He threw up his arm and let the werewolf break its canines on his steel armor upon his forearm. He then took the kodachi and thrusted it through the creature skull, ripping it from the rest of the skeleton. With his other hand he gripped it tight and pulled it off. He placed the skull in between his palms and shatters it to nothing more than dust.

He grabbed hold of the claw that was in his shoulder as well. He curled up and placed his feet onto the skeleton's rib cage and pushed up. This separated the skeleton from his arms. Velox rolled back and landed in a crouched position. He took the two arms and crushed them before reaching out to retrieve the Kodachi which he had dropped as he had fallen. "What a nuisance," he said as he awaited the next attack.

He through his hands up in an X-block and caught the skeleton's feet. He was pushed back to the edge of a cliff but didn't let go of the skeleton. He rolled off the edge and sent the skeleton flying off to plummet hundreds of feet below. He, too, was falling. He drew a kunai from his sleeve and stuck it into the mountain side as he fell to prevent himself from meeting his ultimate death.

 Demon houndThis time a new and even more deadly foe appeared. The snow beneath Velox's own body started to quake and then a giant Demon hound lifted itself out of the earth beneath him. It turned its head around to glare at the injuried Velox on its back, angry at all of the ruckus he'd caused for it. He would pay dearly. The steaming drool that dripped from its mouth burned holes in the ground beneath it. With a terrible howl the Demon hound started shaking its body side to side, trying to buck Velox off.
