Thorn looked at him a lil unsure if she would be able to do it
"um..ok then" She said placing her fingers back on the strings and notes that she just played a moment ago. After he played the 8 note rythm. Thorn went and played the same notes she played before.The sound of those notes were perfect.
"was that good , even though i basiclly did the same thing i did before"

Tristan made a small squeaky, gleeful noise as Gitano started to play, she even stopped drawing, not even Virgil could get her to stop drawing, she liked Virgil more than Gitano but none-the-less he was better.

Gitano finished the song and let the last note linger and fade before he removed the violin from his chin and bowed. The bow was low, proper of a Victorian artisan to a noble lady, but not so common in the present times. "I am at your call, My Lady. If you wish for another song, please do not hesitate to ask." He straighted up and smiled at the sight of the small kitten digging his claws into Lady Suzuka's shoulder, while she was dancing in her seat to the song.

Tristan sighed, "I wish I was bigger then I could marry you, and Virgil can be our son," then a thought struck her, "good point, Suzaka do you know if theirs a way to make me older, I don't like being small."

Vergil smiled at her, glad to see her succeeding he winked and said.
"Ya that was perfect..."
He wondered why he'd done that, it seemed odd to him but he brushed it off and continued.
"Okay, you see how the stuff i played and the stuff you played didnt sound the same, but didnt sound like they should be seperate? Thats because we were playing the same key. Now im gonna keep mine going really simple so you have a frame of reference to keep in time with and you play those three notes in any rhythm you like, but dont just play one after another like you did a minute ago, thats lame."
Vergil smiled and began plucking the same simple pattern on his bass repeatedly.

Thorn smiled
"ya im glad i played it right, i was'nt sure that i did" Then Thorn replaced her hands on the strings and started to concentrate on what sort of rythm to play. "yes sensi i understand" Thorn said looking down at the body of the guitar. Then she toke a breath and started to pluck the strings on the body of the guitar . She left open the F cord and closed the G and D cords as she moved the pluck in one downward movement . Then stopping letting the sound linger in the air before slowly fading away. After that she closed the F cord and opened the G and D cord. While plucking the strings up and down quickly about 3 times before stopping and letting the sound flow out into the room before fading away. She looked up at Nich.
"how was that, did i do it right, did it sound ok" She ask slighty fast.

Vergil smiled and replaced his bass guitar.
"You did fine, there isnt much to do right just yet, but getting the hang of things is important, and it looks like your doing pretty well."
Vergil stretched and stood up reaching for the ceiling.
"Thats enough for today though, ill teach you more later. You can take that guitar to your room to play around and practice if you want to."

Thirin's eyes widened at Tristan's question. "Tristan! You should know better than to ask things like that of the new mistress. She doesn't understand yet. It's up to you to keep your sisters from causing trouble.
Suzuka smiled at Gitano's bow. Between that and something in the way he spoke, it was almost like he was from another time. It was strange, but she sorta liked it. "Thank you very much, Gitano. I'll keep that in mind."
She was a bit confused by Tristan's question, and even more confused by Thirin's reaction to it. There was definately something going on here that she wasn't being told. "Um, sorry, Tristan, but unless you have some genetic disorder, I don't know of any legal way to make you grow except time..."
Thirin shot Tristan a warning glance that plainly said 'let it drop. She doesn't know we're vampires yet, so she won't understand'. She just hoped the younger girl would obey.

Gitano was about to reprimand Tristan for her statement, but Thirin got to her first. Turning back to Suzuka he smiled bashfully, "Sorry about that. She's mostly harmless, but she's...O, what's the phrase...'not all there'? We put up with it, but we do have to keep an eye on her some times." He placed his violin back on the piano and asked, "Are there any questions that you have? I could do my best to answer them."

"ok Nich , thank you for todays lesson" Thorn said bowing
"and takes for letting me borrow this guitar. I'll take real good care of it" Thorn said smiling warmly

Suzuka's eyes widened a bit when Tristan admitted that her 'sisters' were imaginary. Ok, so the girl is nuts, and she knows it, but doesn't seem to even really try to control it? *whistled coo coo*
She was flustered a little bit by Gitano's offer. "Oh...Um, I don't know. I guess I'm still trying to get this all figured out in my head," she smiled sheepishly. "If there's anything you think I should know, I'm all ears."

Gitano looked up at the ceiling while he thought of what to say. "Well...All I can think of right now is getting you settled into your room, getting you something to eat, and giving you the Grand Tour. I do have to agree though, this is a lot to take in all in one night."
He looked over at Thirin, "What do you say?"

Thirin gave Suzuka a quick once-over, then nodded agreement. "I think that sounds like a good idea. I'm sure you'll start to catch on to everything around here eventually. If you do come up with any questions, feel free to come to either of us."
Turning to head to Suzuka's room, she glanced over her shoulder at Gitano. "You tagging along?"
Suzuka nodded. At least she had two people who seemed friendly, helpful and reliable in this odd house.((OOC, that's not a slam on the others, just her current perception)) Unhooking Cinder's claws and settling him into a more comfortable position, she grabbed her bag and followed Thirin.
