DREAMS DON'T COME TRUE FOR ME• Teachers dated me.
My parents hated me.
I was always in a fight.
Because I can't do nothing right. •Whisperwind• Everyday I fight a war against the mirror.

Tired of being compared, to Britney Spears.
She's so pretty, that just ain't me. I don't see my beauty. Whisperwind felt amusment rush through her at Silverstar's comment to Willypaw. Bathing? In mouse bile? Oh how amusing that would be! No one would go near him for quite awhile! Whisperwind spoke to herself. The silver she-cat heard the rest of Silverstar's talk, and felt embarresment flush through her. She hadn't been gawking, but she hadn't been not doing so either. Whisperwind nodded her silver head. Deep blue eye's staring at Silverstar gently, and calmly. The she-cat followed the Leader. Over to a small cave, where prisoners were kept. Such as Whisperblade, a cat who had a name slightly like hers. "Silverstar, shouldn't w- I mean you. Send out a Hunting Patrol?" she questioned the Leader in her soft gentle voice. That was light and barely audioable.
"I mean, don't we need some more fresh kill? Another mouth to feed, not like she's going to eat alot! No! No! No! Its just that, uhm... Maybe everyones hungry?" Whisperwind said, embarresment filling her up, and rushing through her. The she-cats pelt burning alive at her foolishness. She gave Sivlerstar a soft, embarresed smile. And I wonder how long it will take them.
To notice that i'm gone.
And I wonder.
And how far it will take me. TO RUN AWAY. Life don't make no sense to me.
I was just trying to be myself.

[I blinked up at him in agreement. Yes. That was what it was. I didn't really feel bad. I was just embarrassed, and really, who wouldn't be? Making a mistake on a patrol with Silverstar for Starclan's sake. Of course you're gonna feel embarrassed about it. I blinked, happy now that I knew exactly what I was feeling. I always seemed to feel better if I know what feeling is sparking inside of me. I purred at his comforting words.]
[I let out a pout and a squeak of surprise as Rustdawn got up. Blue-Hazel eyes lighting up, I jumped up and down.] "Yes! yesyesyes!" [Was all I spurted out before I tore forward, sliding to a stop as the tabby repeated my comment. Letting out a giggle, I nodded.] "Yep. Though not anymore. But it was fun to watch" [I meowed before padding to the nursery entrance.]
[I turned my head back to look at Rustdawn] "Coming?" [I asked before padding in.]

Has a crush on: Dawnsky[Rustdawn chuckled at her squeak. A grown warrior, and she still squeaked like a kit. It was adorable. He stopped his train of thoughts. Was he making it obvious to everyone that he liked her? Maybe Lustregaze was right. Maybe he should tone it down. But then that wouldn't feel right. Besides, if he were to tell her how he felt. She would either laugh at him, or it could possibly ruin their friendship. He didn't want that, and anyways. She was older than him. He was just a kit when she was more than halfway done her apprenticeship. He let out a silent sigh of frustration. Why was this so hard?]
[Rustdawn blinked as she raced past him and slid to a stop. Huh, so he had heard her right.] "I'll bet. It's not something you see everyday. I would have loved to see it" [Rustdawn agreed. At her question, he bounded after her but stopped at the nursery entrance, poking his head in, he called.] "I'll wait out here Dawnsky. I can see them another time. [I emerged from the nursery, eyes sparkling with confidence. This would be my first border patrol (well, really, any patrol) in a moon or so, and I was eager for it.
I padded to the warrior's den quickly to wake those I had chosen the day prior to accompany me: Rustdawn, Dawnsky, and Whisperwind.
I had also asked Burrpelt to lead a hunting party with Cedarbranch, Oakbranch, and Mirrorpool.
Prodding each of them in their pelt until they woke (for those who were asleep still), I murmured that the patrol was starting and for them to hurry.
I sat briskly next to the dwindling fresh kill pile, my bushy tail swept across my feet, and waited patiently for my border patrol.
My eyes flicked over to the den where Larka- or "Wishpaw" - was staying. My eyes narrowed as my nose twitched. Wishpaw...she had been captured as well during the twoleg raids, but this cat seemed to not remember anything about being Wishpaw.
I knew it was her, though. I remembered her eyes, her scent. Most importantly, Silverstar remembered her too- and Silverstar was not one to be mistaken.
What the she-cat intended to do as prisoner was beyond me, and I didn't like being so unsure. Was she planning to harm Silverstar or myself for not rescuing her? Or perhaps force her way into Clan life to gain power she felt she deserved...?
My tail twitched irritably and I sighed, bidding myself to stay calm. No need to get upset...I'm sure StarClan will watch over Silverstar, whatever Larka's plans are. And I should remain in good faith that Larka isn't up to anything. I didn't know her well, so I shouldn't assume.
I nodded, affirming my conclusion, and raised my head, watching as the dawn patrol warriors gathered.]

[I blinked open my eyes as I felt something prod my side. Looking up, I grinned and bounced up as I saw Thunderflight. That's right! She had chosen me for a patrol. I giggled and jumped onto Rustdawn's tail.] "Wake up" [I whispered in his ear and raced out of the warrior's den. The sleep out of my eyes. I padded over to where Thunderflight was waiting and, with a nod, I settled down and allowed myself to think.]
[Think about what? I had a dream. Of course, but I was having more of these dreams. I kept dreaming of my mother. That only made me miss her. Which was weird, since I never really knew her. She died when I was born. I would understand if Skywisker was having these dreams, but me?]
[I shook my head and blinked my thoughts away. I looked to the warriors den and hoped Rustdawn would come soon so I could think about something else.]

Padding out of the Warrior's Den, the beautiful morning light, striking onto her fur. As it cut through the treetops just outside the Warriors Den. She purred, taking in the scent of a new day. The beautiful silver she-cat padded over to Thunderflight, Dawnsky near her. "Good day to you Thunderflight" The she-cat said, with happiness in her tone. And I wonder how long it will take them.

[ Wilypaw kept his eyes level with Silverstar's for a moment, filled with bold defiance. Suddenly, his eyes began to burn and the urge to blink overpowered him. He quickly looked down, blinking and silently cursing to himself.] "Tch, as if she would" [Wilypaw scoffed under his breath as the silver leader turned her attention away. Breezing to his paws in the notion that his time of fun was done, he began a quick trot toward the apprentice den. He paused. Discreetly and for only a fleeting moment, he turned his head and stuck his tongue out at Silverstar in an act of defiance. Just as quickly as he had done so, he skipped nimbly into the apprentice den, feeling complete with his actions.]
- DR. OCTOTIMESKIP BLAH-
[Bleary eyed and stumbling slightly, Wilypaw exited the apprentice den, his messy fur sticking out in odd and twisted ways. He had been thinking last night about yesterdays events and had come to a dashing conclusion. So what if Silverstar had made him bathe in mouse bile! It would have made the equivalent of living in the Dark Forest for anycat who had to be near him and let that overpowering scent flow into their mouth. 'Beaten at your own game, Silverstar!' he cried triumphantly in his head, eyes flashing with glee as he stopped in front of the Apprentice den and plopped onto his hind-quarters.]
[ Surveying the clearing, his ears pricked in interest as he caught sight of a small white kitten bumbling about (no idea if Icekit still is O: ). A devilish smile twitched on his lips as he quickly looked about. No mother. Purrfect. Wilypaw was ready to manipulate the young and ignorant.]
[ He quickly skipped over to the kit, gagging and wrinkling his nose in distaste as he bypassed the soon-to-be patrol.] "Hullo, who might you be." [Wilypaw purred alluringly, bending down to stare Icekit in the eyes.]

The young tabby shot up and stifled a yowl of surprise when Dawnsky pounced on his tail.] "Was that really necessary?" [He whispered after her.]
[Sighing, he sat up and began to clean his face. Of course, doing this while still tired, proved to be difficult for him. Embarrassingly enough, he missed his face a few times. Grunting in frustration, he stood up and padded out of the warrior's den, blinking in the change of lighting. Rustdawn padded silently to where Thunderflight and Dawnsky were waiting, nodding to their deputy, he took a spot beside his white friend. Finally, they were finally going on a patrol together. Last time, they almost did, but then he was told to go on a hunting patrol instead. Then she shook her head and looked around.] Nothing to do... Oh, I could really sink my claws into something right now... [The she-cat stood up and stretched some, then looked around. Dustypaw wanted to go hunting, but she couldn't really without a patrol.] Oh, well... maybe I'll go train some... [Dustypaw trotted over to the nearest warrior, Wilypaw.] "I can't find Birdflight, and I wanted to train some... Um, would you like to train together...?"↙ ↘ ↖ ↗ A shadow of death hangs over me

As the other warriors approached, I nodded, twitching my whiskers, and announced, "All here? Good, let's go, then."
[I turned and headed outside the camp exit, my tail raised in a signal for the others to follow. I padded lightly, breathing in the forest air with wide, enthralled eyes.

I glanced over to where Thunderflight was leading her patrol out of camp. I waved my tail in goodbye to my sister and gave a nod to Rustdawn. Really, the way he felt about my sister was obvious to everyone... Well, everyone except her that is. She was completely oblivious to Rustdawn's feelings. Which, I couldn't figure out if that was a relief for him, or if he would just rather she would see how he felt and do something about it.]
[I paused my thoughts and ran a paw over my face.]
[I knew the general feeling my sister had for Rustdawn. She liked him, why wouldn't she. He was a great friend to her. I couldn't help but wonder, if she would ever feel anything more for him.]
[These were the thoughts plowing through my mind. No thoughts of relaxation. Or patrols. Although I was itching to go hunting. My mind was being bombarded with thoughts of my sister and of her well being. Well, her protection too, but that's normal. I couldn't help it. I loved my sister. Thus, I was lost in my thoughts. [Burrpelt's jaws spread in a wide yawn. He stretched, flexing his thick claws into the earth. Thunderflight had just prodded him awake, reminding him of the hunting patrol he was supposed to lead. At least it was something good to start the day. He shook his massive head to wake himself a bit more before getting to all four paws and heading out of the warrior's den.
His eyes narrowed at the change of lighting. It wasn't that bright out yet, but it was darker in the warrior's den. With his ears perked, he took in the sounds of the camp. He steered off to a spot and sat down, starting to groom his fur while he waited for his patrol to assemble. He had to think of where to lead the hunt. He paused in his grooming and turned his head as a familiar and very nice scent reached his nose. A deep purr rumbled in his chest as he recognized his mate's snowy pelt. He stood and padded over to her, butting his head gently on her shoulder.] "Good morning, Skywhisker." [he greeted her, giving her ear a quick lick.] "How are you feeling?" ┗ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ┛

Now, being spaced out, I hadn't the foggiest clue that Burrpelt was standing right there beside me. So, when he nosed my shoulder... I bounded up and whipped around to face him, my eyes wide.] "Oh..." [I managed to get out as I saw my mate.] "Well then, no need to be on guard then" [Was all I said before sitting down again and drawing a paw over my face a few times. How was I feeling?] "Good. Just came out here to stretch before everyone else woke up." [By everyone else, I meant all the kits in the nursery, because Starclan knew, that when those kits woke up, you wouldn't have time to stretch. I purred and pawed Burrpelt's cheek.] "How about you? You get to lead a hunting patrol" [I meowed and rolled onto my back. Hunting. How I wished I could join the patrol. I hadn't been hunting in... Well, it felt like ages since I was last out there.
