≎Akiri Minami≎
≎Sanbantai Taichō≎ It seemed Akiri was not the only one with the thoughts about the remaining enemy forces when he heard Lee-Taichō addressing his concerns also. Akiri had never met this person before, come to think of it he had not met most of the captains save for Hei, Yuki and Nu. The Captain-Commander was just seen at a glance though with Akiris ever silent nature he doubted he would get onto very good terms with the others. Although stranger things could happen. His eyes were still watching the frozen figure of the boy, never moving as if he was expecting something to happen though what it was even he did not know. It was more like an annoying itch that would not go away. What if now that they had taken this guy out the others would come to claim the body. It had taken some planning and coordination just to take this guy down so a swift attack now from the remaining two would certainly be deadly. All things considered also power wise Akiri was curious to see the abilities of the remaining 2 'Balancers' as the boy referred to them as.
After a few moments of thought he finally turned away from the frozen mess and faced the remaining group. All in all it seemed they were far from injured and looking past them he saw Hei. The words Hei had spoken earlier, the insults or whatever, went unnoticed by the young captain though it seemed the others were not so forgiving or else perhaps they had just about had enough of the mans egotistical persona, either way perhaps the responses Hei was now receiving were all part of the plan to rile the captain. So many possibilities so little reasons to try and come up with an adequate reason for the outcomes. Proceeding forward he made his way over to the rest of the group and stopped a few feet away as he always did, not wanting to get too involved with not only other people but other squads. Being the only current member of Squad 3 in the area meant he did not have any need to boss people around and therefore had a pretty relaxed time ahead of him while here. The clean up would be organized by others along with the healing and planning so all that was left for the new captain was to just wait and see.
While waiting though his mind returned to the battle he had witnessed. Hei and the other captains had had the hollow fight and suppression before Akiri had arrived so he that had been the first time he witnessed it first hand. His bankai and the barrier around them caused Akiri to be somewhat unaffected by the seemingly massive power the Vizard Captain displayed although he did feel its overbearing presence which only caused him interest. He had known about Vizards before he had ever reached the rank of captain and it was his goal to achieve that power though now seeing it face to face it only confirmed his belief. Akiri was power hungry in a sense though at the same time he did possess the straight thinking mind to know a bad thing when he saw one. He had always vowed to himself to protect those that could not protect themselves though that feeling was dwindling over time. He was tired of it and even if it meant being rejected from the Seireitei and living on earth for eternity he was strongly considering the path. Though right now more important matters caught his attention and his power quest for power would have to wait.

Sōtaichō ~ Tomomi Iwakuro
Tomomi had watched carefully as Hei went about attacking Aurelius. He noted everything that happened in his head. The spiritual pressure exerted from Hei was something he watched more specifically. Once the fight was over, he would grab the halberd with two hands and break it apart. He then brings the two pieces around and his blades form until they meet his sheathes. He slowly sits down and looks at the pill Elisia had given him. The effects of Hebi Yoroi had begun to wear off, and his muscles began to ache.
Tomomi clinches the pill in his hand and lays back, "Later.." He sighs and stares at the sky from the street. His body sprawled out in the street, he raises a hand, "Fukutaichō! Where'd you run off to?" He chuckles almost like he use to and folds his arms over himself.

Tetsunosuke Harasawa First Division's Lieutenant ◥ Tetsunosuke tinkered with the hilt of his Zanpakuto. His azure blue eyes were narrowly focused on it, though the world around him wasn't lost. He was fully aware what was going on around him still. 'If that Crumb-crusher was the third strongest... then we have no cause for celebration, Sakuzen Kosshi...' He thought as he took the sword in his left hand and sat it next to himself; his left hand resting on top of it. "Correct... I guess ya gotta point. . . but ya didn't die." 'This time...'
He sighed as he rub his temples. The small bit of Hakama he had left was aggravating, and his shitagi smelled bad. He totally wanted to get bathed and new clothes. His muscular physic was more present. But he didn't think he should leave back to Soul Society just yet... since Tomomi was still here. He ignored all of the other Shinigami present at the moment. He heard his Taichō's voice... then his title was hollered yet. Tetsunosuke's brow twitch . A disgruntle sigh escaped him as he took Sakuzen Kosshi in hand and stood to his feet. Without turning to face Tomomi, he flashed stepped toward him and was now behind his Taichō. "Yes... Iwakura-Taichō. I didn't run anywhere. I've been aware where you've been located this entire time." His voice was clear, holding no disgruntlement now. A small smile was present on his face. His back was hunched over in a bowing position per a respectful pose. He still wasn't completely use to his Captain not being a child anymore, he slightly liked having a child sized Captain. They stood out more. Sakuzen Kosshi was being grasped safely in his left hand. ◤

The Kidō stayed its course and shot into the sky before fading into the atmosphere. "Like I would tell the likes of you anything." Lee spoke, and nearly everything he said made Hei shake his head. He turned to loosely face the Captain, bangs falling in his face that he did not bother to brush aside. "Get my facts straight, you say?" He drew in a sharp breath and blew it out through closed teeth. "Interesting position for you to take... Perhaps you missed how I don't care about the humans, let the others come. Unlike you, I don't fear death. Don't talk to me about myself before you at least know that much." Hei cast Lee a grin to mock him before continuing. "And you wish to know why I would go with the "original stuff" when insulting you? Why go deeper than necessary on such a pathetic excuse for a Captain? Oh, it seems I just did. So sad." With this, he took a few casual steps backwards and began to turn as he laughed at Lee's expense. "Ignorant child." Once fully turned, Yuki began following him. Looking to his right, he blinked and titled his head up as his sister joined him and grabbed onto his arm. He nodded when she spoke, and gave her hand a small squeeze just before stepping off the ground and jumping up towards the highest place on the collapsed church, pulling Yuki along for the ride. Once he had landed, Hei turned to face the center of the Square and sat down on the stone.
It was very true in fact; that he held everyone with such little regard that anyone who hadn't killed Aurelius was lower than dirt. So basically everyone was lower than dirt, with a few exceptions to it. He didn't care that they had helped, because they actually hadn't helped him particularly; defeating him was something he could have done regardless of their help. Their actions had merely quickened Aurelius' cryopreserved state, thus Hei saw them has disposable and for the most part, useless. It explained why he did not hesitate to release such a tremendous Reiatsu and it also explained why he had only spoken to four people present, all of them being Captains. If the Captains were trash, then the underlings were even worse, thus he didn’t even notice their presence.
Hei looked out at the wasted city as Yuki clung to his arm. He was silent from this point on, and only calculating as he decided on his next course of action.

Sōtaichō ~ Tomomi Iwakuro
Tomomi sat up and brushed his hair back. He scratched an itch on his nose and looked to Tetsu, "Oh, that's good. I dunno what I would do if you were to lose me, Mr. Tetsu." He smirks and slowly stands, patting the Lieutenant's back. He looks around and sighs a bit, "There's so much gone.."
Tomomi shunpo's to the air, "Everyone, your attention, please?" He looks down upon his shinigami, "What we have witnessed today will only be the beginning of the long, bloody road ahead of us. I have many things I have not told you all, and many of you may be angry at myself, including Hei. As you now fully understand, Hei has become a Vizard, under authorization of myself. I let him to remake the Vizard project, and only he would be able to become one. Now, we must look ahead. We must begin to take in to consideration that they will not stop until they have killed as many as they find necessary. Tomorrow, they may find more is necessary, or that less is; either way, they won't just let us go. My Shinigami, my friends, we can do this. We will protect the World of the Living from any, and all, enemies of Humans."
He shunpo's down next to Elisia and pats her head, "Thank you for the pill, Elisia." He walks back to his Lieutenant, "Tetsu, can you carry me? I feel weak, and I am rather tired.."

» I w ill C Ø N † R Ø L • E V E R Y • T HIN G» ------- ;; Feel my ✖ BURNING ✖ soul Being a captain meant to brush off Hei's remark with a shrug, her gaze was more rocused to the frozen block that was once so much hassle. Grabbing the remains of her haori she ties the large cloth over anything revealing, the bulk of her orignal clothes were destroyed with compressed kido flowing around her in confined space. It was when she swallowed the pills Elisa gave her that her head turned up, receiving the message that she already knew. Hei being a vizard didn't make much of a difference to the standards and laws of Soul Society as long as Tomomi was fine with it, speaking of which.....
With a shunpo she appears behind her soutaicho, tapping on his shoulder lightly, a frown on her face. "I hope you're going to your office to fix all of this Tomomi!" She wished his lieutenant wasn't there to watch her. She wanted to keep people from seeing her as anything but a cold captain, but she joked that Hei has beaten her in that aspect.

St. Peter’s Square-- located within the Vatican City-- once a place of grandeur and beauty was now laid to waste, with rubble and all manner of destruction littered the ground. If the Shinigami were to be exempted, no amount of life was to be seen, no bodies, no blood, not a speck of human life or existence was to be seen. The man, or rather, the boy responsible for this was now frozen, dead to the world as his body bore no signs of life. The Shinigami seemed to be grateful for the child’s defeat, as they should, however the battle was far from over and even they were aware of the fact. Out of nowhere, a flock of ravens came forth, a dozen or so of these black birds flew across the area, circling the Shinigami and Aurelius, before landing in the area, scattering themselves and spreading out to cover as much area as possible. The began to peck and scratch at the ground, perhaps they were looking for some food of some sort, the scene itself was the only thing out of place, the crows themselves bore no trace of spiritual power, they were, as far as the Shinigami could tell, normal common ravens. However, what they were doing there was something no one could guess. “Quite a feat, Shinigami.” came the sudden voice, out of nowhere, just like the ravens “Aurelius the Infinite, charged with the task of erasing human existence, 3rd in rank amongst the balancers of the world, the Exaequere.” The voice itself was identical to Aurelius, eerily so in fact, as if the child was still conscious, still alive in his frozen state.

Tetsunosuke Harasawa First Division's Lieutenant ◥ Tetsunosuke rose up from his bow and glared at his captain. He didn't appreciate his remarks about what he said. "Maybe you'd rejoice and get a new Lieutenant. Though, it's not like I'm really replaceable." Tetsunosuke joked about the last part. The pat to his back was new... since Tomomi's previous height rarely allowed him to do so. A small smirk entertained his lips.
He listened to Iwakuro's small speech. He never actually looked up to him, just simply listened. After he had made his way back Tetsunosuke's side, he lowered his previously cross arms. The Nibantai-Taichō made Tetsunosuke not respect her, since she often addressed Tetsu's Captain by his given name. He wasn't going to remove himself from his captain's side for the time being. He simply kept a cold glare at her. "A-ah! Y-yes, Sōtaichō, it won't be a problem..." He stuttered as he stated honesty. He would do it, and had the strength too. Tetsunosuke guessed that Bridal style may be the best, since Piggy bag might be a little awkward... though, bridal may look even more awkward, and inappropriate to some. So he was leaving it to Iwakuro.
A crow flew past, and then suddenly an entire flock appeared. He took Sakuzen Kosshi with a firmer grip and stepped beside his Captain. The acted oddly; this set him off. The sound of sudden voice sent a chill up Tetsu's spine. His eyes widened as he looked for it's source. "A-Aurelius?!" He gritted his teeth as he looked toward the corpse. A few specks of sweat beads had appeared over his brows and cheeks. ◤

"What the...?" Tadashi took Tenma in hand and barely resisted the urge to release it. He made his way over to where Captain Hibiki was after glancing at Elisia to see if there was someone strong enough to protect her, since she didn't seem to like to fight. Of course, he didn't know if she'd turned pacifist or simply decided to leave the fights to others, but he just wanted to make sure.

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki "Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it." While Eriko waited for her Captain's response, she canceled her Shikai and watched almost indifferently as the others moved about - Hei and Yuki, now on the broken church building; Akiri looking half-as-contemplative as herself and the Sotaicho conversing with his Lieutenant. When the Sotaicho raised himself above them and called for their attention, she could not help but look at for a brief second. Then, she was staring blankly ahead of her and listened intently to what he had to say. It was not anything that upsetted her in anyway since she could care less if Hei was the only one to become a Vizard or not. Her nature was not power hungry to that extent. A laugh escaped her due to Nu's antics with the Sotaicho. To her, they seemed to have a very animated but understanding relationship. However, this was quickly stolen from her as a flock of black birds, ravens, appeared unexpectedly and began to peck at the ground. No, it was not the birds but what happened after their arrival. Despite the few times that she had heard and paid attention to Aurelius' voice, Eriko could have sworn that it was him except for the fact that he was there - frozen - not too far from her and her Taicho. The only people to visibly react to this so far were Tetsu, Tadashi and herself. She wanted to grab Lee's hand, maybe for comfort but decided against that too. She would wait for his orders and ignore her almost apparent shaking.

Hibiki simply shrugged at Hei's comment, looking the other way he allowed him and his sister to take their break. As much as he hated it, he knew they deserved it and besides, it wasn't smart to cross both of them at the same time, one at a time perhaps, but not both. He noticed Tomomi Shunpo to the air, and listened as he gave his speech. Hibiki let out an audible sigh "Since the Commander-General has already authorized it, I guess there's nothing I can do about it now." he spoke, talking to himself like an over-stressed working man-- which he fancied himself as. He contemplated on Tomomi's other words, true enough this was far from over, Aurelius was only third in their ranking, as far as they were aware. And their duty to the Human World was still present, he was about to approach Tomomi himself, and ask follow-up questions, but the sudden appearance of the ravens distracted him long enough to stop. They came in a flock and spread themselves throughout the entire area, the scene was suspenseful-- to say the least-- like the setting of one of those old horror movies he had seen in the Human World, and the thought brought shivers down his back. He looked around to see if the birds were normal, and as far as he could tell, they were normal. But the voice that seemed to resonate from the flock, proved them to be anything but normal "Aurelius." he spoke out as he noticed Tadashi appearing beside him, his hand firmly gripping his zanpakuto. Stay calm Tadashi, if this is Aurelius his body is still frozen, if anything it could just be his telepathic ability."

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxLIEUTENANT 】 As the Captain Commander patted her head and thanked her for the pills, she grinned at him and nodded her head. “No problem, I was just doing my job,” she replied. However, suddenly, she tensed and all signs of her previous cheerful mood disappeared as the crows came down. Her eyes scanned the area for any immediate danger, and she formed a sword of light in her hand just in case. She hadn’t cancelled her Bankai yet and thus, she might need it soon anyway. She hissed under her breath, annoyed by the fact that their enemy seemed to still be alive. The others were muttering a name unfamiliar to her, most likely that was the name of their enemy. Aurelius. Her hand gripped her zanpakuto. Her eyes flickered briefly in Tadashi’s direction, as he had glanced at her. What was he doing? He was weird…to say the very least. Huh. Maybe she was just going crazy. ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬

Masashi, Lee, Gobantai Taicho"Telling me to go. But hands beg me to stay. Your lips say that you love. Your eyes say that you hate. There's truth in your lies. Doubt in your faith. What you build you lay to waste. There's truth in your lies. Doubt in your faith. All I've got's what you didn't take. So I, I won't be the one. Be the one to leave this. In pieces. And you, you will be alone. Alone with all your secrets. And regrets, don't lie. You promised me the sky. Then tossed me like a stone. You wrap me in your arms. And chill me to the bone. There's truth in your lies. Doubt in your faith. All I've got's what you didn't take." (I assume the words were spoken and not Telepathic because of the absence of italics. razz ) Lee nodded at Eriko's agreement not paying to what she was doing until she spoke up again about leaving or talking to Hei. "No I do not want to speak to Hei-taicho right now. I also do not want to head back to the archives just yet but feel free to do so yourself if you like Eriko-san. Someone will bring the body back with us. No need to worry about it." Ignoring Hei's words Lee deliberately looked back down at the boy as if examining him again for some unknown reason. Lee didn't feel like arguing or even speaking to Hei anymore at the moment. Looking over at Tomomi Lee rolled his eyes at Tomomi's words feeling they were foolish and overly optimistic. As the Ravens arrived Lee raised his eyebrows in interest for the moment. "Odd.." Then came the voice of Aurelius causing Lee to turn towards the body and gazed down at it breathing a single word. "Impossible." Glancing to the side at Eriko noticing the shaken look on her face and rested his right hand on her head for a brief second his way of letting her know it would be fine.
"I would not be so sure Hibiki-taicho. This sounds like him yes but to be anymore than Telepathic ability is impossible. This voice did not come from inside our head. Therefore it is safe to assume that this is a new enemy. We know next to nothing about this new race of enemies so therefore they could all very well sound exactly the same. Therefore I am going with another Exaequere probably the second or first. I am going to go with Second since the strongest usually doesn't attack till it's allies are dead. Isn't that right mysterious arrival? Then again I could be wrong..." Looking from side to side for the moment Lee waited to find out if it was indeed a new entity or simply Aurelius somehow. Next came a whisper for Eriko's benefit. "It's fine Eriko-san alright? Remember what I said. I will protect you at the cost of my life if necessary so no need to be afraid. I am here."
"Sacrifice through Danger and Pure Love. That is what the Lily of the Valley symbolizes."

440 xxxxxxxxthe Sun locks the Heavens xxxxxxxxthe Moon eclipses the Night 博士月子 נūnibantai sanseki Tsukiko blinked as Elisia hugged her, only taken aback at this action towards her. Though she never said anything, Tsukiko didn't reciprocate hugs to the girl, at least not wholeheartedly. It was a little weird that Elisia hadn't figured out that Tsukiko disliked hugs from most people; perhaps she was too lost in her own world to notice. Tsukiko begrudgingly gave the girl a pat on the back, leaving the rest of her body rather tense throughout the entirety of the hug. Once she was released, she took a step back and turned her head as if to separate herself from Elisia on an emotional level. "Yeah... I'm fine." She became immoderately distracted by her mother's words, and a chemical reaction inside her body that had been designed to make her as realistic as possible caused a red tinge to appear in her cheeks, giving the semblance of blushing. "Th-Thanks." Awkwardly her hands found her braid which she began toying with in a manner similar to a nervous high school girl, which she was, in a loose sense.
Her awkward demeanor was shattered when a flock of ravens landed and a voice came out of no where. She tilted her head to the side, and her internal systems immediately mapped everything out in front of her like they had earlier with Aurelius. Her systems were advanced up to the point that they were telling her how much the each bird weighed by using complex algorithms based on the size and shape of it. All of this information was quickly stored in a large hard drive that was used for both long-term and short-term memory. The voice that came from them didn't bother her, she remained calm and collected the whole time. She knew right away that it wasn't Aurelius, and there was a very good reason for that. After listening to Hibiki and Lee exchange guesses on the new voice, she made her way over to Aurelius' body and stood just outside the barrier that surrounded his body. Perhaps if she were real she would have been able to feel the cold temperatures emanating from inside the barrier. Though a built in thermometer did register the temperature for her. "Cryopreservation works at the boiling point of Liquid Nitrogen, which has a temperature of −196 °C. At these low temperatures, any biological activity, including the biochemical reactions that would lead to cell death, is effectively stopped. Aurelius, while not technically dead, cannot use his mind in this state, therefore he could not use his abilities no matter how hard he tried." Tsukiko turned her head to look up at Hei. "Right, father?"
[Yes, there was indeed a barrier surrounding his body. Why anyone thought they could touch or get close to him without also being frozen is beyond me.] ₪ ₪ ₪ ₪ ₪ ₪

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki "Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it." Eriko whimpered slightly at the sudden feel of her Taicho's hand on her head. When it left, she nodded stiffly in acceptance of his silent resassurance. Her hand stayed on Cho's hilt as he shared his own take on the birds' arrival as well as the voice that had spoken to them. Then, Lee started an attempt at conversing with the currently bodiless voice. Eriko wanted to know if he had gone clinically insane for the briefest of seconds but he was speaking again to her. Her lips twisted in appreciation, not necessarily a smile and she nodded again. However, her verbal response would have to wait as Tsukiko passed by them and stopped mere feet away from the boy's body. It was only then that she took note that there was a barrier. She had not been close enough to take this into account. The other Sanseki's dump of information only provided the scientific support for her Captain's views. Now, she turned to face Lee and said her response just as softly, "Thank you for reminding me, Masashi-Taicho." Jesus is my Lord ♥
