Naomi glanced in every direction where voices were pouring from the audience, naming different species of animals to the pale creature on the stage. Feeling rather left out, she yelled the first animal that entered her head. "Unicorn!!" she blurted out and immediately covered her mouth. Perhaps she could've chosen more carefully.

Atlas, amused by the request, morphed into the horned horse. He had tasted unicorn's blood once in his lifetime. It wasn't the most pleasant thing to drink. A white mane spiraled down his spine as he galloped around. Atlas morphed into a fox, leaping up into mid air. There, his body form turned into that of a blob. or rather, it was hard to tell what he was turning into. Finally, his body slimmed and narrowed, his body mass rather large. Scales formed onto his skin as his face narrowed. He turned into that of a dragon, his whiskers growing. He roared slightly, swirling aroun dthe tent, over the heads of the crowd. His body twisted, showing the remarkable characteristics of a dragon. Atlas swirled around once more before facing the crowd. He opened his wide maw, showing rows of sharp teeth. A low rumble came from his throat. He then blew out fire. It appeared to look like he was aiming at the crowd, but instead, he blew above them. About ten feet. The fire was an array of colors, turning from blues to purples to reds and oranges. The rainbow fire danced around the heads of the crowd, swirling like mist. And then it stopped, the smell of something burning in the air. Of course, Atlas was too skilled for anything to catch on fire or to hurt anyone with his act. With that, the vampire twisted into itself, forming a ball. It shrank and Atlas returned to his humanoid appearance, rather bored and tiresome. He yawned and sat cross-legged, his act now over. He couldn't help but glance at Kyo and give a mild grin.

[Hahahaha, Unicorn was the first thing that popped into my head when I was reading this toooo]
Oaki felt like squealing, this all seemed to amazing. The beings worked together, unlike she had thought. She had expected chains and shackles, had expected them to hate being here, hated one another, to hate Nicckolaih, but instead they seemed content. She clapped at the end of Atlas's show. She had wanted to shout Mermaid, but held back, not knowingg how the male would feel about that.
Nicckolaih watched Atlas with amusment, happy with how the show was turning out. "Seran, what lovely music you play. Would you like to be next?" The plateform moved forward towards the females cage, close enough that the left side of the rows could reach out and touch the bars, reach through and stroke the soft flesh of the hands that played the flute.

Wash couldn't help his soft sound of annoyance. I want to see Esther. His eyes flitted to Oaki, who seemed so happy, and then back to the stage. She was content, but he wasn't. He wanted something he could write about, and all he could possibly consider writing was Esther. He dimly recognized this single-minded obsession as being incredibly like him... the hundreds of things that had caught his eye and remained rooted in his mind for days, months, once even years.

Atlas sat back on his hands, sighing with relief. It took a lot to transform into so many animals. After wiping his face with his sleeve, he saw his cage's bars rise and encased him back in. It was wise to do this right after Atlas' performance. Because after ever performance, Atlas would go hungry. His throat and mouth felt dry. He needed something red to drink. But he knew he wouldn't be able to until after the show. Unless Jumbo was kind enough to have someone get him something....

Esther crawled to Atlas. He never ceased to amaze her. Displaying a smile, she bent, tucking her dress. She hesitated to touch him but when Atlas gave a small nod, Esther reached out. She touched his shoulder, her eyes half-closed, her pupils gone wide. As if she was reading a book, her eyes darted back and forth. Atlas only allowed her what he wanted her to see. He was very practiced with having a closed mind. Esther withdrew her hand after a second more. Always happy thoughts he gave her.

Esther sat back, near the bars Atlas sat next to. Yet she felt prying eyes on her and golden eyes drifted back to the audience. She found Wash, staring at her. She gave a tilt of her head and smiled at him. She was perplexed by the intensity in his eyes. She wanted to touch him. But she looked back at Atlas. He would never allow it. Atlas never liked hurting anyone. And he didn't like anyone else hurting anyone. But it wasn't like Esther was going to hurt Wash...But if Atlas didn't want her to do it, she restrained.

Okai turned to look at Wash for a moment and saw that the male was staring at the georgeous female in one of the cages. "Hey... Maybe you should take a break? That can't be healthy. She's a Nymph."

Wash's eyes flickered to Oaki. "I'm all right," he murmured, as his eyes shifted back to Esther.

Her hands came together and she wrung them a little nervously. "Are you always so preoccupied by one thing?" Had Esther done something to Wash? She hadn't recalled anything abnormal happening anywhere, but truthfully there was much she had probably missed.

Seran blushed, suddenly very nervous and self conscious. "Um... I think I'd rather wait until the end of the show... you know, when everyone is calmed down and all... they'd probably rather see Esther or someone else more than me... I'd just look lame after Atlas and Kyo..." she replied, babbling a bit. She glanced in Atlas' and Esther's direction, a bit startled by the feeling of.. jealousy... that shot through her at the sight of their closeness. She realized she wanted closeness like that, but she felt distant from the others. They were all more magnificent and she was just another pretty face that could dance and play music. Barely better than a human.
