unwritten_author I'm perfectionist, partially due to natural talent, partially because that's just who I am. However, I don't know anyone that practices for 16 hours a week. I know I don't. I should practice more than I do though... sweatdrop My friend Kyle practices for like 20 hours a week, not even kidding! Me, I'm average. Practice when I have to or when I feel like it. Love Band though, was my favorite class in HS, even if it was at 7:45 in the morning.

I'd say I'm a perfectionist, but I don't practise anywhere near enough (or know all my scales). But I play in top spots and get better every week. I'm not sure how it works?

I'm close to a perfectionist, though I almost never practice at home. It must be natural talent.

i am definatily a horrible mix of a perfectionist and a butterfly chaser. i hate practicing, but i feel horrible when i cant play the stupid music...ooh! a mouse...

our band director is in her 80s and SENILE!!! she randomly calls for cowbell then there is no cowbell in the song, she talks about wolves and softball, she will randomly start talking to a section about playing while playing, and our personal favorite...she nevers remembers what she was doing five minutes ago...im still expecting her to break out into a song and dance routine...

i'm a perfectionist for sure. i'm the best one in the band (i'm in the jr.high but i play what the seniors play) i'm always the first flute to play my tests and always get 100's but i dont practice all the time -_-"

I would say i'm a perfectionist..
Because:
I practice ALOT.
I attend every lesson and practice. Didn't miss one this year! :3
I have an A in band for this Marking period.
Last year I had a A+ in band. =]
I circle the parts I have a hard time on a play that in a slower tempo.
But, I'm not good at remembering Chromatic scales, Eb Concert Scale, Concert F scale and a little bit of Ab scale.
But i'm not sure what chair I am...xDD We don't have "Chair tests"..

I say perfectionist because on the contra I really am like that but while I'm playing clarinet during marching band I just don't care so I'm an average person on that one. Lucky me clarinet is my secondary.

I'm a perfectionist. I practiced in high school 4 hours a day now that I'm college I practice around 2 a day. I was the band kid that had to be the best in my section and I wanted to John Phillip Sousa award... I got it.,...YAY FOR PERFECTIONIST!
