Christof was still flushing hotly at West's commentary on his.... demon trouble, and resolved to stitch his own digit on first. It went quickly, Junko's needle nice and thin so there was barely a pinch. He gave the stupid toe a flex- it would have to do. Next class he'd come more prepared. He was about to assist West with his own wounds when suddenly the teacher came in, announcing this and blathering about that and he wasn't quite sure if it was a Mister or a Madam. He settled for Mister, hoping for the best. He handed the needle to West for his own wounds as he stood to go help himself to the papers, snagging one for Barth as well before hurrying back to his seat. His own instrument by his boot on the floor, he frowned as he read down the line of instruments.... Horns, flutes, woodwinds- *vocals*- his stomach turned. He couldn't play ANY of these! Hell's BELLs. Well... well, hopefully the professor was.... flexible. And understanding. He filled out his page as best he could.

Rosc's head came up from where he'd been idly watching Sin and the other students, filing away faces of those that could be problems. Like that stitched-up boil who had the posture of a devoted puppy when the succubus was near him. The professor had certainly got his attention. Violin. Nice. He listened carefully to the rules, which seemed pretty standard. He felt sorry for anyone who would be singing, though. Water was very helpful for that. But it made sense. There were other instruments, not to mention the stupid sheet-music that would get ruined by water. When they were told to, Rosc moved from his spot and returned to the music stand and snatched one of the sheets from it, striding to a seat in the back. He narrowed his vision for just long enough to see what was on the list, since he would probably have to think about it. Head still hurting, he turned his vision almost completely off to give his head a rest. Strings came first... except the harp. He'd sing before he had to play that. Piano would be in the top ten, too, even though he hated it. He liked it more than a lot of things on the list. Easy little things... Then instruments he'd never considered. He liked working with his hands more than his lungs. Give him strings over wind or brass any day. His mind made up on the order, he "looked" at the paper again and quickly scrawled the numbers down.

At this point Ubstabul grew tired of the gossipy antics around his groanspring friend and had wandered off around the room to find a place to sit an chill. Finally, just as he was about to lean back and take a nap while waiting for some form of teacher, he was jolted to life by the sole swipe of unicorn tail across the delicate strings of a violin. It was an enchanting sound no oubt but only filled the half beast's head with an even more dainty and traditional impression of the classroom. Looking up he could make out the demon's face and features and almost got excited until..
Wow I got a pretty good professor for my first- oh.. Bul was trying hard not to blush away his embarrassment when Blue spoke. Great. This guy is gonna be a priss. He snorted to himself, knowing he probably wouldn't get along with someone who seemed so old fashioned. Oh well, make the best of it and suck it up. If he could prove how good he was with casual playing maybe he could convince the teacher to let him play a more suitable instrument to his style.
Shifting looks between the other students and then the late nekogami he raised a brow. Doesn't like tardyness... s**t I'm screwed then. Although he really felt like testing the demon's limits and smirked to himself like an idiot. Sweet, no water, that's good at least.. I'd kill a b***h if they got my instrument wet.. Bul continued to listen thoughtfully but still smiling all the while. Red... gotta remember that name. He took a mental note- this was THE teacher to see for another class to sign up for.
"Well s**t, is this going to be a race or something?" Bul asked arbitrarily and glanced around at the other students. I swear to Jack if I'm stuck with some stupid triangle... Grumbling aside, Bul stood and stretched all almost 7 feet of height and flicked his tail around before quickly walking to the stand and grabbing a list. "Let's see..." nibbling on his tongue, Bul quickly began to spot the ones he knew he'd be okay playing and jotted a number by it.
Unstabul grinned and looked up in the direction the professor appeared. "Here's to hoping." With that he went back to his spot to chill and would hand in the paper when prompted to. The rest of the instruments remained blank, besides the conch, since Bul didn't really care for the rest of them and he'd be equally as miserable playing any single one over another.

Lizzy smiled at her new friend before nodding, gesturing at four empty seats that were placed side by side. She led the small group of four - including herself of course - to their seats, placing her guitar case in front of her as she waited for class to start. However, she didn't have to wait long; Professor Blue appeared shorted after they had settled down.
Of course, it was just their luck that they would have to go back to the stand to grab another sheet of paper. Luckily, the music stand seemed too weighed down to bite.
"This... Might take a while," She muttered to nobody in particular as she returned to her seat, staring at the long list of instruments. Then, wondering if Sepheran would need any help with reading the paper, she looked at him, eying him for a second. Then, she tapped him gently on his arm to get his attention as she sat down, smiling, "Do you need help with reading the words on the paper?"

The dracolich ghoul's head picked up as the professor made his grand entrance. She quirked an eyebrow, yanked out her eyephone, and texted something quick off to Merope and Aymet before stuffing it back away again. It read something along the lines of "You've got to be jacking kidding me." Were all the professor's at this school so very quirky and odd? Her experiences so far had her believing it was so. Nevertheless, she was there now, and she still loved music. She listened as the professor gave off his list of rules. It was a good thing Merope wasn't here for this, he'd be heartbroken over the idea that water wasn't even allowed in the area. Poor little Leviathan. Aymet's 'illness' that had kept him out of the minipet training class, had magically appeared again when Music class had been brought up. She wagered this was going to be a reoccurring feature with the boil. He likely wouldn't have enjoyed or appreciated this anyway.
Now if there was a video game class, he'd so be there.
When the Professor Blue asked them to fill out a list, she stared warily at the music stand, the same unrest she often felt dealing with Rathalos on a regular basis. The damn thing had already bit her once, why would she want to go sticking her hand into the monster's maw once more? Several other students had snapped up the papers with ease however, and this eased her concerns. She meandered over, picked up a paper, and skimmed it over.
A handful of instruments she recognized. Others, not so much. She wandered back and took a seat to the back of the class, spending several minutes going over the list, her brow furrowing. What was a keytar anyways? And why would anyone want to play a penny whistle? There was clearly a whole other aspect to this that she didn't understand.
Oh well!
She scribbled down her numbers, and stared at it for a moment, before seeming to appear content with her choices.

The teacher played wonderfully, making him happy that at least this teacher did know how to play. Several of his old 'mentors' hadn't been able to play so beautifully as that, which was pleasing. The beauty of the teacher was noticed by him but it slipped from his mind just as quickly. It wasn't often he had seen such a unearthly lovely male, but he liked his outfit better. Listening to him, he shifted his viola case accordingly before getting up to pick up the sheet to look at the list of choices. And were there ever a list of choices! There were only a few he was unsure of but he quickly set to work. Several were much lower on the list because they were tacky and looking ugly while playing an instrument was not allowed. Going back to his seat to get the correct pen, he tapped it against his chin for a moment before he marked down the right numbers. While he did so, his mind wandered to what he needed to plan for Carry's dinner. Mayhap he could ask Alessa for some assistance in that. he had the feeling that his pseudo-ghoulfriend wasn't a picky eater, but when it came down to a romantic setting, he was a bit lost. So, he'd ask help from someone who could help him out. Oh.. he could also ask Lizzy! He looked around for her a bit so he could go ask her. He knew he had noticed her name on the sign-in sheet so she had to be here... somewhere...

" Alright." He grinned at Seph and Lizzy, and then followed them over to the chairs. flopping down into the one at the end. Before he could say much more, the teacher had come out, and had started to play the violin. It was a pretty sound, and it easily caught Myr's attention. He listened intently to the rules, and then eyed the stand apprehensively. There was no way that he was going to let that Jack cursed piece of furniture bite him again, and he snatched a paper off for himself as quickly as he could. He returned over to his seat, glancing over the paper. He filled it out, and then checked it over. That looked good. He looked over at the rest of their little group. " So what did you guys pick for your first choice?"

Gabrian had been paying very little attention to the on goings of class, his eyes taking in the details of the room. This was, by far, the class that most interested him, and as such he was so far gone with anticipation that he didn't even notice the minor chaos going on around. The professor's entry however, was not missed, and the nix made sure to give the rather sleepy looking gryphon beside him a nudge. Mostly because something told him this particular professor might be difficult to deal with; specially if he found a student snoozing away at his desk. That done though, he turned to watch Blue's rather interesting presentation. Not only was the professor using a violin (which Gabrian very much approved of - even his FEAR took on the form of a violin, for Jack's sake! Of course he approved!), but the man seemed to be able to charm others through the sound of his voice too. This was pertinent to the nix's interests. He was meant to learn how to do such things himself, and as such, his gaze followed Blue, his brows knitting together as he tried to figure the professor out. Unfortunately, Gabrian was able to find out very little through his observation, and it wasn't until Professor Blue looked straight at him and the siren that he decided that maybe... this class wouldn't exactly be a pleasantry. Alas, after the rules had been told and their task had been set, he decided that he was going to give this a try regardless. He approached the music stands, giving them a sharp look before he realized they posed no threat and taking a sheet of paper. Then he moved to his desk and filled it out, placing neat numbers by the instrument names.

Sepheran smiled happy that he now had some friends that he could sit by instead of being by himself. Liannan nuzzled him affectionately as the Basilisk sat down with the others as if happy to see that her master had others to talk to. Sephy turned to talk to the others but just then a beautiful melody caught his ears and he was instantly captivated. What a beautiful sound...a true master of the violin no doubt. Looking at the source he caught sight of the teacher, so the teacher was the one playing the violin. Sepheran couldn't help but look up to him for his skills, he would be glad to learn any tips he could, Sephy loved playing the violin himself. Only when Lizzy spoke was he snapped out of his daze. "Hmm...? Oh, no it's alright Liannan can recognize most words, she's very smart, she'll help me. Thanks for the offer though...maybe you can look over it after I'm done though? Just in case," Sepheran replied sweetly. Setting to work Sepheran looked to the paper feeling around for the position as he lifted his pen letting Liannan guide him to the right area and marking it. It was actually quite amazing how well his penmanship was, it was obvious he must had spent a long time practicing it. It took him quite a bit longer then most to finish his hand hovering and moving on top of the paper. When he finished his paper looked like this: Setting his pen down he blinked hearing Myr. "My first choice? I choose the Violin, it's my personal favorite and easier for me to handle without having to see. I loved a bunch of the choices though, many I had to put on the bottom just because they are a bit tougher for me to play. I love the guitar for example, but it would be very hard for me to play since Liannan wouldn't be able to see the strings to tell me which to play," Sepheran explained. "What about you guys?" Sephy asked curiously.

Sin turned away from Christof as soon as she heard the professor she was stunned by the beauty of the music for a moment then quickly moved to sit down. She flicked her hair back and let her eyes wander over their music professor, mmm a demon and a very good looking one. She chided herself for letting her mind wander and held back a smile as she listened to the rules. Well she'd have to behave herself and make sure not to be late, no water wasn't too much of an issue, nor was fighting. She moved to snatch up a paper and gazed down the list of instruments.
Hmmm...some of these she could really enjoy, others she hoped she wouldn't need to try. Her heart leaped when she saw the harp and it instantly became her first choice. Drums she left almost to last...she'd had enough of the drums during the battle of the bands.

Oh thank Jack! The professor was finally here! Where had he been all this time? Junko looked up when she heard the music, cheering up a bit at the sound. How lovely! She smiled and stayed quiet for the little song they were being played. Now this was what one expected from music class; her hopes were raised once again. She folded her hands neatly on her lap and gave the professor her full attention as he played, unaware of the movement atop her head; some of her hair had freed itself from what she thought had been a tightly done braided bun. Finally he spoke and gave his introductions, feeling a tad wary about how he said they'd be getting very close. What was that supposed to mean? Oh! Rules..okay, those were needed. And they weren't unreasonable! Except for the water thing. That was strange. What if they wanted water to drink? For their throat? Was that so bad? She jumped a bit as he told them how to yell if they needed him. This wouldn't be for the whole class, would it? He would come down and teach them...right? "I'll go get our papers." She told Yaya, Sharra and Calder as she got up and moved to the music stand with a few other students. She was grateful it wasn't biting them now, picking up the four sheets of paper for herself and her friends before returning to her seat. Hmmm..this wasn't so bad! Junko passed out the sheets and picked her snakepen out from her sleeve, ignoring the way it wrapped around her hand as she held the tip to write with. Of course singing was the most interesting to her! Some of these other options though... The triangle? Really? There was a dark chuckle from behind her head as suddenly She fished the other snakepen out of Junko's sleeve and decided to help. Junko gasped. How did She..?! "Stop that!" She hissed quietly back at Her, crossing off what She'd written. The Mistress grinned underneath Junko's hair and did it again...annnnd again, each time getting scolded and corrected by Junko. If She didn't stop She'd be in big trouble after this class!

He didn't particularly like the way the teacher was looking at him. It didn't look very good. In fact, it looked creepy. Like he was going to be punished. A lot. Oh Jack what had he done? Giving Amrita a small hug, The siren took his list and debated. Then he made a few choices. After a while however he just guessed at what he might be good at. Might being a subjective phrase.

Oh my. He was so elegant. The headless haunt couldn't help but stare at the balcony as the professor played his violin. He played the bow so skillfully along the strings of the instrument that they also seemed to play across her heartstrings, if you'll pardon the god-awful cliche. "He's..." Alwine tried to think of the word as she wrung her hands together. "He's very talented, isn't he?" Talented. Yes. That was the word. The haunt continued to sit in her seat, even as many people went up and started to fill out the forms. When the professor left, it was like he had sucked out the color of the room. Everything seemed dull without his voice or his violin. Still, the haunt managed to make her way over and start to fill out the paper. "Oh dear... I hope it's all right that I cannot play a wind instrument..."

Hells.. Arachne thought as their Professor entered and spoke after playing a small piece of music on his violin. It was, to her eyes, very good looking, and a demon which was doubly good. Maybe this lesson wouldn't be quite so painful as she was expecting. A skilled and powerful demon was certainly worth the time.
She took a sheet, and after taking a seat, glanced over at Elizabeth, and then at Sin, before looking around some more, her gaze alighting on Gabrian for a moment. She would nod or give a short smile to either of those if they looked up at the same time, before looking at the sheet she'd picked up, her mood plummeting again.
She had no idea if she was good at any of these, she didn't sing, and her only time with an instrument was jabbing at the piano keys at home in a tuneless way to irritate her mother. Arachne bit the bottom of her lip, her pen in hand as she hovered over each item, trying to determine which one she might be least useless with.

She figured she might make less of a fool of herself with percussion instruments, she put the brass ones at the end, along with singing, puffing away to make a noise was something she didn't particularly want to do. Arachne thought she had slightly nimble fingers so put the string ones near the middle, and the winds that needed less puff as well. She put the sheet down and looked at it. There. Done.

Amrita smiled lightly at Tahki, nodding in response to her question. "Y-yeah, very...good practice, hmm?" She smiled again, a little brighter; it was good for them to be in larger groups, at least that was what she had been told. There was more of a chance to get used to it, and there was more of a chance to come out of her shell. Still, it was very uncomfortable no matter how many times she found herself in a wide group.
She had been surprised by Israfel's hug, but she managed to break out of her mild stupor just long enough to briefly return it, and then to focus her attention on the Professor. Wow...just...wow.
That was...amazing!
Star struck, the girl moved to get her sheet; she stared hard at all of the options there, not knowing a great deal of them. Guitar and anything remotely guitar-sounding became the top of her list; the rest was just filled out at random.
Except for vocals. That went last. She was pretty sure they were too rotting or close to breaking to be of use. Now that that was over, Amrita looked around; now that she was looking she could spot quite a few of her friends and acquaintences were here, and most of them seemed rather busy. Besides, this seemed to be a good chance to talk to Israfel and Tahki again!
...If only she knew what to say.
After a moment or two, she settled for simply whispering to her previous band mates.
"W-we should, uh, do something after class!"
