice concerns about handing over one of the dex to a Galactic..." They were a common tool for a Rocket, but it was essentially and ID, handing Rocket tech that held personal information over to a Galactic didn't seem like to good of an idea.

Zeus was still scouting around the perimeter of the cave, looking for anything else of interest, though so far he hadn't found anything besides more rock, though considerably more smooth than the previous room.
Unlike TRP and Faleen, Claire wasn't that surprised when Deimos declared he could turn their 'dexes into lasers. Figures. Oh well, let him do that if he wanted, because she highly doubted there was any other way to get through the door. Well, unless they wanted to cause a cave-in again, but that wasn't desirable in the least. Faleen's point was valid though, but they could try and keep the 'dexes after, or.. something. They'd think of something, right now she just wanted to get through the door, out of this freaking cave, and back to base as soon as possible.
The Pikachu bounded back to her, clambering up her shoulder and his cheeks emitting harmless sparks to keep a soft glow. "Chuu." Nothing except the door. He wanted to get out of this mess too.

"The boss is pretty savvy with tech stuff," Orion added in, rolling his shoulders as Faleen voiced her objection to the plan. "Well unless you wanna stay in here, ya might wanna change your mind, chika." He then grinned at the blonde and waggled his eyebrows. "Course I don't mind that too much."
In the meantime, Bandit wandered over to the door and pushed past the Sableye to look it over. After a moment or two of deliberation, it did a roundhouse kick at the door. Causing a loud GOOOOOOONG! to fill the air.

Ignoring Faleen's comment, Deimos glanced at the bars, tapping his chin, then looked back at Tethys, "Probably all of them."
TRP grunted, nodding in agreement with Faleen's concerns. "They contain sensitive information."
Deimos turned an annoyed expression back on TRP, "So purge their data or something. I'm sure you can reload it all back at your headquart-" He was interrupted by the sound of Bandit kicking the door. Several stones dislodged from the ceiling and Deimos latched onto Tethys' arm once more, eye wide.

Nyx frowned at the green haired Galactic and his flirtatious... flirtings... with Faleen. "Disgusting... Faleen, how about we stand over here." Fluffy haired woman grabbed Faleen by the arm and pulled her to the opposite side of the cavern from Orion; Partly to get away from his gross-ness, and partly to keep her from attempting to outright murder the man. He reminded her of Newton...

Faleen flinched and lifted the hand not holding the bag of sandwiches to cover an ear, giving a disproving look over at the steel fighting type. He was going to cause another cave in! Looking back at the green haired man, the pokemon's master. She wasn't at all against the idea of moving away from him, stepping over to join Nyx instead.
"I'm not apposed to getting out of here, and I'm well aware of our options right now," She said to Orion, then turned her attention back to Elite TRP and the Galactics. "I suggest instead I handle the tech, and the Galactic relay the process." Otherwise they just keep a close watch on him, and she didn't trust that very well either.

Aila moved to have a better look at the door on Revenant's report that the coast was clear. Indeed, it didn't appear it would be any simple task to remove the door without inciting another collapse, and cave-in number four wasn't sounding like the best option at the moment. Fortunately it seemed they could reach a reasonable compromise regarding the use of their 'dexes as... a laser? Perhaps they had more technology at their disposal than they were letting on to be able to make such advanced modifications outside of a lab.
The Lucario's testing strike against the door and the resulting cascade of rocks from the ceiling caused a very thin strand of patience to snap, and Aila turned on the fighting-type with a glare, "Stop." She redirected her ire towards the thing's trainer. "Do you and your pokemon have a death wish? Take it elsewhere. There are some of us here that would prefer to see the outside of a cave some time." She was sick of that man, sick of his team, and sick of caves. So sick of caves.
